網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)生物學(xué)特征綜述

【摘要】:網(wǎng)球是世界上普及化程度較高的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一,現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)球職業(yè)賽事比賽期長達(dá)10個(gè)月,大量的比賽對(duì)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員競技能力的保持提出了極高的要求。國內(nèi)對(duì)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的研究熱度較高,然而,研究多集中于社會(huì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,較少采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法,對(duì)網(wǎng)球生物學(xué)特征認(rèn)識(shí)非常有限。通過綜述國內(nèi)、外網(wǎng)球相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),對(duì)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員和網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目特征進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析。結(jié)果顯示:1)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的形態(tài)特征與生理學(xué)特征都高于普通人;2)網(wǎng)球?qū)儆陂g歇性運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,高強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)與間歇性休息是網(wǎng)球比賽的基本特征;3)網(wǎng)球比賽的平均強(qiáng)度不高,但在擊球與多回合長時(shí)間對(duì)打過程中的生理學(xué)強(qiáng)度較高;4)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的技術(shù)特征與運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷是網(wǎng)球生物力學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)。未來對(duì)網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目的研究應(yīng)多從運(yùn)動(dòng)生物學(xué)角度出發(fā),加強(qiáng)對(duì)網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練和比賽的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)特征與生理學(xué)特征的研究,以進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)對(duì)網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目特征的認(rèn)識(shí),提高網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目的科學(xué)化水平。
[Abstract]:Tennis is one of the most popular sports in the world. The competition period of modern professional tennis matches is up to 10 months. A large number of matches have put forward very high requirements for the maintenance of tennis players' competitive ability. Domestic research on tennis has a high degree of heat, however, most of the research is focused on the field of sociology, less use of experimental methods, and the understanding of tennis biological characteristics is very limited. This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of tennis players and tennis events by summarizing domestic and foreign tennis research literature. The results show that the morphological and physiological characteristics of tennis players are higher than those of ordinary people (2) Tennis belongs to intermittent sports, and high intensity and intermittent rest are the basic characteristics of tennis matches. (3) the average intensity of tennis matches is not high. However, the physiological intensity in the process of batting and multi-round long time fighting is relatively high. (4) the technical characteristics and sports injury of tennis is a hot topic in the research of tennis biomechanics. In the future, the research on tennis events should start from the angle of sports biology, strengthen the research on the characteristics of sport and physiology of tennis training and competitions, so as to further promote the understanding of the characteristics of tennis events. Improve the scientific level of tennis.
