【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談及案例研究等方法對(duì)體育行政糾紛的解決路徑進(jìn)行研究。首先,對(duì)體育行政糾紛的內(nèi)涵、特征進(jìn)行了界定和闡述。其次,對(duì)體育行政管理主體資格及體育行政糾紛的分類進(jìn)行分析。最后,圍繞體育行政調(diào)解、體育行政復(fù)議、體育行政訴訟的內(nèi)涵界定與受案范圍等方面對(duì)體育行政糾紛的解決路徑進(jìn)行了分析和論證。以期為我國體育行政糾紛的解決實(shí)踐提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Using the methods of literature, expert interview and case study, this paper studies the ways to solve sports administrative disputes. First of all, the connotation and characteristics of sports administrative disputes are defined and elaborated. Secondly, it analyzes the qualification of sports administration subject and the classification of sports administrative disputes. Finally, the paper analyzes and demonstrates the solution of sports administrative disputes in the aspects of sports administrative mediation, sports administrative reconsideration, the definition of the connotation of sports administrative litigation and the scope of accepting cases. In order to provide reference value for the practice of resolving sports administrative disputes in our country.
