【摘要】：隨著籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的選擇越來(lái)越科學(xué)化,使得運(yùn)動(dòng)員之間的身體素質(zhì)差距逐漸縮小。為了提升競(jìng)技能力,取得競(jìng)賽優(yōu)勢(shì),促使現(xiàn)代籃球比賽逐漸從“靠身體對(duì)抗”到“用腦子打球”的轉(zhuǎn)變。所謂“用腦子打球”就是指利用運(yùn)動(dòng)員的意識(shí)去打球。復(fù)雜知覺(jué)是意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵,它主要包括時(shí)間知覺(jué)、深度知覺(jué)及運(yùn)動(dòng)知覺(jué)。本研究以遼寧省鞍山師范學(xué)院各專業(yè)的籃球愛(ài)好者60人為研究對(duì)象,將60人隨機(jī)分為教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各30人。實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行為期三個(gè)月的復(fù)雜知覺(jué)的認(rèn)知、教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練。測(cè)量運(yùn)動(dòng)員的時(shí)間知覺(jué)并觀察運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)知覺(jué),以及用霍瓦·多爾曼深度知覺(jué)測(cè)量器測(cè)量并統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)。通過(guò)研究得出以下結(jié)果:1、通過(guò)對(duì)復(fù)雜知覺(jué)的時(shí)間知覺(jué)、深度知覺(jué)及運(yùn)動(dòng)知覺(jué)在籃球比賽中的表現(xiàn)形式,可以看出每一次技、戰(zhàn)術(shù)的制定與執(zhí)行都離不開(kāi)復(fù)雜知覺(jué)的時(shí)間、深度、運(yùn)動(dòng)知覺(jué)的參與。而這些知覺(jué)的形成并不是單一的,它們是相互聯(lián)系、相互依存、相互促進(jìn)又相互制約的關(guān)系。只要這三個(gè)知覺(jué)系統(tǒng)能迅速、靈敏的協(xié)調(diào)好,運(yùn)動(dòng)員的技術(shù)動(dòng)作、戰(zhàn)術(shù)配合才能在復(fù)雜多變的賽場(chǎng)上做出正確的判斷,發(fā)揮出最佳的競(jìng)技水平。這也是“用腦子打球”的最直接的表現(xiàn)形式。2、通過(guò)對(duì)2014年NBA全明星十佳進(jìn)球的錄像分析,了解和認(rèn)知復(fù)雜知覺(jué)中時(shí)間知覺(jué)、深度知覺(jué)和運(yùn)動(dòng)知覺(jué),掌握傳球、運(yùn)球、跑動(dòng)、投籃的技術(shù)運(yùn)用過(guò)程中,根據(jù)防守隊(duì)員所處的位置合理運(yùn)用各項(xiàng)技術(shù)動(dòng)作時(shí)機(jī)和運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)。確立從感性認(rèn)識(shí)上升到理性認(rèn)識(shí)的教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法。3、實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生復(fù)雜知覺(jué)認(rèn)知與培養(yǎng)的教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練,能夠使學(xué)生動(dòng)作更加標(biāo)準(zhǔn);動(dòng)作的運(yùn)用能與同伴的跑動(dòng)、防守隊(duì)員位置做出準(zhǔn)確判斷并傳球、運(yùn)球、投籃,目的性更強(qiáng);學(xué)生能夠根據(jù)比賽狀況合理的運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)術(shù)配合的能力得到提高,其教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練效果顯著。對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練提供了理論和實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of basketball, the choice of basketball players becomes more and more scientific. In order to improve the competitive ability and gain the competitive advantage, the modern basketball game has gradually changed from "physical confrontation" to "playing with the brain". The so-called "brain play" refers to the use of the player's consciousness to play ball. Complex perception is the key to consciousness cultivation. It mainly includes time perception, depth perception and motion perception. In this study, 60 basketball lovers in Anshan normal University of Liaoning Province were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group underwent three months of cognitive, teaching and training of complex perception. Time perception and motion perception of athletes were measured and measured and statistical data were measured with the Hova Kolman depth perception Meter. By studying the following results: 1, through the manifestations of time perception, depth perception and movement perception in basketball games, we can see that the formulation and execution of each skill, tactics and tactics can not be separated from the time and depth of complex perception. As long as these three perceptual systems can be quickly, sensitively coordinated, the athletes' technical movements, tactical cooperation can make correct judgment in the complex and changeable field, and give play to the best competitive level. This is also the most direct expression of "play with the brain." by video analysis of the top ten NBA All-Star goals in 2014, we understand and recognize time perception, depth perception and movement perception in complex perception, and master passing, dribbling, running. According to the position of the defensive players, the technical action timing and movement state are reasonably used in the process of using the technique of shooting. Establishing the teaching goal, teaching content, teaching method. 3. The experiment proves that the teaching and training of the students' complex perception and training in the experimental group can make the students' movements more standard. The use of action can run with their peers, and the position of the defensive players can be accurately judged and passed, dribbled, shot, and more purposeful; the students' ability to use tactical cooperation reasonably according to the competition situation is improved. Its teaching and training effect is remarkable. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the teaching and training of college basketball players in China.
