【摘要】：近年來,新型城鎮(zhèn)化成為一個(gè)社會熱議的話題,城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)成為我國一個(gè)重要的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。隨著新型城鎮(zhèn)化戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,原有的公共體育服務(wù)體系不能滿足新型城鎮(zhèn)化所強(qiáng)調(diào)的比重,為推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展速度,不得不對公共體育服務(wù)體系進(jìn)一步完善。體育作為城鎮(zhèn)化過程中公共服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的重要元素應(yīng)認(rèn)清自己在發(fā)展中的問題,深刻反省自己的發(fā)展思路調(diào)整好戰(zhàn)略部署。目前我國對于公共服務(wù)的研究已成為熱點(diǎn),而對于小城鎮(zhèn)有關(guān)公共體育服務(wù)的研究幾近空白。本文以濟(jì)南市小城鎮(zhèn)公共體育服務(wù)體系為研究對象。通過編號的方式,隨機(jī)抽取章丘、濟(jì)陽、平陰、商河4個(gè)縣的小城鎮(zhèn),再對4個(gè)縣的小城鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行編號,在每個(gè)縣市各隨機(jī)抽出6個(gè)小城鎮(zhèn)的公共體育服務(wù)體系進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采用文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、專家訪談、實(shí)地考察、邏輯分析的方法進(jìn)行研究,對濟(jì)南市小城鎮(zhèn)公共體育服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀初步了解。研究結(jié)果表明,濟(jì)南市公共體育服務(wù)體系存在活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目單一,組織活動(dòng)提供者單一,場地設(shè)施不完善,資金投入不足的問題。并且對這些問題進(jìn)行分析找出解決方案,從而提高濟(jì)南市公共體育服務(wù)的質(zhì)量,完善濟(jì)南市公共體育服務(wù)體系。通過調(diào)查的結(jié)果對濟(jì)南市小城鎮(zhèn)公共體育服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)提供一些自己的觀點(diǎn)與意見,為以后的濟(jì)南市小城鎮(zhèn)公共體育服務(wù)體系的改革提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, new urbanization has become a hot topic in society, and urbanization construction has become an important development strategy in China. With the implementation of the new urbanization strategy, the original public sports service system can not meet the emphasis of the new urbanization, in order to promote the development of new urbanization, we have to further improve the public sports service system. As an important element of the public service system in the process of urbanization, sports should recognize its own problems in the development and deeply reflect on its own development thinking and adjust its strategic arrangement. At present, the research on public service has become a hot spot in our country, but the research on public sports service in small towns is almost blank. This paper takes the public sports service system of small towns in Jinan as the research object. Through the method of numbering, random sampling of small towns in Zhangqiu, Jiyang, Pingyin and Shanghe counties, and then numbering the small towns in 4 counties, the public sports service system of 6 small towns in each county and city were randomly drawn out for investigation. The methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, expert interview, field investigation and logical analysis were used to study the present situation of public sports service system construction in small towns of Jinan. The results show that there are some problems in Jinan public sports service system, such as single activity item, single organization activity provider, imperfect venue facilities and insufficient capital investment. In order to improve the quality of Jinan public sports service and perfect Jinan public sports service system, the author analyzes and finds out solutions to these problems. Through the results of the investigation, this paper provides some views and opinions on the construction of public sports service system in small towns of Jinan, and provides a theoretical basis for the reform of public sports service system of small towns in Jinan in the future.
