本文選題：殘疾人乒乓球 + 里約殘奧會　； 參考：《山東師范大學(xué)》2017年碩士論文

【摘要】：近幾年來,隨著世界殘疾人競技體育運(yùn)動的不斷前進(jìn)與發(fā)展,我國的殘疾人乒乓球競技運(yùn)動已經(jīng)取得了舉世矚目的成就。尤其在北京殘奧會之后,我國殘疾人乒乓球的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)總體上來說達(dá)到了世界一流水平,并且在殘奧會等國際重大殘疾人體育賽事上為祖國贏得了諸多榮譽(yù)。這其中很大一方面原因歸功于我們時刻在關(guān)注對手發(fā)展,了解對手的打法,從而不斷地完善自己的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平。因此我們有必要通過科學(xué)的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)理論研究方法,研究分析對手的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),以此完善我國乒乓球運(yùn)動員的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)體系,提高我國的殘疾人乒乓球競技水平,最終讓我國殘疾人乒乓球運(yùn)動在世界乒壇上保持長盛不衰。本研究以乒乓球技戰(zhàn)術(shù)理論為指導(dǎo)思想,通過備戰(zhàn)里約殘奧會的人員名單和激烈競爭的客觀實(shí)際狀況,以TT8級法國選手Kamkasomphou Thu、TT9級土耳其選手Kavas Neslihan卡瓦斯、和TT10級波蘭選手Partyka Natalia納塔莉亞為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、四段指標(biāo)評估等研究方法,系統(tǒng)的研究了她們的技術(shù)特點(diǎn),并提出了相應(yīng)的針對策略。通過研究,最后得出了以下結(jié)論:1從Kamkasomphou Thu的技術(shù)“四段指標(biāo)”和優(yōu)勢和劣勢技術(shù)研究分析來看:她在比賽中發(fā)搶段、接搶段得分率評估均為“良好”,尤其是發(fā)搶段,能力表現(xiàn)最好,相持I段和相持II段得分率評估均為“及格”,能力表現(xiàn)相對較差。她的單項(xiàng)優(yōu)勢技術(shù)是反手拉斜線和側(cè)身拉斜線技術(shù),單項(xiàng)劣勢技術(shù)為正反手防守和側(cè)身拉直線技術(shù)。相持段的總體得分能力較高,其中相持段反手彈拉的得分能力最強(qiáng),側(cè)身和防守得分能力差,正反手擊球的速度和爆發(fā)力不夠。2從卡瓦斯的技術(shù)“四段指標(biāo)”和優(yōu)勢和劣勢技術(shù)研究分析來看:她在比賽中發(fā)搶段的得分率最低,評估僅僅為“及格”,能力表現(xiàn)最差。相持I段的得分率最高,得分率評估相當(dāng)優(yōu)秀,能力表現(xiàn)最強(qiáng)。此外,她的蹲踞式發(fā)球動作的迷惑性、球的旋轉(zhuǎn)性都很強(qiáng)。比賽中的優(yōu)勢單項(xiàng)技術(shù)為正手的挑、打中路球和正手扣高球技術(shù),劣勢的單項(xiàng)技術(shù)為正反手防守和正手搓、擺短技術(shù)。其相持中的整體技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平較差,主要的得分技術(shù)為正手攻拉和反手彈拉技術(shù),防守能力得失分相差較大,尤其反手防守是其一個致命缺陷。3從納塔利婭的技術(shù)“四段指標(biāo)”和優(yōu)勢和劣勢技術(shù)研究分析來看:她的四段技術(shù)指標(biāo)的平均得分率評估均為“良好”,發(fā)搶段得分率最高,相持II段的得分率最低。她的比賽能力、搶攻的意識較強(qiáng),打法技術(shù)很全面。她的單項(xiàng)最優(yōu)勢技術(shù)為正手拉、挑、打中路和側(cè)身拉斜線技術(shù),最弱勢單項(xiàng)技術(shù)為正反手防守和正手搓、擺短技術(shù)。相持段的正手攻拉得分能力最強(qiáng),出手時站位靠前,能進(jìn)行連續(xù)性進(jìn)攻,穩(wěn)定性高。反手和側(cè)身得分能力次之,且反手照顧面積大,速度慢,力量小,側(cè)身的打法較兇狠,角度大。防守得分能力最差。4在與三位主要競爭對手的比賽中,我國選手一定要堅持積極主動,靈活善變的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)指導(dǎo)思想。提高發(fā)球和接發(fā)球的多樣性,以穩(wěn)和準(zhǔn)為主,同時注意二四板和三五板的有效銜接,爭取相持的主動性。5我國選手在比賽中一定要依據(jù)乒乓球運(yùn)動的制勝規(guī)律,針對三位競爭對手的“四段指標(biāo)”和優(yōu)勢和劣勢技術(shù)進(jìn)行技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的合理使用,盡量避開、破解、控制對方的單項(xiàng)優(yōu)勢得分技術(shù)手段,運(yùn)用自己的特長去攻擊她們的單項(xiàng)劣勢技術(shù),爭取比賽的最終勝利,為祖國贏得更多的榮譽(yù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress and development of the disabled sports in the world, the disabled table tennis sports in China have made great achievements. Especially after the Beijing Paralympic Games, the skills and tactics of the disabled table tennis in our country have reached the first-class level in the world, and the international major disability in the Paralympic Games. We have won a lot of honor for the motherland in the sports event, which is mainly due to our constant attention to the development of our opponents, the understanding of the tactics of our opponents, and the continuous improvement of their technical and tactical level. Therefore, it is necessary for us to study and analyze the technical characteristics of the opponents through scientific techniques and tactics. To improve the technical and tactical system of table tennis players in our country and to improve the level of the table tennis competition of the disabled in our country, the disabled table tennis in our country will remain in full bloom in the world table tennis world. This study is guided by the theory of table tennis technique and tactics, and the list of the personnel of the Paralympic Games in the Rio and the objective reality of the fierce competition Taking TT8 class French player Kamkasomphou Thu, TT9 class Turkey player Kavas Neslihan card gas, and TT10 class Poland player Partyka Natalia Natalie as the research object, using the literature data method, video observation method, mathematical statistics method, four segment index evaluation and so on, systematically studied their technical characteristics, and put forward corresponding. Through the study, the following conclusions are obtained: 1 from the Kamkasomphou Thu technology "four segment index" and advantages and disadvantages of the technical analysis of the analysis: she was in the competition segment, the score rate assessment is "good", especially the snatching segment, the ability to present the best, the I segment and the stalemate II segment evaluation of the scoring rate are all "Pass", the ability performance is relatively poor. Her single advantage technique is backhand pulling line and side drawing oblique line technology, single disadvantage technique is positive backhand defense and side pulling straight line technology. The overall scoring ability of the stalemate segment is high, in which the stalemate segment backhand projectile has the strongest scoring ability, the side body and the defensive scoring ability is poor, positive and negative stroke The speed and explosive force is not enough.2 from the technology "four segments" and advantages and disadvantages of the card gas technology analysis: she has the lowest scoring rate in the competition, the assessment is only "passing", the worst performance. From the analysis of Natalia's technical "four segments" and advantages and disadvantages, the average scoring rate of her four segments is "good", the highest scoring rate in the snatching segment and the lowest score in the II segment of the stalemate. The most vulnerable single technique is the backhand defense and the forehand rubbing and the short technique. The forehand attack and pulling ability of the stalemate section is the strongest, and the position is in front of the hand, can carry on the continuous offensive and the stability is high. Backhand and side body scoring ability is second, and backhand care area is big, speed is slow, strength is small, side body play is fierce and angle is big. The worst defense scoring ability is.4 in the competition with three main competitors, Chinese players must insist on active, flexible and flexible technical and tactical guidance. To be stable and accurate, at the same time pay attention to the effective connection between the 24 board and the 35 board, and strive for the initiative of the stalemate..5 Chinese players must use the "four segment index" and the advantages and disadvantages of the three competitors according to the rule of winning the table tennis, and try to avoid, crack and control each other.
