拳擊出拳技術(shù)特征分析及核心區(qū)力量訓(xùn)練對(duì)出拳技術(shù)作用的研究

【摘要】:規(guī)則是項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的導(dǎo)向。正確把握國際拳聯(lián)2013新規(guī)則的制勝規(guī)律,在訓(xùn)練方法和手段上有所突破,實(shí)現(xiàn)與外國選手的有效對(duì)抗,是當(dāng)下中國拳擊項(xiàng)目的重要課題之一。本研究以國際拳聯(lián)2013競賽規(guī)則為研究背景,通過回歸分析,在明確人體核心區(qū)力量是影響最大拳速快慢關(guān)鍵因素的前提下,通過核心區(qū)力量訓(xùn)練的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,實(shí)證了該訓(xùn)練是拳擊專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練的重要內(nèi)容之一。研究1國際拳聯(lián)2013競賽規(guī)則對(duì)拳擊運(yùn)動(dòng)員出拳技術(shù)的影響。采用卡方檢驗(yàn),分別對(duì)規(guī)則改變前后2次世界大賽決賽(2013世錦賽與2012倫敦奧運(yùn)會(huì))和規(guī)則改變后國內(nèi)與國外大賽決賽(2015全國錦標(biāo)賽與2015世錦標(biāo)賽)運(yùn)動(dòng)員出拳技術(shù)運(yùn)用情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)論:(1)國際拳聯(lián)2013規(guī)則改變的核心是增強(qiáng)了比賽的對(duì)抗性,鼓勵(lì)主動(dòng)進(jìn)攻,對(duì)出拳的質(zhì)量和組合拳使用的次數(shù)要求較高。(2)我國運(yùn)動(dòng)員與國外運(yùn)動(dòng)員相比,對(duì)比賽的控制能力較弱,具體體現(xiàn)在出拳技術(shù)的有效性較低,出拳質(zhì)量較弱。因此,需要探索新的訓(xùn)練模式和訓(xùn)練方法,提高出拳質(zhì)量,加強(qiáng)對(duì)抗能力,爭取比賽主動(dòng)。研究2人體不同環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)出拳速度的影響。以60名(男30,女30)拳擊運(yùn)動(dòng)員為研究對(duì)象,采用三維高速攝像和測(cè)力臺(tái),收集并計(jì)算出拳過程中運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),采用逐步回歸分析,明確不同身體環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)出拳速度的影響。主要結(jié)論:(1)各拳法最大拳速的主要影響因素不同。(2)相同拳法,男子與女子最大拳速的主要影響因素不同。(3)各拳法最大拳速主要影響因素具有共性。人體核區(qū)力量是最大拳速的關(guān)鍵影響因素之一,對(duì)最大拳速有正向作用。因此,在拳擊專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練中應(yīng)重視人體核心區(qū)訓(xùn)練。研究3核心區(qū)力量訓(xùn)練對(duì)出拳技術(shù)作用的研究。以34名(非現(xiàn)役男14,女10;現(xiàn)役女10)拳擊運(yùn)動(dòng)員為研究對(duì)象,采用單因素前測(cè)后測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),探究核心區(qū)力量訓(xùn)練對(duì)最大拳速的促進(jìn)作用。主要結(jié)論:(1)核心區(qū)力量訓(xùn)練是傳統(tǒng)力量訓(xùn)練有益的補(bǔ)充。(2)核心區(qū)力量訓(xùn)練的主要內(nèi)容是如何使用力量,其目的是發(fā)展運(yùn)動(dòng)員在恰當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)機(jī)發(fā)出恰當(dāng)力量的能力。(3)通過核心區(qū)力量訓(xùn)練,可以提高人體核區(qū)力量,人體核心區(qū)力量的提高,有利于出拳時(shí)保持正確的身體姿勢(shì)和重心變化,從而提高最大出拳速度,進(jìn)而提高出拳質(zhì)量。所以,在當(dāng)前競賽規(guī)則背景下,核心區(qū)力量訓(xùn)練應(yīng)是我國拳擊項(xiàng)目迫切需要引進(jìn)的一種訓(xùn)練方法。
[Abstract]:Rules are the direction of project development. To correctly grasp the winning rule of the 2013 new rules of the International Boxing Federation, to make a breakthrough in the training methods and means, and to realize the effective confrontation with foreign players is one of the important subjects in the current Chinese boxing events. This research takes the 2013 competition rule of the International Boxing Federation as the research background, through the regression analysis, under the premise that the human body core area strength is the most important factor to influence the speed of boxing speed and slow, through the core area strength training experiment research, It is proved that this training is one of the important contents of boxing special training. This paper studies the influence of the 2013 competition rules of the International Boxing Federation on the boxing techniques of boxers. The ability to control the competition is weak, which is reflected in the lower effectiveness of boxing technology and the weaker quality of boxing. Therefore, it is necessary to explore new training mode and training method, improve the quality of boxing, strengthen the ability of confrontation, and strive for the initiative of competition. To study the influence of different parts of human body on the speed of boxing. Taking 60 boxers (male 30, female 30) as the research object, the kinematics and dynamics data of boxing were collected and calculated by using 3D high speed camera and force measuring table, and stepwise regression analysis was used. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the main influencing factors of the maximum boxing speed of each boxing method are different.
