【摘要】：戶外拓展運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)于疏導(dǎo)員工的負(fù)面情緒,以及培養(yǎng)他們的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神確實(shí)發(fā)揮著積極的正面作用。但一旦結(jié)束這種拓展活動(dòng),公司員工便可能重新步入原有的亞健康狀態(tài)。實(shí)踐表明,茶文化能與體育文化形成互補(bǔ)的共生態(tài)勢(shì)。二者的共性特征包括:國民心理特征、易參與性特征、個(gè)體拓展特征。最終的應(yīng)用途徑為:調(diào)研茶企員工的行為現(xiàn)狀、理清二元文化的適用范圍、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)茶文化氛圍營造、建立二元文化共生的機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Outdoor outreach really plays a positive role in unblocking negative emotions and cultivating their team spirit. But once this kind of expansion activity is over, the company staff may enter the original sub-health state again. Practice shows that tea culture and sports culture can form a complementary symbiotic situation. The common features of the two include: national psychological characteristics, easy to participate in the characteristics of individual expansion. The final application approach is to investigate the behavior of the employees in tea enterprises, to clarify the applicable scope of dual culture, to strengthen the construction of tea culture atmosphere in enterprises, and to establish the mechanism of dual culture symbiosis.
