【摘要】:人類在生理方面與所生存的“環(huán)境”之間出現(xiàn)的種種“錯位”現(xiàn)象以及由此而生的諸多“健康”問題,引起了我們研究的關(guān)注。我們發(fā)現(xiàn),健康且長久的生命狀態(tài)必然要求我們在生理上與“環(huán)境”保持高度的匹配,即人體這個小宇宙應(yīng)該與社會、自然這個大宇宙保持高度和諧,才是健康的最高境界。其實,這就是中國哲學(xué)所表達的“天人合一”境界。我們發(fā)現(xiàn),中國傳統(tǒng)有關(guān)人體身心運行規(guī)律的理解,早就蘊含著深刻的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)科學(xué)思想!靶悦p修”就是“天人合一”的另一種表述,即通過一些修煉方式,使人體這個小宇宙與大宇宙相協(xié)調(diào)地“運動”著,在彼此的“共振”運動中,利用宇宙間萬事萬物的“能量”進行相互交換、相互補充,并使人能夠進入到某種“特殊的狀態(tài)”來進一步適應(yīng)大宇宙的變化。中國古代哲學(xué)中有關(guān)對生命、宇宙、運動的很多理論成果,都在武術(shù)發(fā)展中得以實踐運用,這就意味著武術(shù)本身具有這樣的功能。武術(shù)歷來就有“通圣”之學(xué)與“入俗”之術(shù)的分流。作為“通圣”之學(xué),武術(shù)被視為一種“生命的修煉”,其最終目的便是達到“天人合一”的境界。這是我們研究的邏輯起點。我們研究的邏輯是:生命是一種“運動”,宇宙是一種“運動”,武術(shù)也是一種“運動”,只有這三種“運動”是同一種“運動”規(guī)律的不同表現(xiàn)形式,才能在“統(tǒng)一性”的基礎(chǔ)上相互地發(fā)生“作用”。進一步說,只有很好地闡釋了“天人合一”的運動規(guī)律,才能徹底地明白武術(shù)“通圣”之學(xué)存在的價值與意義。整個研究分為(除導(dǎo)論外)方法論、本體論、認識論、實踐論四個部分。第一部分“方法論”主要運用了量子物理學(xué)和人體復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)理論的一些觀點,以及“負熵”和“自組織”的概念來重新審視生命的現(xiàn)象,對“生命”這一概念進行了反思式的理論梳理。另外,對“武術(shù)”這一概念的思考,我們首先對88篇有關(guān)中國武術(shù)哲學(xué)研究的專業(yè)文獻進行了綜合述評,揭示出研究現(xiàn)狀與所存在的研究問題;然后嘗試性地運用FSH功能內(nèi)穩(wěn)態(tài)的理論對“武術(shù)修煉”理論進行了闡釋性的研究。整個方法論部分圍繞“天人合一”中的“人”進行闡述,由于深刻地認識到“人”的“主體不自知”,所以由錢學(xué)森提出的“大成智慧”的思想成為了我們研究的方法論。第二部分“本體論”主要運用了謝林的哲學(xué)觀、室利·阿羅頻多的哲學(xué)觀、普羅提諾的宇宙觀、肯·威爾伯的“一體意識”理論、懷特海的“超體”理論、長青哲學(xué)的“存在巨鏈”理論、以及生物中心主義的觀點等對生命宇宙的本體,即“天人合一”中的“一”進行了深度地分析與研究。我們發(fā)現(xiàn),對武術(shù)本質(zhì)及其運動規(guī)律的認識,絕不能機械地分割成一種肢體的簡單運動去研究,其“復(fù)雜性”正是集中表現(xiàn)在其“完整性”上,所以必須考慮到生命運動與宇宙運動的“統(tǒng)一性”。我們認為,武術(shù)修煉是“練、體、用”系統(tǒng)性極強的一門獨立的、修證的學(xué)問。真正的武術(shù)修煉應(yīng)當效法《易經(jīng)》中“泰”卦這一自然法則,以達到“神意氣勁形中”六合一統(tǒng)的“安泰”之境;通過內(nèi)勁的修煉來開啟“元精、元氣、元神”的潛在功能,實現(xiàn)了整個武術(shù)修煉過程的功適能提升,這是中華武術(shù)獨特之處,也是與其他格斗、搏擊術(shù)的區(qū)別之處。第三部分“認識論”圍繞“天人合一”中的“天”而展開研究,是整個研究中最為重要的部分,也是理論創(chuàng)新的部分。從武術(shù)基礎(chǔ)理論構(gòu)建出發(fā),我們做了這樣的理論假設(shè):如果將武術(shù)修煉視為能夠推動“生命”進化的過程,那么武術(shù)本身必然蘊藏著宇宙演變的規(guī)律,這種規(guī)律也必然是大宇宙與人體小宇宙之間和諧統(tǒng)一運動的實質(zhì)。于是,我們提出了一個假設(shè)性的結(jié)論:所謂武術(shù)“修生”,就是在宇宙吸引與排斥所構(gòu)成的“陰陽運動能場”中為了能動性地平衡宇宙的“回收作用”而延緩“耗能堙滅”過程所進行的一種“智慧”的運動,我們將此稱之為“貯能造物”過程。為了闡述并論證我們的觀點,我們試圖提出一種想象宇宙的新途徑,并依此建立一個理性和諧的“天人合一”的哲學(xué)圖景,在這個圖景下使萬事萬物的“運動”形式相互聯(lián)結(jié),也使我們與大宇宙相協(xié)調(diào)。為了與以往的科學(xué)概念不發(fā)生混亂,我們引入了一個新的哲學(xué)概念,來闡述宇宙演化模式:宇宙原云——“礻勿”動子!办晡稹(shū),是一個組合創(chuàng)造的字,英文翻譯為“spiritter”,代表了“精神與物質(zhì)的合一”。我們試圖用“八綱”即八個研究領(lǐng)域(數(shù)學(xué)、天演、物理、化學(xué)、化物、生物、宇宙演化、概念)來詳細闡述“礻勿”動子的“大統(tǒng)一”理論,為未來更深入的“生命宇宙學(xué)”的研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)。在整個研究過程中,我們最重要的科學(xué)依據(jù)是“能量守恒定律”,這是我們堅信事物可以永遠存在下去的最基本的理由,也是我們不能放棄追尋確定性的“第一原因”。因此,我們運用“流動的能量”概念取代“靜止的物質(zhì)”概念。同時,研究以辯證唯物主義為哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ),堅持了自然辨證法“運動的物質(zhì),物質(zhì)的運動”的基本觀點,并運用數(shù)象辯證關(guān)系、質(zhì)能守恒原理、放射性物質(zhì)衰變等自然科學(xué)知識,對“天人關(guān)系”這一哲學(xué)命題進行創(chuàng)新性的多學(xué)科交叉研究。通過放射性物質(zhì)衰變,從科學(xué)的角度論述了在同一種“母力”作用下大宇宙與小宇宙的運動形式具有的“統(tǒng)一性”,進一步解釋了“天人合一”的本質(zhì)與歸宿,即宇宙萬物的“耗能堙滅”與“貯能造物”的過程都是在宇宙強大的“回收作用”之下所進行的聚散運動。第四部分“實踐論”我們主要運用了后人本心理學(xué)的“整合”理論、“層次結(jié)構(gòu)”理論、肯·威爾伯的“全子”理論、“四大象限”理論以及ILP整合式生活練習理論,將“天人合一”中的“合”詮釋為“共同進化”的觀念。通過研究,我們得出這樣的結(jié)論:以武修生,是一種生命的進化模式,一種智者的運動方式,一種悟“道”的表達形式。這種在對“道”體悟式描述的自覺系統(tǒng)中所實踐的“修生主義”,通過主觀能動性下從無序向有序發(fā)展的“負熵運動”,完成了宇宙“回收作用”下所進行的“貯能造物”的進化過程。
[Abstract]:A variety of "misplaced" phenomena between human beings and the "environment" that they exist, and the resulting "health" problems, have attracted our attention. We have found that a healthy and permanent state of life necessarily requires us to be physically fit with the "environment", that is, the human body, the small universe. It is the highest state of health. In fact, this is the state of "unity of nature and man" expressed by Chinese philosophy. We have found that the understanding of the rules of human body and mind in the Chinese tradition has long contained profound complex systematic scientific ideas. "The double repair of life" is "the harmony of heaven and man". Another expression of "one" is that the human body is "moving" in harmony with the big universe through some ways of practicing.
