單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)法在高校乒乓球普修課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:2014年9月,黨的十八大四中全會發(fā)布的《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問題的決定》,提出了深化教育領(lǐng)域綜合改革,對深化教育改革在強(qiáng)化體育課和課外鍛煉方面提出了更高的要求。可見,隨著國家對教育問題的關(guān)注,深化教育改革儼然已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)重要的任務(wù)。如今,在體育教育領(lǐng)域中,不僅關(guān)注學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),而且更傾向于關(guān)注學(xué)生身心健康的發(fā)展。在眾多體育運(yùn)動項(xiàng)目中,被稱為“國球”的乒乓球,深受高校學(xué)生們的喜愛。因此,乒乓球教學(xué)作為高校體育教學(xué)中重要部分,對乒乓球教學(xué)的改革提出了更高的要求,高校乒乓球教學(xué)必須要突破傳統(tǒng),改革創(chuàng)新。高校改革過程中,涌現(xiàn)出了很多教學(xué)方法,單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)法就是其中的一種教學(xué)方法。本文在乒乓球普修課教學(xué)中根據(jù)單元的難易程度,充分考慮不同層次學(xué)生的需要,將目標(biāo)劃分為不同的等級,以逐級遞增的方式,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī),形成互幫互助的合作學(xué)習(xí)模式。在提高學(xué)生技能水平的同時(shí),促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康的全面發(fā)展。本文在高校乒乓球普修課教學(xué)中運(yùn)用單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)方法,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)前測、后測對比分析學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)興趣和基本技術(shù)水平上的影響。為了使單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)方法在各大體育高校得到廣泛的使用,同時(shí)也為教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的科學(xué)合理化提供理論參考依據(jù)。通過一學(xué)期的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,對所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)實(shí)驗(yàn)后兩組在求知進(jìn)取、社會取向、物質(zhì)追求、害怕失敗、個(gè)人成就、小群體取向六個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)維度方面的研究調(diào)查結(jié)果上均有顯著性差異,說明在高校乒乓球普修課教學(xué)中運(yùn)用單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)法能夠更有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣、增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)、提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極主動性,有助于學(xué)生形成一個(gè)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。(2)實(shí)驗(yàn)組在教學(xué)組織形式、教學(xué)方法、課堂氣氛、教學(xué)手段、學(xué)習(xí)效果五個(gè)教學(xué)效果維度上要優(yōu)于對照組,說明在乒乓球普修課中運(yùn)用單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)法的教學(xué)效果要好于對照組采用的傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法,尤其在課堂氛圍、教學(xué)方法、學(xué)習(xí)效果三個(gè)方面的教學(xué)效果更為顯著。(3)實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組在喜愛乒乓球課程度、課外自主學(xué)習(xí)的程度和課外參與體育活動程度這三個(gè)體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣維度上有顯著性差異。說明實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)法能夠更有效提高學(xué)生的體育學(xué)習(xí)興趣,促進(jìn)學(xué)生之間形成互幫互助友好合作的良好學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。(4)根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究后測的數(shù)據(jù)看出,采取單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)方法在反手推擋、正手攻球、左推右攻這三項(xiàng)基本技術(shù)方面更能提高學(xué)生的乒乓球技術(shù)水平;其中,在反手推擋和正手攻球技術(shù)方面實(shí)驗(yàn)組的單元目標(biāo)教學(xué)法要好于對照組。
[Abstract]:In September 2014, the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues of comprehensively deepening Reform", issued by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, proposed deepening comprehensive reform in the field of education. To deepen the education reform in strengthening physical education and extracurricular exercise put forward higher requirements. It can be seen that, with the attention of the country to education, deepening education reform has become an important task. Nowadays, in the field of physical education, not only pay attention to students' physical fitness, but also pay more attention to the development of students' physical and mental health. In many sports, known as "national ball" table tennis, by the students in colleges and universities love. Therefore, table tennis teaching, as an important part of physical education in colleges and universities, puts forward higher requirements for the reform of table tennis teaching. Table tennis teaching in colleges and universities must break through the tradition and reform and innovate. In the process of university reform, there are many teaching methods, one of which is unit goal teaching method. In the course of table tennis teaching, according to the difficulty degree of the unit, considering the needs of the students at different levels, this paper divides the goal into different grades and motivates the students' learning motivation in the way of increasing step by step. Form a cooperative learning model of helping each other. At the same time, improve the level of students' skills, promote the overall development of students' physical and mental health. This paper applies the unit goal teaching method in the teaching of table tennis general course in colleges and universities, and analyzes the influence of students' learning motivation, learning interest and basic technical level on learning motivation, learning interest and basic technical level by means of pre-test and post-test. In order to make the unit objective teaching method widely used in the major physical education colleges and universities, it also provides the theoretical reference for the scientific rationalization of teaching links. Through a semester of experimental research, the data obtained are compared and analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1) after the experiment, the two groups are pursuing knowledge, social orientation, material pursuit, fear of failure, personal achievement, There are significant differences in the six dimensions of learning motivation of small group orientation, which indicates that the use of unit goal teaching method in table tennis general course teaching in colleges and universities can help to cultivate students' interest in learning. Strengthening students' learning motivation and improving students' active and active learning can help students to form a good study habit.) the experimental group is in the form of teaching organization, teaching method, classroom atmosphere and teaching means. The learning effect in five dimensions is better than that in the control group, which shows that the teaching effect of the unit goal teaching method in table tennis course is better than that of the traditional teaching method in the control group, especially in the classroom atmosphere and teaching method. There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the degree of liking table tennis course, the degree of extracurricular autonomous learning and the degree of extracurricular participation in sports activities. 3) there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the three dimensions of interest in sports learning. The results show that the experimental group can improve the students' interest in physical education more effectively, and promote the students to form a good learning atmosphere of mutual help, mutual help and friendly cooperation. Adopting the unit goal teaching method can improve the students' table tennis skills in the three basic techniques of backhand pushing, forehand attacking, left pushing and right attacking. The unit goal teaching method of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in backhand push and forehand attack.
