【摘要】：本文采用了文獻資料法、問卷調查法、觀察法、行動研究法等方法,探索體育課程實施安全教育的途徑、方式和內容。通過對我國中小學學校領導、體育教師、學生不同人群的問卷調查,了解我國體育課程實施安全教育的現(xiàn)狀,體育課程實施安全教育的目標、原則、途徑、內容、方式以及學生掌握的情況和不同人群對體育課程實施安全教育的態(tài)度,構建體育課程安全教育的方案,并且進行行動研究,為體育課程實施安全教育提供可行性的參考建議。本研究的結論如下： 1.國外安全教育非常重視安全意識的培養(yǎng),安全教育規(guī)范,內容豐富。國外體育及其相關課程中的安全教育可以使我國中小學體育課程改革更加深化,使體育課程安排安全教育內容成為必然趨勢。 2.我國體育課程實施安全教育的現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,用于安全教育的時間零散。學校領導對體育課程實施安全教育的措施主要是督促體育教師進行規(guī)范化管理,體育教師實施安全教育的方式僅僅限于理論講解。學生們在體育課程中受傷情況時有發(fā)生。 3.學校領導十分重視安全教育,認為體育課程實施安全教育合適。體育教師認為體育課程的任務就是鍛煉身體,與安全教育的關系不大。小學生喜歡在體育課程中進行安全教育。中學生有三分之一的同學認為體育課程是實施安全教育的最佳途徑。 4.本文作者構建的體育課程中的方案體系認為：體育課程實施安全教育的目標是提高學生的自我保護能力；原則是實用性以及技能訓練與安全意識培養(yǎng)相結合；結合的途徑是體育課程內容的選擇與安全教育的結合;安全教育的內容是小學階段—穿合適的運動服、知道安全的運動環(huán)境、交通安全、躲避運動中的危險,初中階段—跳躍時的正確動作、摔倒時的保護方法、消防安全、避險、運動創(chuàng)傷的緊急處理,高中階段—自衛(wèi)防身術、野外生存、急救；課時安排是每節(jié)課都進行三到五分鐘,并且安排在課的開始。本方案需要進一步研究完善。 5.行動研究證實安全教育內容可以與體育課程很好的結合,教學方式可以根據不同年級學生的特點分別采用游戲、情景教學以及技能訓練和教師指導下的自學進行。并且教學內容可以呈現(xiàn)序列化進行。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, observation and action research are used to explore the ways, methods and contents of safety education in physical education curriculum. Through the questionnaire survey among the leaders of primary and secondary schools, physical education teachers and students, the present situation of implementing safety education in physical education curriculum, the goal, principle, approach and content of safety education in physical education curriculum in our country are understood. The way, the situation of students and the attitude of different people to the implementation of safety education in physical education curriculum, constructing the plan of safety education of physical education curriculum, and carrying on the action research, providing the feasible reference suggestion for the implementation of safety education of physical education curriculum. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Foreign safety education attaches great importance to the training of safety awareness, safety education norms, rich content. The safety education in physical education and its related courses abroad can deepen the reform of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in China, and make the content of safety education in the arrangement of physical education curriculum become an inevitable trend. 2. The present situation of carrying out safety education in physical education course in our country is not optimistic, and the time for safety education is scattered. The measures taken by school leaders to carry out safety education in physical education curriculum are mainly to urge PE teachers to carry out standardized management, and the way for PE teachers to implement safety education is limited to theoretical explanation. Students get injured in physical education classes from time to time. 3. School leaders attach great importance to safety education and think that it is appropriate for physical education to implement safety education. Physical education teachers think that the task of physical education is to exercise the body, and safety education is not relevant. Pupils like to carry out safety education in physical education. 1/3 of the middle school students think that physical education is the best way to carry out safety education. 4. The program system of the physical education curriculum constructed by the author of this paper holds that the goal of implementing safety education in physical education curriculum is to improve students' self-protection ability, and the principle is to combine practical skills training with safety consciousness training. The way of combination is the combination of the selection of physical education curriculum content and safety education, the content of safety education is the primary school stage-wear suitable sports clothes, know the safe sports environment, traffic safety, avoid the danger in sports, Junior middle school-right action when jumping, protection from falling, fire safety, risk avoidance, emergency handling of sports trauma, high school-self defense, field survival, first aid; class schedule is three to five minutes per class. And arranged at the beginning of the class. This scheme needs further study and perfection. 5. The action research proved that the content of safety education can be well combined with the physical education curriculum, and the teaching methods can be carried out according to the characteristics of different grade students respectively by using games, situational teaching, skill training and self-study under the guidance of teachers. And the teaching content can be rendered serialized.
