我國初級游泳救生員考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及評價(jià)體系實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國大眾游泳的開展,游泳人群隨之增加,但溺水事故也時(shí)有發(fā)生,因而游泳救生員這個(gè)行業(yè)受到越來越多的關(guān)注。經(jīng)營性游泳場館的救生員配置,往往在醫(yī)務(wù)人員帶來之前對溺水者有著重要的生存意義。初級游泳救生員工作在最基層,并處于救生事業(yè)第一線,且是考評量最大的救生員級別。初級游泳救生員考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)決定了游泳救生員最基本的技能基礎(chǔ),救生員掌握的救生技能決定救生水平,救生員考評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和內(nèi)容決定了培養(yǎng)的救生員質(zhì)量,只有了解了救生員真正需要的技能,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范救生員考核內(nèi)容和考評體系,才能培養(yǎng)出高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、適合需求的游泳救生員。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法等科學(xué)研究方法,對我國初級游泳救生員的技能需求、考評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和考評體系進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,客觀的反應(yīng)了救生員技能需求和考評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、體系的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,并借鑒其他國家和地區(qū)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國國情,為救生員的培訓(xùn)和考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、體系提出相關(guān)發(fā)展對策。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容與結(jié)果如下:1.現(xiàn)行的我國初級游泳救生員考試游泳技能達(dá)標(biāo)以及水上赴救考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及內(nèi)容總體呈難度偏易和內(nèi)容較少的現(xiàn)象。初級救生員只是掌握了較簡單、表面的技能和知識,技能結(jié)構(gòu)單一,培訓(xùn)單位及考核要求都忽略救生員的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,達(dá)不到目前游泳場館對初級游泳救生員實(shí)際技能的需求。2.上水赴救以及解脫考核的扣分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不完善,影響扣分的兩大主要因素:救生行為的大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和救生行為細(xì)節(jié)界定不清楚。導(dǎo)致救生員考評員在拖帶,上岸,現(xiàn)場急救等救生現(xiàn)象上出現(xiàn)扣分的分歧,產(chǎn)生誤差。3.目前考核工作的評價(jià)體系存在缺點(diǎn),省級職業(yè)技能鑒定部門缺少對考評員考評資格管理的權(quán)利?荚u工作中容易出現(xiàn)沒有考前會議而導(dǎo)致考核準(zhǔn)備不足、缺乏統(tǒng)一原則,考后未及時(shí)匯報(bào)工作導(dǎo)致救生爭議現(xiàn)象不斷出現(xiàn),一次考評量過大,部分救生考評員不經(jīng)常參加考評員繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)而導(dǎo)致業(yè)務(wù)水平下降等現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of popular swimming in China, the swimming crowd increases, but drowning accidents also occur from time to time, so swimming lifeguards are paid more and more attention. The allocation of lifeguards in commercial swimming stadiums is often of great significance to the drowning before the medical staff bring them. The primary swimmer works at the lowest level, and is in the front line of life-saving career, and is the most rated lifeguard grade. The assessment standard of primary swimming lifeguard determines the most basic skill base of the swimmer, the life saving skill mastered by the lifeguard determines the life saving level, and the standard and content of the lifeguard evaluation determine the quality of the lifeguard trained. Only by understanding the skills that lifeguards really need and further standardizing the contents and evaluation system of lifeguards can we cultivate a high standard and suitable swimming lifeguards. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper investigates and analyzes the skill requirements, evaluation standards and evaluation system of primary swimming lifeguards in China. It objectively reflects the requirements of lifeguards' skills and evaluation standards, the implementation status of the system, and draw lessons from the experience of other countries and regions, combined with the national conditions of our country, for the lifeguard training and assessment standards, the system put forward relevant development countermeasures. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1. The current swimming skills of primary swimming lifeguards in China are up to standard, and the standards and contents of water rescue assessment are relatively difficult and less. The primary lifeguard only grasps the relatively simple, the superficial skill and the knowledge, the skill structure is single, the training unit and the examination request all ignore the lifeguard's training quality, does not reach the present swimming stadium to the primary swimming lifeguard actual skill demand .2. The standard of deduction for rescue and release assessment in Sheung Shui is not perfect, and the two main factors that affect the score are not clear: the big standard of life-saving behavior and the definition of details of life-saving behavior. Lead to lifeguard examiners in towing, disembarkation, on-site emergency rescue phenomena such as points on the difference between points, error. 3. At present, there are shortcomings in the evaluation system of the appraisal work, and the provincial vocational skill appraisal department lacks the right to manage the examiner's qualification. In the evaluation work, it is easy to have no meeting before the examination, which leads to inadequate preparation for examination, lack of unified principles, failure to report the work in time after the examination, which leads to the emergence of life-saving controversy phenomenon, and the amount of assessment is too large at one time. Some life-saving examiners do not often participate in the continuing education and training of examiners, which leads to the decline of professional level and so on.
