【摘要】：校園足球場地不僅是開展校園足球活動必不可少的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),也是學(xué)校體育發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)保障。全面摸清武漢市洪山區(qū)校園足球試點學(xué)校的場地發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對保證校園足球活動的正常進(jìn)行,保障足球教學(xué)的質(zhì)量,為學(xué)生課外訓(xùn)練、比賽運動提供較好的硬件條件,使得校園足球能得到持續(xù)性的發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本研究運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、對比分析法等研究方法,通過對28所武漢市洪山區(qū)校園足球試點中小學(xué)足球場地的調(diào)查與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)武漢市洪山區(qū)校園足球試點學(xué)校的足球場地總量不足、規(guī)格不一且配置率偏低；足球場質(zhì)地以人造草坪為主,但部分場地質(zhì)地具有安全隱患,質(zhì)量還有待提高；中小學(xué)足球場地的利用率呈現(xiàn)不均衡的狀態(tài)；足球場地設(shè)施配備總體水平與《中小學(xué)體育器材和場地》的要求有差距；對足球場地建設(shè)的投入經(jīng)費明顯不足,經(jīng)費的來源渠道比較單一等現(xiàn)實問題。研究提出當(dāng)前制約武漢市洪山區(qū)校園足球試點學(xué)校場地保障的主要因素有三個：政府相關(guān)部門和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對足球場地建設(shè)重視度不夠；足球場地建設(shè)的投入不足；學(xué)校體育場館的管理模式單一。結(jié)合國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的成功案例提出武漢市洪山區(qū)校園足球試點學(xué)�？刹扇∽越ㄗ闱驁觥⒑献鹘ㄗ闱驁�、借用公共足球場、利用校園其他體育場地以及足球場資源有償開發(fā)使用等方式對學(xué)校足球場地進(jìn)行保障。在上述分析基礎(chǔ)上為武漢市洪山區(qū)校園足球試點學(xué)校場地保障提出如下對策：加強政策保障,鼓勵學(xué)校自建足球場地；借助社會資源,合作建辦足球場地；充分利用公共足球場地,增加校園足球的活動開展；提高校園足球場地資金投入,有效保障校園足球活動開展；建立校園足球場地管理維修制度,提高校園足球場地利用率。
[Abstract]:The campus football field is not only the essential material basis for the development of campus football activities, but also the important material guarantee for the development of school sports. In order to ensure the normal conduct of campus football activities, guarantee the quality of football teaching, and provide better hardware conditions for students' extracurricular training and sports competition, we should fully understand the present situation of the site development of the campus soccer pilot school in Hongshan District, Wuhan City, and ensure the normal conduct of the campus football activities and the quality of football teaching. It is of great practical significance to make campus football sustainable development. This study uses the methods of literature, investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and so on, through the investigation and analysis of 28 primary and middle school football sites in Hongshan district, Wuhan. It is found that the total number of football fields in Hongshan District Campus Football pilot School in Wuhan City is insufficient, the specifications are different and the allocation rate is low, the texture of football field is mainly artificial lawn, but some sites have hidden dangers of safety and the quality needs to be improved. The utilization ratio of primary and middle school football field is uneven; the overall level of football facilities is different from the requirement of "sports equipment and site in primary and middle schools"; the investment in football field construction is obviously insufficient. The source channel of fund is relatively single and so on realistic problem. The paper points out that there are three main factors restricting the site guarantee of Wuhan Hongshan District Campus Football pilot School at present: the government departments and school leaders pay less attention to the football site construction, the investment of football site construction is insufficient; The management mode of school stadiums and gymnasiums is single. Combined with the existing successful cases at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that Wuhan Hongshan District Campus Soccer pilot School can build soccer field by itself, cooperate to build football field, borrow public football field. The use of other campus sports venues and football field resources paid for the use of ways to ensure the school football field. On the basis of the above analysis, the following countermeasures are put forward for the site guarantee of Wuhan Hongshan District Campus Football pilot School: strengthen the policy guarantee, encourage the school to build the football field by itself, use social resources, cooperate to build the football field; Make full use of the public football field, increase the campus football activities; improve the campus football field investment, effectively ensure the campus football activities; establish the campus football site management maintenance system, improve the campus football site utilization ratio.
