【摘要】：網(wǎng)球,是全球?qū)I(yè)化、市場(chǎng)化和個(gè)性化水平非常高的競(jìng)技體育之一,并以其個(gè)性的特點(diǎn)博得越來(lái)越多的體育愛(ài)好者的青睞,研究網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律和趨勢(shì)的學(xué)者也越來(lái)越多。近些年來(lái),我國(guó)優(yōu)秀體育代表團(tuán)陸續(xù)在奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)和四大滿貫比賽項(xiàng)目中不斷傳來(lái)佳績(jī),獲得了舉不勝數(shù)的榮譽(yù)。我國(guó)比賽運(yùn)動(dòng)在獲得2008年“奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)計(jì)劃”的圓滿成功后,面臨著一個(gè)重要的抉擇,是仍舊使用對(duì)“全民參與政策”進(jìn)行縫縫補(bǔ)補(bǔ)的策略,還是突破性的進(jìn)行躍進(jìn)式的政策調(diào)整,再一次站在了風(fēng)口浪尖,成為公眾和科學(xué)社會(huì)爭(zhēng)相研究的中心,而全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新世紀(jì)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的出現(xiàn),也為將來(lái)我國(guó)競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)事業(yè)的進(jìn)步打下了強(qiáng)有力的理論準(zhǔn)備。在這種大背景的調(diào)整中,我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展模式也必須進(jìn)行更加深入的改革,必將產(chǎn)生一個(gè)又一個(gè)的政策調(diào)整,何以能夠創(chuàng)建一個(gè)合理的、健康的發(fā)展模式以趕上世界體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的步伐,必將成為繼奧運(yùn)時(shí)代后新時(shí)代競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要課題。本課題以競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的進(jìn)步方針、治理方案、訓(xùn)練制度和比賽規(guī)則等角度為立足點(diǎn),研究我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的內(nèi)在規(guī)則,從宏觀調(diào)控的角度來(lái)探索促進(jìn)我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)一步提升的管理與運(yùn)行模式。本文綜合使用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、比較分析法等以我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)當(dāng)下的發(fā)展模式為切入點(diǎn),順著橫、縱兩個(gè)方面開(kāi)展研究�？v向調(diào)查以我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的興起進(jìn)展為線索,分析我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展七十年來(lái)的可取之處與不足之處；橫向調(diào)查以全球競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展為研究前提,吸收競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)成功國(guó)家的現(xiàn)金之處,探索我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)一步提高的關(guān)鍵。在縱向、橫向綜合分析的前提之上,具體分析我國(guó)實(shí)際情況與體育運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的規(guī)則,探索我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)水平持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定提升的體制方針。該發(fā)展模式的探索主要涉及競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)提升觀、進(jìn)展目標(biāo)、治理方針、鍛煉方式、比賽規(guī)則和保障體制六個(gè)內(nèi)容,以新世紀(jì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的良好時(shí)機(jī)為契機(jī),制定了我國(guó)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)順應(yīng)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)步規(guī)則的人性化、持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展的新世紀(jì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義科學(xué)發(fā)展觀：確定了在圓滿完成奧運(yùn)最高宗旨的前提下,要時(shí)時(shí)順應(yīng)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展步伐,確立奧運(yùn)最高宗旨與專業(yè)化、市場(chǎng)化的競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)共同發(fā)展的方針宗旨：創(chuàng)建出中國(guó)特色的競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)以政府、社會(huì)、群體共同參與的三元合作新模式,最終完成競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)全民性為中心的組織實(shí)施方案：探索出專業(yè)化訓(xùn)練策略的任務(wù),結(jié)合人性、合理的訓(xùn)練方案和途徑,教育與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、勤學(xué)苦練、精誠(chéng)合作、開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新的教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員,配合合理化、嚴(yán)密化、綜合化、合作化的輔助訓(xùn)練隊(duì)伍,實(shí)現(xiàn)全民參與與專業(yè)化相互聯(lián)系、相互結(jié)合的組織形式：建立一個(gè)階段賽事周期安排科學(xué),開(kāi)展場(chǎng)所、時(shí)機(jī)相對(duì)統(tǒng)一、等級(jí)更加清楚的競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)行模式,并使其逐步成為一種科學(xué)的具有一定世界聞名度的競(jìng)技體育運(yùn)行策略：探索出一條人性、合理的方針路線,貫徹全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的科學(xué)發(fā)展理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)科學(xué)性、合理化的進(jìn)步目標(biāo),努力保證社會(huì)力量對(duì)公共網(wǎng)球與競(jìng)技網(wǎng)球的合理調(diào)配,建立完善的能夠達(dá)到廣大群眾對(duì)網(wǎng)球的需求的運(yùn)行體制。
[Abstract]:Tennis is one of the world's specialized, market-based and individualized competitive sports. With its personality characteristics, more and more sports enthusiasts are gaining popularity. More and more scholars have studied the rules and trends of tennis sports. In recent years, China's outstanding sports delegations have been in the Olympic Games and four Grand Slam. After the successful success of the Olympic Games in 2008, China's competition movement faces an important choice, still using the strategy of sewing up the "national participation policy", or the breakthrough of the leap forward policy. The policy adjustment, once again stood at the point of the wind and waves, became the center of the public and the scientific society, and the emergence of the new century Scientific Outlook on Development in the overall coordination of sustainable development also laid a strong theoretical preparation for the progress of our competitive sports in the future. The exhibition model must also carry on more in-depth reform, and will inevitably produce one policy adjustment. How to create a reasonable and healthy development model to catch up with the development of world sports will become an important subject of competitive tennis in the new era after the Olympic Games. The principles, the management scheme, the training system and the rules of the competition are taken as the foothold to study the internal rules of our competitive tennis movement, and explore the management and operation mode of promoting the further promotion of our competitive tennis from the perspective of macro regulation. This paper uses literature material method, expert interview method, field investigation method and comparative analysis method. With the development model of competitive tennis in China as the starting point, the research is carried out in two aspects. The longitudinal investigation takes the rise of China's competitive tennis as a clue, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of China's competitive tennis for seventy years; the horizontal investigation is the development of the global competitive tennis. The research premise is to absorb the cash of the successful country of competitive tennis and explore the key to the further improvement of our competitive tennis. On the premise of the longitudinal and horizontal comprehensive analysis, we analyze the actual situation of our country and the rules of sports development, and explore the system of the continuous healthy and stable improvement of our competitive tennis sports level. The exploration of the development mode mainly involves the concept of promotion of competitive tennis, the goal of progress, the policy of governance, the way of exercise, the rules of the competition and the guarantee system. With the opportunity of the good opportunity of the development of the sports in the new century, we have formulated the humanization, continuity, stability and health of the athletic tennis in China to comply with the rules of tennis progress. Mobilize, coordinate with rationalization, rigorous, comprehensive, and cooperative training teams, to realize the interrelated and integrated organizational form of the whole people's participation and specialization: to set up a stage competition cycle arrangement science, carry out the place, the time relatively unifying, the more clear level of the competitive tennis running mode, and make it gradually become a kind of section. It has a certain world famous competitive sports operation strategy: To explore a human nature, a reasonable policy line, to carry out the scientific development concept of comprehensive and sustainable development, to realize the scientific and rational progress of competitive tennis, and to ensure the rational allocation of public tennis and competitive tennis by social forces. Perfect operation system that can meet the needs of the masses for tennis.
