【摘要】：運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)是展現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員能力載體,是順利完成成套動(dòng)作的基礎(chǔ),也是裁判員評(píng)判競(jìng)賽成績(jī)的重要因素。研究立足于《2014版啦啦操競(jìng)賽規(guī)則》,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、視頻分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,通過(guò)對(duì)2014年世界啦啦操錦標(biāo)賽和2014年全國(guó)啦啦操錦標(biāo)賽中花球啦啦操前六名共12套成套動(dòng)作的技術(shù)水平進(jìn)行全方位的分析,深入剖析當(dāng)前我國(guó)花球啦啦操技術(shù)水平的狀況,并與世界高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,尋找差距,并提出改進(jìn)方法。得出以下結(jié)論：1)花球啦啦操的技術(shù)特征為：快速制動(dòng)、控制定位、精準(zhǔn)到位、重心平穩(wěn)。2)在花球動(dòng)作技術(shù)方面,國(guó)外隊(duì)伍基本手位動(dòng)作發(fā)力方式以屈臂為主,高位動(dòng)作和中位動(dòng)作的運(yùn)用率明顯高于低位動(dòng)作,完成動(dòng)作瞬間制動(dòng)清晰、有力且身體姿態(tài)的重心相對(duì)平穩(wěn),所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)強(qiáng)大的手臂發(fā)力以及身體的肌肉控制能力都強(qiáng)于我國(guó)隊(duì)伍。我國(guó)隊(duì)伍基本手位動(dòng)作容量普遍較大,發(fā)力清晰,但是我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員手臂的控制力普遍不足,兩個(gè)基本手位動(dòng)作的轉(zhuǎn)換過(guò)程過(guò)于僵硬,且中位動(dòng)作居多。3)在舞蹈動(dòng)作技術(shù)力面,國(guó)外運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)伍舞蹈動(dòng)作的力度強(qiáng)、幅度大,且層次銜接錯(cuò)落有致,成套動(dòng)作中花球動(dòng)作、難度動(dòng)作與舞蹈動(dòng)作結(jié)合緊密,將迅速、短促的花球動(dòng)作與緩慢、舒展的舞蹈動(dòng)作相融合,同時(shí)在完成難度動(dòng)作時(shí)加入肢體動(dòng)作的表現(xiàn),而我國(guó)隊(duì)伍在完成舞蹈動(dòng)作時(shí)肢體過(guò)于僵硬,尤其以震動(dòng)、波浪等動(dòng)作幅度小,肢體展現(xiàn)能力不足,且受技術(shù)水平的制約,目前大部分運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)尚未具備在難度動(dòng)作完成中加入舞蹈動(dòng)作的表現(xiàn)能力。4)在技術(shù)技巧動(dòng)作方面,我國(guó)隊(duì)伍難度動(dòng)作總數(shù)、聯(lián)合難度數(shù)量、托舉動(dòng)作和配合動(dòng)作的數(shù)量都明顯低于國(guó)際平均水平,且聯(lián)合難度價(jià)值普遍較低。在完成質(zhì)量上,我國(guó)隊(duì)伍翻騰類(lèi)和轉(zhuǎn)體類(lèi)難度動(dòng)作失誤率最高,造成失誤的原因主要為翻騰違例、轉(zhuǎn)體時(shí)主力腿出現(xiàn)跳動(dòng)、動(dòng)力腿的角度和開(kāi)度不整齊、滯空時(shí)腳尖、膝蓋及姿態(tài)控制不足等,反映出我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員身體的控制能力和平衡能力較弱。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the technical level of six common sets of sports teams in the world championships in 2014 and the national championship in 2014 . The results are as follows : 1 ) The movement of the basic hand position of the foreign teams is relatively stable , the movement of the two basic hand positions is too rigid , and the movement of the body is very smooth .
