體育碩士健美操方向研究生實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:隨著“創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略”及“中國(guó)制造2025”國(guó)家重大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,我國(guó)對(duì)高層次應(yīng)用型人才的需求不斷擴(kuò)大。在體育事業(yè)的新形勢(shì)下,重視對(duì)體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),已成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。體育碩士健美操方向研究生,作為應(yīng)用性要求較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生,對(duì)其實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的分析,將有助于滿足社會(huì)對(duì)其較快適應(yīng)社會(huì)能力及職業(yè)能力的需求。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、個(gè)案分析等研究方法,以成都體育學(xué)院全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)方案為基準(zhǔn),對(duì)體育碩士健美操方向研究生實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。并根據(jù)目前所存在的問題進(jìn)行了原因分析和對(duì)策研究,得出了以下結(jié)論:1、體育碩士各專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐能力構(gòu)成因素尚未進(jìn)行明確的界定,導(dǎo)致各培養(yǎng)單位對(duì)體育碩士實(shí)踐能力的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠清晰、準(zhǔn)確。2、我院全日制體育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生的培養(yǎng)方案中,有關(guān)實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)方面的課程學(xué)分占總學(xué)分的32.5%,可見我院以學(xué)生的就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,注重對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)。但培養(yǎng)方案的設(shè)置內(nèi)容較為籠統(tǒng),尚未對(duì)體育碩士各專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的培養(yǎng)做出具體、有針對(duì)性的方案。3、就本研究特定的研究對(duì)象而言,實(shí)踐性課程設(shè)置不夠合理。一些具有實(shí)踐性的理論課程設(shè)置在選修課中;術(shù)科課程內(nèi)容跟不上行業(yè)的前沿,具有靈活創(chuàng)編性的操舞類內(nèi)容不夠新穎和全面。4、實(shí)踐基地建設(shè)的涉及面不夠廣泛。目前集中在高校進(jìn)行,個(gè)別自主實(shí)習(xí)的研究生選擇非學(xué)校的單位進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)。5、實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)的監(jiān)督評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制有待進(jìn)一步完善。術(shù)科考核局限在僅對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的考核;專業(yè)實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)的考核尚未有明確的監(jiān)督考核形式;教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)僅以學(xué)生撰寫實(shí)習(xí)或?qū)嵺`總結(jié)報(bào)告及實(shí)習(xí)所在單位的評(píng)定進(jìn)行考評(píng),無法鑒定教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)的真實(shí)效果。校外實(shí)踐的管理及考核制度有待進(jìn)一步明確。6、實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)流程有待調(diào)整與創(chuàng)新。體育碩士健美操方向研究生第一學(xué)年以提高理論知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備和專項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)能力為主;第二學(xué)年以提高教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力為主;第三學(xué)年則以科研創(chuàng)作為主。這樣的實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)流程的設(shè)計(jì),將會(huì)造成個(gè)人的專項(xiàng)技術(shù)能力在畢業(yè)找工作之時(shí)有所下降。7、雙導(dǎo)師制有待進(jìn)一步落實(shí)和完善。目前擁有校外導(dǎo)師的體育碩士健美操方向研究生的數(shù)量屈指可數(shù),校外導(dǎo)師資源嚴(yán)重匱乏。所聘任的校外導(dǎo)師資源不夠全面,多以有豐富實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的體育教師為主,而體育行業(yè)企業(yè)管理者及資深教練員相對(duì)較少。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of "innovation-driven development strategy" and "made in China 2025" national major development strategy, the demand for high-level applied talents is expanding. Under the new situation of sports, it has become the need of social development to pay attention to the cultivation of the practical ability of the postgraduates majoring in physical education. As a professional graduate student with strong application requirements, the analysis of the current situation of practical ability cultivation will be helpful to meet the needs of society to adapt to the social ability and professional ability quickly. This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, case analysis and so on. It is based on the full-time professional degree and master's training program of Chengdu Institute of physical Education. This paper investigates the present situation of the cultivation of the practical ability of the postgraduates in the direction of Aerobics for the Master of physical Education. And according to the existing problems of the cause analysis and countermeasures, reached the following conclusions: 1, the composition of the professional field of physical education has not been clearly defined, As a result of the lack of clear and accurate understanding of the practical ability of the Master of physical Education in various training units, in the training program of full-time graduate students of the Master's degree of physical Education in our hospital, The course credit of the training of practical ability accounts for 32.5% of the total credit. It can be seen that our college takes the employment of students as the guide and pays attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability. However, the content of the training program is relatively general, and it has not yet made a specific and targeted plan for the cultivation of various professional fields of the Master of physical Education. As far as the specific research object of this study is concerned, the practical curriculum setup is not reasonable. Some practical theoretical courses are set up in elective courses; the contents of technical courses can not keep up with the frontier of the industry, the contents of dance exercises with flexibility and creativity are not new and comprehensive enough, and the construction of practice bases is not extensive enough. At present, it is concentrated in colleges and universities, and individual graduate students choose non-school units for teaching practice. The supervision and evaluation mechanism of practical ability cultivation needs to be further improved. The examination of technical subjects is limited to the examination of sports ability; the examination of professional practice guidance has not yet had a clear form of supervision and assessment; the teaching practice is evaluated only by the students writing a summary report of practice or practice and the evaluation of the units in which the practice takes place. Unable to identify the true effect of teaching practice. The management and examination system of practice outside school needs to be further clarified, and the training process of practical ability needs to be adjusted and innovated. In the first year of physical education, the direction of aerobics is to improve the theoretical knowledge reserve and special sports ability; the second school year is to improve the ability of teaching practice; the third school year is mainly to create scientific research. The design of this practical ability training process will result in a decline of personal special technical ability at the time of graduation and job search, and the double tutoring system needs to be further implemented and perfected. At present, the number of graduate students with physical education master's aerobics is limited, and the resources of outside tutors are scarce. The resources of the external mentors employed are not comprehensive enough, most of them are physical education teachers with rich experience in actual combat, while the managers and senior coaches of sports enterprises are relatively few.
