【摘要】：通過(guò)相關(guān)調(diào)研,從教練員與運(yùn)動(dòng)員情況、項(xiàng)目發(fā)展存在問(wèn)題等方面,結(jié)合我國(guó)花樣游泳項(xiàng)目近幾年取得的成績(jī)和面臨的形勢(shì),對(duì)我國(guó)花樣游泳項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理與分析。1)我國(guó)現(xiàn)有9個(gè)省(市)、35個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)展花樣游泳項(xiàng)目訓(xùn)練/培訓(xùn);2)全國(guó)花樣游泳項(xiàng)目教練員為116人,全部具有大專以上學(xué)歷,學(xué)士(含)以上學(xué)歷為95人,約85%為40歲以下,僅6人為國(guó)家級(jí)教練員;3)全國(guó)參加花樣游泳訓(xùn)練/培訓(xùn)的人數(shù)為1 582人,國(guó)際健將、國(guó)家級(jí)健將、一級(jí)、二級(jí)、二級(jí)以下運(yùn)動(dòng)水平的人數(shù)分別為15、66、39、183和1 279人;4)每年由國(guó)家體育總局游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目管理中心主辦4次全國(guó)性花樣游泳比賽。當(dāng)前存在的主要問(wèn)題:1)缺乏長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃和有效政策引導(dǎo),導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目布局不合理,參與面太小;2)參訓(xùn)人員年齡結(jié)構(gòu)失衡,人才流失嚴(yán)重,高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員稀缺;3)教練員業(yè)務(wù)水平低,缺乏高水平教練員;4)項(xiàng)目賽事、活動(dòng)少,宣傳、推廣力度不夠,社會(huì)認(rèn)可度低。對(duì)策建議:制定項(xiàng)目發(fā)展長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃,做好頂層設(shè)計(jì)與項(xiàng)目布局,確定配套實(shí)施細(xì)則保障落實(shí);大力扶持青少年體育俱樂(lè)部建設(shè),加強(qiáng)政策引導(dǎo)和資金支持;擴(kuò)大宣傳途徑,打造精品賽事,增加認(rèn)知度;加強(qiáng)人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè),完善保障體系,協(xié)助解決學(xué)習(xí)和保障問(wèn)題;規(guī)范教練員隊(duì)伍,加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),提高教練員執(zhí)教水平;加強(qiáng)人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)律研究,提高訓(xùn)練效益,促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Through relevant research, from the aspects of coaches and athletes, the problems existing in the development of events, combined with the achievements and the situation faced by the synchronized swimming events in China in recent years, The present situation of synchronized swimming in China is reviewed and analyzed. 1) there are 116 coaches of synchronized swimming in 9 provinces (cities, 35 institutions) in China, all of whom have college degree or above. The number of people with bachelor's degree or above is 95, about 85% are under 40 years old, only 6 are national level coaches. The number of people participating in synchronized swimming training / training is 1,582 nationwide. The number of people below the second level is 15666, 39183 and 1 279, respectively. Each year, the National synchronized Swimming Competition is organized by the Swimming events Management Center of the State Sports Administration. The main problem at present is: (1) lack of long-term planning and effective policy guidance, which leads to unreasonable project layout, too little participation, unbalanced age structure of participants, serious brain drain, and a lack of high-level athletes. 3) the professional level of coaches is low. Lack of high level coaches (4) events, less activities, propaganda, promotion is not enough, social recognition is low. Countermeasures and suggestions: making a long-term plan for project development, doing a good job of top-level design and project layout, determining supporting implementation rules and regulations, vigorously supporting the construction of youth sports clubs, strengthening policy guidance and financial support, expanding the channels of publicity, To create high-quality events, increase awareness; strengthen the construction of talent echelons, improve the security system, help to solve learning and security problems; standardize the team of coaches, strengthen business training, improve the teaching level of coaches; strengthen the study of talent training laws, Improve the training efficiency and promote the overall development of the project.
