【摘要】：滿族騎射文化歷史源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng),是滿族人民特有的文化習(xí)俗。清代統(tǒng)治者把騎射定為滿族之根本,為促進(jìn)騎射文化繁榮,先后在政治、軍事、社會(huì)生活中采取了多種有效手段,騎射文化鼎盛一時(shí),后因生產(chǎn)生活的改變以及清政府腐朽墮落等諸多原因,騎射文化的繁榮并沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)久保持下去,發(fā)生了流變,最終衰微。但騎射文化特有的民族文化特征及其現(xiàn)有的文化價(jià)值依舊是我國(guó)不可或缺的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、對(duì)比分析法、實(shí)地考察法與邏輯分析法等研究方法,通過(guò)對(duì)滿族騎射文化興起、發(fā)展和衰落歷史進(jìn)程的研究,闡明騎射文化對(duì)滿族各個(gè)領(lǐng)域密不可分的影響以及當(dāng)代傳承的重要價(jià)值。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將企業(yè)管理中的形象識(shí)別理論體系納入到滿族騎射文化的傳承之中,有計(jì)劃有意識(shí)的通過(guò)理念、行為、視覺(jué)三方面的系統(tǒng)深入挖掘滿族騎射文化的核心內(nèi)容,重塑騎射文化在新時(shí)期的外在形象,改善傳承方式。本研究有助于進(jìn)一步豐富民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的傳承理論,進(jìn)而提高滿族騎射文化的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,可以為傳承、發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新中國(guó)民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化提供有益指導(dǎo)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在理念識(shí)別下,滿族騎射文化形成了高度團(tuán)結(jié)統(tǒng)一的民族整體特點(diǎn),形成了驍勇善戰(zhàn)、彪悍強(qiáng)健的性格特點(diǎn),形成了博大進(jìn)取、寬容友善的民族精神;在行為識(shí)別下,滿族騎射文化是加強(qiáng)軍事力量,維護(hù)封建統(tǒng)治的重要手段,是言傳身教,樹(shù)立正確的民族價(jià)值觀的有效途徑,能夠弘揚(yáng)民族特色,增進(jìn)民族文化大融合;在視覺(jué)識(shí)別下,滿族居民服飾彰顯生產(chǎn)生活,風(fēng)俗民情,體育項(xiàng)目豐富健康文明時(shí)尚生活,弘揚(yáng)民族優(yōu)良文化傳統(tǒng)�；谛蜗笞R(shí)別系統(tǒng)理論,我國(guó)滿族騎射文化的傳承路徑為:理念識(shí)別下滿族騎射文化的發(fā)展應(yīng)當(dāng)響應(yīng)國(guó)家政策,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化科學(xué)理念進(jìn)行整合規(guī)劃,以傳承騎射文化為主體,全面認(rèn)識(shí)體育未來(lái)興衰發(fā)展的影響因素;在行為識(shí)別下,應(yīng)當(dāng)完善文化遺產(chǎn)法規(guī),政府率先垂范,制定嚴(yán)格管理制度,大力拓寬學(xué)校教育途徑,奠定教育新層次,做好市場(chǎng)調(diào)查打造非物質(zhì)文化體驗(yàn)平臺(tái),此外還要大力開(kāi)展全民健身運(yùn)動(dòng);在視覺(jué)識(shí)別下,要對(duì)民族騎射文化進(jìn)行定位,打造文化品牌,塑造書(shū)香文化長(zhǎng)廊,全力改善少數(shù)民族學(xué)校教育環(huán)境,此外要發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)的力量,對(duì)滿族騎射體育文化旅游資源進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Manchu ride-shooting culture has a long history and is a unique cultural custom of Manchu people. In order to promote the prosperity of the riding culture, the rulers of the Qing Dynasty adopted various effective means in political, military and social life. Because of the change of production and life and the decay of Qing government, the prosperity of riding and shooting culture did not last for a long time. However, the unique national cultural characteristics and the existing cultural values of the riding and shooting culture are still indispensable intangible cultural heritage of our country. This article mainly uses the literature method, the expert interview method, the contrast analysis method, the field investigation method and the logic analysis method and so on research method, through to the Manchu ride-shooting culture rise, the development and the decline historical process research, To clarify the impact of riding and shooting culture on all fields of Manchu, as well as the important value of contemporary inheritance. On this basis, the image recognition theory system in enterprise management is brought into the inheritance of Manchu riding and shooting culture, and the core content of Manchu riding and shooting culture is excavated deeply through the three aspects of concept, behavior and vision. Reshape the external image of riding and shooting culture in the new period and improve the way of inheritance. This study is helpful to enrich the inheritance theory of traditional national sports culture, and then to improve the core competitiveness of Manchu riding and shooting culture, which can provide useful guidance for the inheritance, development and innovation of Chinese traditional sports culture. The study found that, under the concept recognition, Manchu riding and shooting culture formed a high unity of the overall characteristics of the nation, formed a strong and brave character, formed a broad enterprising, tolerant and friendly national spirit; Under the recognition of behavior, Manchu riding and shooting culture is an important means to strengthen military power and maintain feudal rule, is an effective way to teach by words and deeds, to set up correct national values, to carry forward national characteristics and to promote the great integration of national culture. Under the visual recognition, Manchu people's clothing shows the production life, customs, sports, rich healthy, civilized fashion life, carry forward the national fine cultural tradition. Based on the theory of image recognition system, the inheritance path of Manchu riding and shooting culture in China is as follows: the development of Manchu riding and shooting culture should respond to the national policy under the concept of concept recognition, and integrate planning with modern scientific idea, taking the inheritance of riding and shooting culture as the main body. Fully understand the influence factors of the future development of sports, under the behavior identification, we should perfect the laws and regulations of cultural heritage, the government should lead by example, formulate strict management system, vigorously broaden the way of school education, and lay a new level of education. Do a good job of market research to create a platform for non-material cultural experience, in addition to vigorously carrying out a national fitness campaign; under visual recognition, we should position the national riding and shooting culture, create cultural brands, and shape the cultural corridor of Shu Xiang. The education environment of minority schools should be improved and the market should be brought into play to develop the cultural tourism resources of Manchu's riding and shooting sports.
