【摘要】：對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)與骨內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)研究進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)述。骨作為新型的內(nèi)分泌器官,具有內(nèi)分泌功能。目前研究的重點(diǎn)主要是:骨鈣素(OCN)和成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子23(FGF23)。其中OCN經(jīng)過羧化后形成u OCN,再作用于脂肪細(xì)胞和胰島,以此調(diào)節(jié)瘦素、脂聯(lián)素、胰島素的分泌,最終作用于骨,形成反饋性回路,進(jìn)而調(diào)控能量代謝。而運(yùn)動(dòng)可能通過調(diào)節(jié)骨內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)進(jìn)而影響骨代謝,且不同方式運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)骨內(nèi)分泌的調(diào)節(jié)不同,尤其是內(nèi)分泌本質(zhì)上是尋求內(nèi)環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定性,短時(shí)間或一次性運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)機(jī)體意義不大;當(dāng)進(jìn)行長期運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),在調(diào)節(jié)骨結(jié)構(gòu)的同時(shí)可顯著影響相應(yīng)因子,進(jìn)而穩(wěn)定骨內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)。這為運(yùn)動(dòng)改善骨及其機(jī)體代謝的分子生物學(xué)機(jī)制提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:The research on exercise and bone endocrine system was reviewed. As a new endocrine organ, bone has endocrine function. At present, the focus of this study is osteocalcin (OCN) and fibroblast growth factor 23 FGF23 (FGF23). After carboxylation, OCN forms u _ (OC), and then acts on adipocytes and islets to regulate the secretion of leptin, adiponectin and insulin, and finally to act on bone, form feedback circuit, and then regulate energy metabolism. Exercise may affect bone metabolism by regulating the bone endocrine system, and the regulation of bone endocrine is different in different ways, especially that endocrine essentially seeks the stability of internal environment. The short-term or one-off exercise is of little significance to the body, and when the long-term exercise is carried out, the bone structure can be regulated and the corresponding factors can be significantly affected, and then the bone endocrine system can be stabilized. This provides a new idea for the molecular biological mechanism of improving the metabolism of bone and body by exercise.
