【摘要】：對(duì)"快樂(lè)體育"思想、"快樂(lè)體育"教學(xué)理念及實(shí)踐進(jìn)行理論解讀,在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建一種具有普適性的普通高校公體課程"快樂(lè)體育"教學(xué)模式,命名為"苦樂(lè)體育教學(xué)模式"。該模式依據(jù)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的特征、體育課程的特征、大學(xué)生的認(rèn)知水平和認(rèn)知特點(diǎn),貫徹"快樂(lè)體育"思想和"快樂(lè)體育"教學(xué)理念,強(qiáng)調(diào)有針對(duì)性地傳授體育知識(shí)、觀念、技能,注重激發(fā)學(xué)生的體育興趣、培養(yǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣和終身體育意識(shí),經(jīng)教學(xué)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),效果顯著。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the theoretical interpretation of the "Happy Sports" idea and the "Happy Sports" teaching idea and practice, on this basis, a universal teaching mode of "Happy Sports" in common colleges and universities is constructed, named "the teaching mode of bitterness and sports". This model is based on the characteristics of the physical education, the characteristics of the physical education curriculum, the cognitive level of the college students and the students' cognitive level. Cognitive characteristics, carry out the "Happy Sports" idea and the "Happy Sports" teaching idea, emphasize the teaching of sports knowledge, ideas, skills, focus on stimulating students' interest in sports, training sports habits and life-long sports consciousness, through the test of teaching practice, the effect is remarkable.
