韻律體操對(duì)自閉癥兒童身體行為及身體素質(zhì)影響的個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:自閉癥是一種由廣泛性發(fā)育障礙所導(dǎo)致的病癥,明顯的表象就是人際關(guān)系隔離、行為障礙、身體素質(zhì)低下。自閉癥是不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的疾病,但處于發(fā)育期的自閉癥兒童能夠通過(guò)治療緩解自閉癥帶來(lái)的不利影響。目前自閉癥的治療方法有藥物治療、行為糾正和訓(xùn)練、早期教育和訓(xùn)練等。本文圍繞韻律體操對(duì)自閉癥兒童身心影響的效果進(jìn)行研究,主要采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法對(duì)南京光華東街小學(xué)2名輕度自閉癥兒童進(jìn)行韻律體操課程12周的課程實(shí)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合問(wèn)卷量表的形式對(duì)受試兒童進(jìn)行研究后得出的結(jié)果表明:1.韻律體操對(duì)于自閉癥兒童身體素質(zhì)的柔韌性有顯著性改變,特別是女性患兒的柔韌性提高的更加明顯。對(duì)耐力、身體靈敏度都有一定的提高。2.韻律體操作為把身體活動(dòng)和音樂(lè)相結(jié)合的項(xiàng)目,可以在身體活動(dòng)中通過(guò)音樂(lè)的施加對(duì)自閉癥兒童的情緒起到調(diào)節(jié)作用,幫助自閉癥兒童更快速更積極的加入到體育活動(dòng)中去。3.韻律體操作為群體性運(yùn)動(dòng),可以在運(yùn)動(dòng)中增加自閉癥兒童與人交流的機(jī)會(huì),鍛煉他們與人相處的能力,兩名患兒的溝通行為都有了明顯的提高。4.韻律體操課程施加后,兩位患兒的開(kāi)朗程度顯著性提高,課堂中愿意聽(tīng)從教師的口令,在校學(xué)習(xí)生活中的問(wèn)題行為出現(xiàn)的次數(shù)有了明顯的改善,攻擊性行為明顯減少。
[Abstract]:Autism is a disorder caused by generalized developmental disorder. The obvious symptoms are interpersonal isolation, behavioral disorder, and low physical fitness. Autism is an irreversible disease, but developmental autistic children can be treated to mitigate the adverse effects of autism. Current treatments for autism include drug therapy, behavior correction and training, early education and training, etc. In this paper, the effect of rhythmic gymnastics on the body and mind of autistic children was studied. Two children with mild autism in Guanghua East Street Primary School in Nanjing were tested in the course of rhythmic gymnastics for 12 weeks. The results of the study on children in the form of questionnaire showed that: 1. Rhythmic gymnastics had a significant change in physical flexibility of autistic children, especially in women. Endurance, physical sensitivity have a certain improvement. 2. Rhythmic gymnastics as a combination of physical activity and music can play a role in regulating the mood of autistic children through the application of music to help autistic children participate in sports activities more quickly and actively. Rhythmic gymnastics, as a group sport, can increase the opportunities for children with autism to communicate with people, and exercise their ability to get along with others. After the application of rhythmic gymnastics curriculum, the cheerful degree of the two children was significantly improved, the classroom willing to obey the instructions of teachers, the number of problems in school life has been significantly improved, and the aggressive behavior has been significantly reduced.
