常州市普通高校籃球選項課的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:在大力提倡“健康第一”的學校體育指導思想下,籃球運動越來越受到廣大學生的關(guān)注;@球運動開展狀況是否良好,不僅會影響到學生的身心健康,而且對本校籃球運動的發(fā)展也至關(guān)重要。本文運用文獻資料、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計及邏輯分析等研究方法,對常州市普通高;@球選項課教學的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析。通過對常州市普通高;@球課教學的課程設置、師資結(jié)構(gòu)、學生狀況、教學大綱以及影響因素等存在的主要問題進行了深入的分析。力求為學校體育教育主管部門以及各高校體育教育的實施提供一定的理論參考依據(jù)。研究結(jié)論如下:1.常州4所高;@球選項課任課教師主要畢業(yè)于體育教育和運動訓練專業(yè),高學歷人才偏少,學歷結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,且多以中青年教師為主。男女教師比例不協(xié)調(diào),女性明顯低于男性。教師中講師占主體,副教授其次,其整體教學經(jīng)驗比較豐富,自身都具備較強的專業(yè)技能,且總體教學年限較長,但外出進修機會較少,相對科研參與度較低。2.常州4所高;@球選項課深受大學生的喜愛,但大部分大學生在入學之前都很少接觸籃球運動,基礎水平層次不齊。班級人數(shù)過多,男女生比例嚴重失衡。學生終身體育意識加強,學習動機明確,已經(jīng)不再將獲得學分作為最終目的,能夠積極主動的參與到課外活動中去。學生獲取理論知識的途徑多種多樣,但籃球選項課和觀看各種比賽等途徑仍然是學生熱衷的獲取籃球理論知識的主要途徑。3.籃球選項課4所高校普遍開設在一、二兩個年級。教學內(nèi)容安排合理,但教學方法和手段仍以“教師講解、示范、學生練習“為主。對于現(xiàn)代化的教學手段等創(chuàng)新型教學方法的運用還不夠,不僅使學生的視野得不到拓展,而且不利于激發(fā)學生學習興趣的產(chǎn)生。考核方式主要以“技術(shù)與理論并結(jié)合平時成績”的方法,評價方式過于注重終極評價,忽略了學生是主體,缺乏了對學生學習過程的評價。4.領(lǐng)導對于籃球教學的改革重視程度不夠,學校擴招人數(shù)增加導致場地器材設施供不應求,使學生課外無法進行籃球練習等原因都是影響籃球選項課教學質(zhì)量的主要因素。校園籃球文化建設的不夠是影響常州普通高校校園籃球文化氛圍發(fā)展的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Under the guiding ideology of "health first", basketball is paid more and more attention by students. Whether the development of basketball is good or not will not only affect the physical and mental health of students, but also play an important role in the development of basketball in our school. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of basketball elective course teaching in ordinary colleges and universities in Changzhou. This paper analyzes the main problems of basketball course teaching in Changzhou city, such as course setup, teachers' structure, students' status, syllabus and influencing factors, etc. It aims to provide some theoretical reference for the department in charge of physical education and the implementation of physical education in colleges and universities. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1. The teachers of basketball elective courses in 4 universities in Changzhou mainly graduated from physical education and sports training, with few highly educated talents, simple educational background structure, and mostly young and middle-aged teachers. The ratio of male and female teachers is not in harmony, and the female is obviously lower than the male. Among the teachers, the lecturer is the main body, the associate professor is the second, its overall teaching experience is rich, and they all have strong professional skills, and the overall teaching years are longer, but the opportunity to go out to study is less, and the degree of participation in scientific research is relatively low. 2. Four college basketball elective courses in Changzhou are popular among college students, but most of them rarely touch basketball before entering school, and the basic level is not uniform. Class size is excessive and the ratio of boys to girls is seriously out of balance. Students' lifelong awareness of physical education, clear learning motivation, no longer take credit as the ultimate goal, can actively participate in extracurricular activities. There are a variety of ways for students to acquire theoretical knowledge, but basketball elective courses and watching various games are still the main ways for students to acquire theoretical knowledge of basketball. Basketball elective courses in 4 colleges and universities are generally opened in the first, two-second grade. The teaching content arrangement is reasonable, but the teaching method and means are still "teacher explanation, demonstration, student practice". The application of innovative teaching methods, such as modern teaching methods, is not enough, not only makes the students' horizons unexpanded, but also is not conducive to stimulating the students' interest in learning. The assessment method is mainly "technology and theory combined with peacetime achievement", which pays too much attention to the ultimate evaluation, neglects that the students are the main body, and lacks the evaluation of the students' learning process. The leaders pay less attention to the reform of basketball teaching, the increase of the number of students in schools leads to the shortage of facilities and facilities, and the students can not do basketball practice after class are the main factors that affect the teaching quality of basketball elective courses. The insufficient construction of campus basketball culture is the main factor influencing the development of campus basketball culture atmosphere in Changzhou colleges and universities.
