【摘要】：2015年,江蘇肯帝亞集團(tuán)正式接手江蘇男籃,在球隊(duì)建設(shè)方面投入的資金遠(yuǎn)超以往。本文在對(duì)江蘇肯帝亞職業(yè)籃球俱樂(lè)部的運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查與分析后,找出俱樂(lè)部當(dāng)前存在問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)研究,發(fā)掘在聯(lián)賽趨于職業(yè)化階段適合江蘇肯帝亞俱樂(lè)部自身的發(fā)展模式,希望在理論和實(shí)踐上助力江蘇省職業(yè)籃球的發(fā)展。本文在撰寫過(guò)程中以江蘇肯帝亞職業(yè)籃球俱樂(lè)部運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況與對(duì)策為研究對(duì)象,采用專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、比較分析法等多種方法綜合研究,解決問(wèn)題。經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查研究本文得出的主要結(jié)果為:1)中國(guó)職業(yè)籃球聯(lián)賽各俱樂(lè)部產(chǎn)權(quán)組織形式多樣,整體運(yùn)營(yíng)趨于市場(chǎng)化、職業(yè)化,但在部門設(shè)置,運(yùn)營(yíng)收益方面較國(guó)外優(yōu)秀聯(lián)賽仍有差距。2)江蘇肯帝亞俱樂(lè)部產(chǎn)權(quán)形式為政企合辦性質(zhì),在資金投入、硬件設(shè)施等方面位于聯(lián)賽前列,但其部門設(shè)置較為簡(jiǎn)單,權(quán)、責(zé)、利劃分不清,使得其運(yùn)營(yíng)體制不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化的職業(yè)聯(lián)賽的要求。3)通過(guò)與廣東宏遠(yuǎn)、新疆廣匯等優(yōu)秀俱樂(lè)部的對(duì)比分析,江蘇肯帝亞俱樂(lè)部與聯(lián)賽中優(yōu)秀俱樂(lè)部明顯存在一定差距。4)江蘇肯帝亞俱樂(lè)部在后備人才上資金投入較大但取得收益并不理想;商業(yè)運(yùn)作方面在格局、渠道及手段存在一定問(wèn)題,多靠母公司財(cái)政支持;在外援的選擇上傾向于個(gè)人得分能力出眾的球員,不利于帶動(dòng)球隊(duì)整體競(jìng)技水平的提升。在對(duì)江蘇肯帝亞俱樂(lè)部現(xiàn)階段運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況的調(diào)查分析后得出以下結(jié)論:1)江蘇男籃過(guò)于重視眼前利益而忽視了對(duì)年輕球員的培養(yǎng),球隊(duì)梯隊(duì)建設(shè)存在問(wèn)題。2)江蘇省籃管中心在人事管理權(quán)和經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)等方面并未將權(quán)力完全交給俱樂(lè)部,使得俱樂(lè)部無(wú)法按照市場(chǎng)規(guī)律進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng),造成籃管中心與俱樂(lè)部的利益、責(zé)任以及權(quán)力劃分存在矛盾。3)俱樂(lè)部現(xiàn)階段的收益在門票收入方面有顯著提高,但是在電視轉(zhuǎn)播、廣告贊助、球員轉(zhuǎn)會(huì)等渠道的收益并未取得明顯改善。4)教練團(tuán)隊(duì)整體水平有待提升,并且主教練身兼球員與教練的雙重身份不對(duì)整個(gè)球隊(duì)及球員工作的開(kāi)展。
[Abstract]:In 2015, Jiangsu Kentiya Group took over the Jiangsu Men's Basketball team and invested far more money in team building than ever before. After investigating and analyzing the present operating situation of Jiangsu Kendiya Professional Basketball Club, this paper finds out the existing problems of the club, and sums up the research. In order to help Jiangsu professional basketball development in theory and practice, this paper explores the development mode of Jiangsu Kendiya Club in the stage of league becoming professional. In the course of writing, this paper takes the operation status and countermeasures of Jiangsu Kendiya professional basketball club as the research object, adopts the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the comparative analysis method and so on various methods synthetically studies, solves the question. The main results of this paper are: (1) the property rights organizations of the clubs in the China Professional Basketball League are diversified, the overall operation tends to be market-oriented and professionalized, but they are set up in the departments. In terms of operating income, there is still a gap compared with foreign excellent leagues. 2) the property right form of Jiangsu Kendiya Club is the joint property of the government and enterprises, and it is in the forefront of the league in terms of capital investment, hardware facilities, etc., but its department setting up is relatively simple, right, responsibility, etc. The profit division is unclear, which makes its operating system not suitable for the requirements of modern professional leagues. (3) through comparative analysis with Guangdong Hongyuan, Xinjiang Guanghui and other excellent clubs, Jiangsu Kendiya Club obviously has a certain gap with the excellent club in the league. (4) Jiangsu Kendiya Club has a large investment in reserve talents but not an ideal profit; the business operation is in the pattern. There are some problems in the channels and means, which rely on the financial support of the parent company; the choice of foreign aid tends to the players with outstanding individual scoring ability, which is not conducive to the promotion of the overall competitive level of the team. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current operating conditions of the Jiangsu Kendiya Club, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Jiangsu Men's Basketball team pays too much attention to immediate interests and neglects the training of young players. There are problems in team echelon construction. 2) Jiangsu basketball management center has not completely handed over the power to the club in terms of personnel management right and management right, which makes the club unable to operate in accordance with the market law, resulting in the interests of the basketball management center and the club. There is a contradiction between responsibility and power division. 3) at this stage, the club's income has increased significantly in terms of ticket income, but in television broadcasting, advertising sponsorship, Players transfer and other channels did not achieve significant improvement. 4) the overall level of the coaching team needs to be improved, and the dual identity of both players and coaches does not carry out the work of the whole team and players.
