【摘要】：借鑒柯氏評(píng)估模型,從反應(yīng)層、學(xué)習(xí)層、行為層和結(jié)果層四個(gè)層次,評(píng)估分析廣州體育學(xué)院在2010-2017年對(duì)大型體育賽事服務(wù)人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),大型體育賽事服務(wù)作為廣州體育學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)的重要途徑,已經(jīng)取得了一定的成效。它在總體上提升了體育高等院校人才綜合素質(zhì),可以作為體育高等院校人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)融合的一個(gè)重要途徑而推廣應(yīng)用。同時(shí),廣州體育學(xué)院大型體育賽事服務(wù)人才在工具技術(shù)和態(tài)度因素等方面存在短板現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:From the four levels of reaction layer, learning layer, behavior layer and result layer, the quality of service personnel training for large-scale sports events in Guangzhou Institute of physical Education in 2010-2017 was evaluated and analyzed by using the Cor's evaluation model. The results show that the service of large-scale sports events, as an important way to train talents in Guangzhou Institute of physical Education, has achieved certain results. It can be used as an important way of talent training and social integration in physical education colleges and universities. At the same time, Guangzhou Institute of physical Education large-scale sports service personnel in the tool technology and attitude factors and other aspects of the lack of firmness.
