【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的不斷推進(jìn),在此過(guò)程中形成了大量產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成為了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要特點(diǎn)和趨勢(shì),也是當(dāng)今最具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織形式,已經(jīng)逐步成為推動(dòng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要引擎。自改革開放以來(lái),經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展,我國(guó)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷發(fā)展,逐漸在各地形成了大量以區(qū)域?yàn)閯澐值漠a(chǎn)業(yè)集群,其中浙江富陽(yáng)以其特有的條件,形成了極具特色的以區(qū)為單位的體育用品制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚,擁有了高橋區(qū)賽艇制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、上官鄉(xiāng)球拍制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、新登區(qū)龍舟制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和洞橋鎮(zhèn)自行車配件產(chǎn)業(yè)集群這四個(gè)體育用品制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,成為了富陽(yáng)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文以社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論為依據(jù),運(yùn)用UCINET 6.216軟件對(duì)富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的具體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)對(duì)富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度、聚集系數(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性及平均最短路徑的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,明確富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造企業(yè)集群的聚集的程度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)模和網(wǎng)絡(luò)形態(tài)。并通過(guò)Ucinet6.216自帶的Netdraw2.084刻畫出富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造企業(yè)集群的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)圖。在明確富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,掌握集群企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)部物質(zhì)、人力及信息等各種資源的流動(dòng)方式和流動(dòng)方向。從而明確了富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)部運(yùn)行機(jī)制。研究表明,富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造企業(yè)集群已形成了相對(duì)成熟的集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)了。高橋區(qū)賽艇制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群及新登區(qū)龍舟制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群屬于典型的輪軸式產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,上官鄉(xiāng)球拍制造產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和洞橋鎮(zhèn)自行車配件產(chǎn)業(yè)集群屬于典型的馬歇爾式產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造企業(yè)集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)具有較深的根植性,彼此之間聯(lián)系較強(qiáng),非正式交流較多,彼此信任度較高。但仍存在集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)某些輔助機(jī)構(gòu)的缺失和不足,政府對(duì)于集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的企業(yè)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制不夠。集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的企業(yè)間的正式交流比較欠缺,對(duì)此仍需要加強(qiáng)。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果,對(duì)富陽(yáng)市體育用品制造企業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完善提出相應(yīng)的建議,進(jìn)而為其他體育用品制造企業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of industry, a large number of industrial clusters have been formed in this process. Industrial cluster has become an important characteristic and trend of industrial development and the most competitive form of industrial organization. It has gradually become an important engine to promote the development of local economy. Since the reform and opening up, after a long period of development, China's sports industry has been developing, gradually forming a large number of area-based industrial clusters, among which Zhejiang Fuyang has its unique conditions. Has formed the extremely characteristic sports goods manufacturing industry agglomeration, owns the Gaoqiao District rowing manufacturing industry cluster, the Shangguanxiang racket manufacturing industry cluster, Xindeng Dragon Boat Manufacturing Industry Cluster and Dongqiao Bicycle Accessories Industry Cluster, the four sporting goods manufacturing industry clusters, have become the pillar industries of Fuyang. Based on the theory of social network, this paper uses UCINET 6.216 software to analyze the concrete structure of the sports goods manufacturing industry cluster in Fuyang city, and through the network density and aggregation coefficient of the sports goods manufacturing industry cluster in Fuyang city. The index of network centrality and average shortest path is analyzed to determine the degree of agglomeration network scale and network form of sports goods manufacturing enterprise cluster in Fuyang city. The network structure of the sports goods manufacturing enterprise cluster in Fuyang is described by Netdraw2.084 of Ucinet6.216. On the basis of defining the industrial cluster structure of sports goods manufacturing in Fuyang city, this paper grasps the flow mode and direction of various resources such as material, manpower and information inside the enterprise network of the cluster. Therefore, the internal operating mechanism of the sports goods manufacturing industry cluster in Fuyang City is clarified. The research shows that the cluster of sports goods manufacturing enterprises in Fuyang City has formed a relatively mature cluster network. Gaoqiao Rowing Industry Cluster and Xindeng Dragon Boat Industrial Cluster belong to the typical wheel-shaft industrial cluster, Shangguanxiang racket manufacturing industry cluster and Dongqiao Town bicycle accessories industry cluster belong to the typical Marshall industrial cluster. The enterprises in the enterprise cluster of sports goods manufacturing in Fuyang city have deep roots, strong connection, more informal communication and higher trust degree. However, there are still some deficiencies of auxiliary institutions in the cluster network, and the incentive mechanism of the government for enterprises in the cluster network is insufficient. The formal communication among enterprises in the cluster network is relatively deficient, which still needs to be strengthened. Finally, according to the results of the empirical study, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the improvement of the cluster network of sports goods manufacturing enterprises in Fuyang, and then provides a reference for the development of the cluster network of other sports goods manufacturing enterprises.
