【摘要】：2012年山西女籃以“升班馬”身份晉級(jí)WCBA中國(guó)頂級(jí)女子職業(yè)籃球聯(lián)賽,并以優(yōu)異戰(zhàn)績(jī)順利奪冠,隨后的13至14與14至15賽季高歌猛進(jìn),成就三連冠,迎來(lái)山西女籃的“王朝”。然而2015-2016賽季,山西女籃屢戰(zhàn)屢敗,常規(guī)賽期間球隊(duì)跌跌撞撞,勉強(qiáng)以倒數(shù)名次闖進(jìn)季后賽,與前三個(gè)賽季球隊(duì)的驕人成績(jī)相比,令人大跌眼鏡。無(wú)奈最后季后賽首輪被老對(duì)手北京女籃淘汰,球隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)績(jī)的突然下滑引起廣大球迷的關(guān)注。因此本文以中國(guó)女子籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽(WCBA)2015-2016賽季季后賽山西竹葉青女籃失利原因?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,針對(duì)球隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)績(jī)低迷的原因進(jìn)行探究。目的是為提高山西女籃的競(jìng)技水平,促使山西女籃重回巔峰,重振山西女籃昔日輝煌。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、對(duì)比分析法、邏輯分析法對(duì)2015-2016賽季季后賽山西女籃技、戰(zhàn)術(shù)、俱樂(lè)部管理進(jìn)行全面的、系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。從而發(fā)現(xiàn)山西女籃自身優(yōu)勢(shì)及短板,徹底考察山西女籃的弊端與不足,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,找出球隊(duì)后期戰(zhàn)績(jī)低靡的真正原因,為山西女籃今后發(fā)展提供參考的重要依據(jù)。研究結(jié)論表明:(1)球隊(duì)數(shù)據(jù)方面,球隊(duì)整體創(chuàng)造出的投球機(jī)會(huì)少,無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)火力全開(kāi),導(dǎo)致球隊(duì)得分低。(2)在球隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)術(shù)上,區(qū)域球員身體對(duì)抗劣勢(shì)影響球隊(duì)整體防守戰(zhàn)術(shù)執(zhí)行效果,被動(dòng)型防守缺少進(jìn)攻性,無(wú)法成功的給對(duì)手制造進(jìn)攻壓力。(3)球員體能上的劣勢(shì),導(dǎo)致對(duì)抗能力下降,失去很多進(jìn)攻籃板球與二次進(jìn)攻機(jī)會(huì),傳導(dǎo)球與控制球能力下降導(dǎo)致失誤率增高同樣是失利原因之一。(4)山西女籃過(guò)度依賴外援,導(dǎo)致外援體能急速下降,無(wú)法將最好的競(jìng)技狀態(tài)發(fā)揮到最后。(5)山西女籃在高強(qiáng)度高密集的聯(lián)賽對(duì)抗中出現(xiàn)大面積傷病球員,同樣影響球隊(duì)競(jìng)技整體實(shí)力。(6)山西女籃隊(duì)員與主教練缺少長(zhǎng)期共同訓(xùn)練的機(jī)會(huì),臨時(shí)組建勢(shì)必會(huì)影響隊(duì)員對(duì)主教練戰(zhàn)術(shù)意圖的執(zhí)行能力。
[Abstract]:In 2012, the Shanxi women's basketball team promoted WCBA China's top women's professional basketball league with "ascending horse", winning the title smoothly with outstanding achievements, the subsequent 13 to 14 and 14 to 15 seasons, achieved three consecutive titles and the "Dynasty" of the Shanxi women's basketball team. However, the 2015-2016 season, the Shanxi women's basketball team failed repeatedly, the team stumbled during the regular season. In the last three seasons, the first round of the Beijing women's basketball team was eliminated. The sudden decline in the team's performance caused the attention of the fans. Therefore, this paper took the Chinese women's basketball professional league (WCBA) in the 2015-2016 season of the playoffs in Shanxi. The reasons for the failure of Ye Qing's women's basketball team are to study the reasons for the low performance of the team. The purpose is to improve the competitive level of the Shanxi women's basketball team, promote the Shanxi women basketball team to return to the peak and revive the former glory of the Shanxi women basketball team. This paper mainly adopts the literature method, expert interview, video observation, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, logic, and logic. The analysis of the Shanxi women basketball team in the 2015-2016 season of the season, the tactics, the club management carried out a comprehensive and systematic statistical analysis, and then found the advantages and short boards of the Shanxi women's basketball team, thoroughly investigated the shortcomings and shortcomings of the Shanxi women's basketball team, summed up the experience to find the problems, and found the real reasons for the lower performance of the team in the later period of the team, for the future development of the women's basketball team in Shanxi. The results show that: (1) team data, the team has created less opportunities to throw the ball, can not achieve full fire, lead to low score of the team. (2) on the team tactics, the regional players' physical resistance to the overall defensive operation effect of the team, the passive defense is not offensive and can not be successful. The opponent's offensive pressure. (3) the players' physical weakness, leading to the decline of the resistance, the loss of a lot of offensive rebounds and two offensive opportunities, the transmission of the ball and the decline in the ball control ability is also one of the reasons for the loss. (4) the excessive reliance on foreign aid in the Shanxi women's basketball team leads to a rapid decline in external aid, which can not be the best competition. The technical status has been brought to the end. (5) the Shanxi women's basketball team has a large area of injured players in the high intensity and high intensive League confrontation, which also affects the overall strength of the team. (6) the Shanxi women's basketball team and the coach lack the opportunity for long-term joint training, and the temporary formation will inevitably affect the team members' ability to execute the tactical intention of the coach.
