山西省社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)本科生專業(yè)思想研究

【摘要】:人民健康意識(shí)的提升帶動(dòng)了群眾對(duì)健身活動(dòng)需求的增長(zhǎng)。社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)旨在為社會(huì)培育體育健身服務(wù)人才,該專業(yè)學(xué)生專業(yè)思想的好壞不僅關(guān)系學(xué)生的專業(yè)信念,也會(huì)影響專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量以及我國(guó)社會(huì)體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,研究社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)與管理專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)思想具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。(為表述方便,以下將“社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)與管理”簡(jiǎn)稱為“社體”)本研究采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、邏輯分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法,結(jié)合“思想”、“態(tài)度”等理論,分析歸納前人成果,整合專業(yè)思想的構(gòu)成要素,在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入調(diào)查山西省社體專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)思想現(xiàn)狀及其差異,立足實(shí)踐剖析影響因素,提出改善社體專業(yè)學(xué)生專業(yè)思想現(xiàn)狀的思考。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)專業(yè)思想由專業(yè)價(jià)值判斷、專業(yè)認(rèn)知、專業(yè)情感和專業(yè)行為意向四要素構(gòu)成。(2)山西省社體專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)思想情況一般,專業(yè)價(jià)值判斷處于較高水平,專業(yè)行為意向表現(xiàn)最差。具體來(lái)看,學(xué)生對(duì)專業(yè)的認(rèn)可度較高、能夠充分認(rèn)識(shí)到專業(yè)能力的重要性、且對(duì)成績(jī)有較高的期望,但也存在很多問(wèn)題,主要有缺乏積極主動(dòng)的入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、缺乏對(duì)專業(yè)的正確認(rèn)知、缺乏濃厚的專業(yè)興趣、對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)滿意度低以及專業(yè)思想存在一定程度動(dòng)搖。(3)總體而言,二本體育院校學(xué)生的專業(yè)思想情況優(yōu)于一本院校;非師范類院校學(xué)生的專業(yè)思想優(yōu)于師范類院校。不同維度中,一本院校和二本院校學(xué)生的專業(yè)認(rèn)知無(wú)顯著差異,專業(yè)價(jià)值判斷二本院校學(xué)生低于一本,專業(yè)情感和專業(yè)行為意向二本院校學(xué)生高于一本;非師范類院校學(xué)生在四個(gè)維度上均明顯優(yōu)于師范類院校。各個(gè)項(xiàng)目中,一本院校學(xué)生的理論認(rèn)識(shí)較高,二本院校學(xué)生的情感體驗(yàn)和自我要求及滿意度較高;非師范類院校學(xué)生各題目均得分較高。(4)調(diào)查分析得出影響山西省社體專業(yè)學(xué)生專業(yè)思想的因素主要有:教育環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境、以及學(xué)生個(gè)體因素。(5)針對(duì)研究結(jié)果,提出以下建議:第一,加強(qiáng)制度管理和宣傳工作,提高生源質(zhì)量;第二,用積極的觀念引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的人生選擇;第三,加強(qiáng)專業(yè)思想教育工作;第四,致力提高教師的教學(xué)能力和信心;第五,創(chuàng)造良好學(xué)習(xí)氛圍;第六,突出學(xué)科特點(diǎn),把握自身特色。
[Abstract]:The promotion of people's health awareness has led to the growth of people's demand for fitness activities. The aim of social sports guidance and management is to train the talents of sports fitness service for the society. The professional thought of the students not only relates to the students' professional belief, but also affects the training quality of the major and the development of the social sports cause in our country. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the professional thoughts of the students majoring in social sports guidance and management. (for convenience of expression, "Social sports guidance and management" is referred to as "social sports") this study adopts the methods of literature review, logical analysis, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and so on, combined with the theory of "thought" and "attitude". On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the achievements of predecessors and integrating the elements of professional thought, this paper makes a thorough investigation of the present situation and differences of the professional thoughts of the students majoring in social and physical education in Shanxi Province, and analyzes the influencing factors based on the practice. This paper puts forward some thoughts on improving the present situation of professional thought of students majoring in social and physical education. The results are as follows: (1) the professional thought consists of four elements: professional value judgment, professional cognition, professional emotion and professional behavior intention. 2) the professional thought situation of the students majoring in social and physical education in Shanxi Province is general, and the professional value judgment is at a higher level. Professional behavior intention was the worst. In particular, students have a high degree of recognition of their major, can fully recognize the importance of professional competence, and have high expectations of performance, but there are also many problems, mainly lack of active motivation to enter the school. Lack of a correct understanding of the major, lack of strong professional interest, low degree of satisfaction with the learning state and the existence of a certain degree of professional thinking. The students of non-normal colleges have better professional ideas than normal colleges. In different dimensions, there is no significant difference in professional cognition between the students of one college and two colleges, the students of two colleges and universities have less than one major value judgment, and the students of two colleges of professional emotion and professional behavior intention are higher than one; The students of non-normal colleges are superior to normal colleges in four dimensions. In each project, one college student's theory cognition is higher, the second college student's emotion experience, the self-request and the satisfaction degree are higher; The investigation and analysis show that the main factors that influence the students' professional thinking in Shanxi Province are: educational environment, social environment, and individual factors of students. Put forward the following suggestions: first, strengthen the system management and publicity work, improve the quality of students; second, use positive ideas to guide students' life choice; third, strengthen the work of professional ideological education; fourth, To improve teachers' teaching ability and confidence; fifth, to create a good learning atmosphere; sixth, to highlight the characteristics of the subject, grasp their own characteristics.
