【摘要】：本研究運用描述性統(tǒng)計、獨立樣本T檢驗、方差檢驗、Pearson相關(guān)、逐步回歸等分析方法,以貴州省體育賽事旅游的消費者人群為研究對象,在貴州省內(nèi)多個地區(qū)舉辦的體育賽事中進行調(diào)研,將調(diào)研收集的數(shù)據(jù)進行整理、編碼、錄入系統(tǒng)及相關(guān)統(tǒng)計分析,得出:(1)在貴州省參與體育賽事旅游的消費者人群中男性比例大于女性;青少年人多于中老年人;較多數(shù)人群擁有大學本科學歷;在職業(yè)層面上比例相當,無較大差異。(2)在貴州省參與體育賽事旅游的人群中不了解體育賽事旅游本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵的人數(shù)多于了解的人數(shù);且在體育賽事旅游過程中,有51.7%的人群參與到了體育賽事活動中去。(3)經(jīng)差異分析,得出性別和婚姻狀況都不是決定體育賽事旅游風險認知差異性的重要變量。(4)職業(yè)是影響消費者人群體育賽事旅游安全風險認知差異性的重要因素;個人收入不同的消費者人群對于交通環(huán)境風險、治安環(huán)境安全風險、住宿安全風險的認知度相對較高;家庭收入不同的消費者人群對于醫(yī)療安全風險、服務(wù)安全風險的認知度相對較高。(5)體育賽事旅游安全風險認知各維度與體育賽事旅游消費者滿意度都呈現(xiàn)一定相關(guān)性,其中與住宿安全風險、餐飲安全風險、醫(yī)療安全風險、服務(wù)安全風險、設(shè)施安全風險相關(guān)較高。(6)體育賽事旅游中安全風險認知對于游客滿意度的影響最為明顯,性別、婚姻、年齡、職業(yè)、教育背景、家庭人口、個人收入以及家庭收入影響較低。
[Abstract]:In this study, descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, variance test Pearson correlation and stepwise regression were used to study the consumers of sports events in Guizhou province. To investigate and investigate the sports events held in many regions of Guizhou Province, to sort out, encode, input into the system and related statistical analysis of the data collected by the investigation and investigation. It is concluded that the proportion of male consumers participating in sports tourism in Guizhou Province is greater than that of women; the number of teenagers is more than that of middle-aged and elderly people; the majority of the population has a college degree; and the proportion of consumers participating in sports touring in Guizhou Province is comparable at the professional level. In Guizhou Province, the number of people who do not understand the essence of sports tourism is more than the number of people who do not understand the essence of sports tourism, and in the process of sports tourism, 51.7% of the people participated in sports events. It is concluded that gender and marital status are not important variables to determine the difference of tourism risk cognition in sports events. Consumers with different personal income have relatively higher awareness of traffic environmental risk, security risk of public security environment and safety risk of accommodation, and consumers with different household income have relatively high awareness of the risk of medical safety. The awareness of service security risk is relatively high. 5) each dimension of tourism security risk cognition of sports events is related to the satisfaction degree of sports event tourism consumers, including accommodation safety risk, catering safety risk, medical safety risk, etc. Service safety risk, facility safety risk correlation is high. 6) the impact of safety risk cognition on tourist satisfaction is the most obvious in sports tourism. Sex, marriage, age, occupation, education background, family population, sex, marriage, age, occupation, educational background, family population, etc. Personal income and household income have a lower impact.
