【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今籃球比賽對(duì)抗的愈發(fā)激烈,籃球這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)不論是從技戰(zhàn)術(shù),或是籃球人的個(gè)人身體素質(zhì)都已經(jīng)是在飛速發(fā)展。現(xiàn)如今大學(xué)生籃球已經(jīng)越來(lái)越正規(guī)化,平時(shí)的訓(xùn)練,日常的生活作息,許許多多比賽的安排,充分體現(xiàn)出了學(xué)校以及現(xiàn)在的籃協(xié)對(duì)于大學(xué)籃球的重視。當(dāng)今籃球賽場(chǎng)隨著運(yùn)動(dòng)員的身體素質(zhì)不斷的提升,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越強(qiáng),對(duì)抗越來(lái)越強(qiáng),想要贏得比賽越發(fā)的困難。其中對(duì)抗的加強(qiáng)顯而易見(jiàn),對(duì)抗的強(qiáng)度主要體現(xiàn)在了防守方面,所以本文通過(guò)對(duì)cuba東南賽區(qū)4強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍與華東師大防守效率差異進(jìn)行研究分析,希望能夠從中找出方法提升大學(xué)生的籃球綜合水平。CUBA東南賽區(qū)是CUBA聯(lián)賽中公認(rèn)實(shí)力較強(qiáng)的賽區(qū)之一,東南賽區(qū)中華僑大學(xué)、浙江大學(xué)及中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)都獲得過(guò)全國(guó)CUBA聯(lián)賽的總冠軍,寧波大學(xué)作為一支“新貴”球隊(duì),在近兩年比賽中均有著優(yōu)異表現(xiàn),是公認(rèn)的強(qiáng)隊(duì)。CUBA聯(lián)賽共分東南賽區(qū)、東北賽區(qū)、西南賽區(qū)以及西北賽區(qū)這四個(gè)賽區(qū),原本聯(lián)賽規(guī)則規(guī)定只有每個(gè)賽區(qū)前兩名的球隊(duì)才能晉級(jí)最后的全國(guó)八強(qiáng)賽,然而從第13屆開始,聯(lián)賽進(jìn)行了改革,由全國(guó)八強(qiáng)賽改為了全國(guó)十六強(qiáng)賽,也就是各個(gè)賽區(qū)前四強(qiáng)便可晉級(jí)全國(guó)賽。這對(duì)CUBA聯(lián)賽來(lái)說(shuō)是一次重要的改革,它無(wú)疑增進(jìn)了CUBA聯(lián)賽的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。而本論文便是基于這一基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)于東南賽區(qū)4強(qiáng)隊(duì)伍與華東師大的防守效率差異進(jìn)行研究,分析其在比賽中的各種防守運(yùn)用情況,觀察其對(duì)防守是否有著獨(dú)特的見(jiàn)解,通過(guò)分析我們可以了解到防守的好壞程度是不是與比賽成績(jī)成正比。對(duì)這幾支球隊(duì)的研究將對(duì)我國(guó)高校籃球發(fā)展及客觀評(píng)價(jià)CUBA大學(xué)生籃球聯(lián)賽水平有著重要的意義。CUBA東南賽區(qū)4強(qiáng)球隊(duì)由于球隊(duì)風(fēng)格的,在防守風(fēng)格上有著各自的作風(fēng),但是雖然4支球隊(duì)的防守作風(fēng)不同。華東師大在東南賽區(qū)是一支比較具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的球隊(duì),但是在與強(qiáng)隊(duì)的比較中永遠(yuǎn)占據(jù)不到上風(fēng),這一點(diǎn)在防守端體現(xiàn)的較為明顯,雖然差距并不是太大。華東師大在防守方面給于對(duì)手的壓迫不夠多,有些時(shí)候犯規(guī)實(shí)在過(guò)多,而有些時(shí)候一場(chǎng)比賽下來(lái)沒(méi)有幾次犯規(guī)。在碰到如中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)這種球風(fēng)彪悍,硬朗的球隊(duì)時(shí)華東師大顯得明顯沒(méi)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在與中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)的三次交手中沒(méi)有獲得一場(chǎng)勝利且都是大比分?jǐn)”本涂梢钥闯鲞@一點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in today's basketball games, basketball has been developing rapidly, whether it is from technical and tactical, or the individual physical quality of the basketball. Nowadays, college basketball has become more and more formal, regular training, daily life and rest, a lot of competition arrangements, fully embodies the school and the present. In the basketball game, the basketball team attaches great importance to the college basketball. With the continuous improvement of the athletes' physical quality, the competition is becoming stronger and stronger, and the confrontation is becoming stronger and stronger. The strengthening of the confrontation is obvious, the strength of the confrontation is mainly reflected in the defense, so this article passes the 4 strong in the southeast Cuba area. The research and analysis of the difference between the team and the defense efficiency of East China Normal University, hope to find out the way to improve the basketball comprehensive level of the university students.CUBA southeast area is one of the better recognized areas in the CUBA League, the southeast China Overseas Chinese University, the Zhejiang University and the China University of Mining and Technology have won the national championship of the national CUBA League, Ningbo The University, as a "new expensive" team, has excellent performance in the last two years.
