【摘要】：根據(jù)協(xié)同理論和機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)理論,遵循動態(tài)性、務(wù)本性和創(chuàng)新性等原則,設(shè)計(jì)京津冀體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校協(xié)同發(fā)展聯(lián)動機(jī)制,據(jù)此進(jìn)行案例設(shè)計(jì)與分析,旨在促進(jìn)京津冀體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校的協(xié)同、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。研究表明:(1)京津冀體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校協(xié)同發(fā)展聯(lián)動機(jī)制行為人包括京津冀體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校協(xié)同發(fā)展委員會、京津冀體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校協(xié)同發(fā)展小組和京津冀區(qū)域各體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校,各司其職,履行各自的權(quán)利與義務(wù);(2)其功能包括激勵(lì)、制約和保障功能,三者相互作用、相互制約;(3)其形式與載體包括涉及激勵(lì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和經(jīng)費(fèi)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的激勵(lì)政策措施,涉及制度、程序和權(quán)利等的制約政策措施,涉及經(jīng)費(fèi)、師資和場館的保障政策措施;(4)依據(jù)聯(lián)動機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)京津冀體育傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目學(xué)校系列賽事和夏令營活動是促進(jìn)協(xié)同發(fā)展的有效手段和途徑。
[Abstract]:According to the cooperative theory and mechanism design theory, following the principles of dynamic, business-oriented and innovative, this paper designs the coordinated development mechanism of traditional sports schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports, based on which the case design and analysis are carried out. The aim is to promote the cooperation and sustainable development of traditional sports schools in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The research shows that the coordinated development mechanism of traditional sports schools in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei includes the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Sports traditional events School Cooperative Development Committee. The cooperative development group of traditional sports schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the traditional sports schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region perform their respective duties and perform their respective rights and obligations. Their functions include the functions of encouragement, restriction and protection, and their interaction. Their forms and carriers include incentive policy measures involving incentive criteria and financial incentives, restrictive policy measures involving institutions, procedures, rights, etc., as well as financial resources, According to the linkage mechanism, it is an effective means and way to design the school series and summer camp activities of traditional sports events in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports.
