基于規(guī)則視角的花球啦啦操競(jìng)賽制勝要素分析

【摘要】:啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)從2001年傳入我國,在我國開展的時(shí)間非常有限,相比啦啦操發(fā)源地歐美等國家,無論是關(guān)于啦啦操的基礎(chǔ)相關(guān)研究,還是其他關(guān)于訓(xùn)練、競(jìng)賽、規(guī)程方面的研究,我國都存在相當(dāng)大的差距。其次,現(xiàn)有的啦啦操基礎(chǔ)理論方面以及競(jìng)賽實(shí)踐方面的資料研究,都不足以支撐啦啦操項(xiàng)目在我國的迅速發(fā)展。再者,分析現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于啦啦操理論研究資料,甚少涉及啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目制勝要素的研究。除此之外,我國對(duì)于單項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽制勝要素的研究還處于萌芽階段,不夠系統(tǒng)化。因此,如何有針對(duì)性、科學(xué)化的進(jìn)行花球啦啦操競(jìng)賽制勝要素的研究,總結(jié)和歸納該項(xiàng)目的制勝要素,促進(jìn)我國啦啦操訓(xùn)練和競(jìng)賽水平的提高,將是一項(xiàng)兼具理論及實(shí)踐意義的重要研究。鑒于此,本論文以花球啦啦操制勝要素為研究對(duì)象,以2015年ICU世界啦啦操錦標(biāo)賽集體花球前六名參賽隊(duì)伍和2016年全國學(xué)生啦啦操錦標(biāo)賽前六支隊(duì)伍的自選花球啦啦操視頻為調(diào)查對(duì)象。通過對(duì)國內(nèi)、外優(yōu)秀參賽隊(duì)伍自編花球啦啦操視頻的觀錄總結(jié)以及研究對(duì)比,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、錄像分析法、專家訪談法等方法對(duì)花球啦啦操競(jìng)賽的制勝要素進(jìn)行分析,并進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,理清要素之間的主次順序,為廣大啦啦操教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員提出理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐參考,使花球啦啦操的訓(xùn)練更加針對(duì)化,競(jìng)賽套路更加豐富化,為我國優(yōu)秀參賽隊(duì)提供一些可以為之借鑒的建議,以縮短與啦啦操強(qiáng)國之間的差距,同時(shí)間接帶動(dòng)國內(nèi)啦啦操賽事水平的提升,使得該項(xiàng)目在我國的發(fā)展更具系統(tǒng)化及專業(yè)化。研究結(jié)論如下:(1)通過對(duì)2010-2013年版啦啦操競(jìng)賽規(guī)則與2014年版啦啦操競(jìng)賽規(guī)則的花球啦啦操評(píng)分方面對(duì)比分析發(fā)現(xiàn):成套的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要體現(xiàn)在花球技術(shù)技巧、編排、完成方面的大、小分值變動(dòng);編排主要體現(xiàn)在主題風(fēng)格、服裝與花球上的變化以及將難度等級(jí)劃入進(jìn)成套編排分值上;完成主要體現(xiàn)在團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作上;難度主要體現(xiàn)在取消了對(duì)難度動(dòng)作的類別與數(shù)量的規(guī)定,難度動(dòng)作沒有固定分值上。(2)花球啦啦操制勝要素定義為在花球啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽過程中,在規(guī)則允許以內(nèi)獲取優(yōu)異成績(jī)的重要因素。通過對(duì)2010-2013年版啦啦操競(jìng)賽規(guī)則與2014年版啦啦操競(jìng)賽規(guī)則的花球啦啦操評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及國內(nèi)、外優(yōu)秀隊(duì)伍花球視頻的對(duì)比分析得到:一,決定花球啦啦操競(jìng)賽取勝的七大制勝要素為力、難、齊、新、美、穩(wěn)、智;二,各個(gè)要素內(nèi)部之間的聯(lián)系為力、齊相滲透,新、難、穩(wěn)相結(jié)合,美與智兩要素貫穿競(jìng)賽始終。(3)提出花球制勝相關(guān)對(duì)策:深入了解規(guī)則,明確花球制勝要素;完善訓(xùn)練方法手段,提高團(tuán)隊(duì)整體技能;重視相關(guān)人員培養(yǎng),提升隊(duì)伍智能水平。
[Abstract]:Since its introduction into China in 2001, the time of its development in China has been very limited. Compared with the countries where cheerleading originated in Europe and the United States, whether it is related research on the basis of cheerleading, or other studies on training, competition, and regulations, There is a considerable gap in our country. Secondly, the current research on basic theory and competition practice is not enough to support the rapid development of cheerleading in China. Furthermore, the analysis of the existing research materials on the cheerleading theory rarely involves the research on the winning factors of the cheerleading events. In addition, the research on the winning factors of individual sports competition in our country is still in its infancy and is not systematic enough. Therefore, how to carry on the research on the winning elements of the ball and cheerleading competition scientifically, summarize and sum up the winning elements of the project, and promote the improvement of the training and competition level of our country's cheerleading and cheerleading, Will be a theoretical and practical significance of an important study. In view of this, this paper focuses on the winning elements of ball raucing. The video from the top six teams in the 2015 ICU World Championships and the first six teams in the 2016 National Student cheerleading Championships were investigated. Through the summary and study of the video of the excellent teams in China and foreign countries, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, video analysis, Expert interviews and other methods analyze the winning elements of the ball and cheerleading competition, elaborate in detail, clear the primary and secondary order among the elements, and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the vast number of cheerleading coaches and athletes. To make the training of ball and cheerleading more targeted, to enrich the competition routine, to provide some suggestions for the excellent teams of our country to learn from, so as to shorten the gap between the powerful countries and the cheerleading countries. At the same time, the development of the project in China is more systematic and professional. The conclusion of the study is as follows: (1) through the comparative analysis of the rules of the 2010-2013 edition of the cheerleading competition and the 2014 edition of the rules of the cheerleading competition, it is found that the complete set of scoring standards are mainly reflected in the technical skills, arrangement, and completion of the ball. Small score changes; layout mainly reflected in the theme style, clothing and bouquet changes, and the difficulty of the grade into the complete set score, the completion is mainly reflected in the team cooperation; The difficulty is mainly reflected in the cancellation of the regulations on the category and quantity of the difficult movements, which are not fixed on the score. 2) the winning factor of the ball cheerleading is defined as in the process of the ball cheerleading competition. An important factor in obtaining excellent results within the limits of the rules. Through the comparison and analysis of the rules of the 2010-2013 edition of the cheerleading competition and the 2014 edition of the rules of the cheerleading competition, as well as the standard of score of the ball and cheerleading, as well as the domestic and foreign excellent team's video of the ball, the following conclusions are obtained: 1 The seven major winning factors that determine the success of the ball, cheerleading, and gymnastics competitions are force, difficulty, unity, new, beauty, stability, intelligence; second, the internal relations among the various elements are force, all of them are permeated, new, difficult, and stable are combined. Two elements of beauty and intelligence throughout the competition. (3) put forward the relevant countermeasures: deeply understand the rules, make clear the winning elements of the ball; improve the training methods and means to improve the overall skills of the team; attach importance to the training of related personnel, improve the intelligence level of the team.
