不同負(fù)重增強(qiáng)式訓(xùn)練對(duì)五人制足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員下肢運(yùn)動(dòng)表現(xiàn)的影響

【摘要】:測(cè)試經(jīng)過(guò)8周不同負(fù)重增強(qiáng)式訓(xùn)練對(duì)腿部肌肉量、跳躍表現(xiàn)、下肢肌力及速度的影響.以30名參加全國(guó)大學(xué)生五人制足球比賽的運(yùn)動(dòng)員為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為高負(fù)重增強(qiáng)式訓(xùn)練組(PHL,體質(zhì)量的20%)、低負(fù)重增強(qiáng)式訓(xùn)練組(PLL,體質(zhì)量的10%)及控制組(CON),進(jìn)行8周訓(xùn)練,每周3次,每次40~60min,以負(fù)重背心增加其負(fù)荷,于訓(xùn)練前、后進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)生理檢測(cè).所得數(shù)據(jù)以混合設(shè)計(jì)雙因子變異數(shù)分析,比較不同負(fù)重增強(qiáng)式訓(xùn)練介入對(duì)腿部肌肉量、跳躍表現(xiàn)、肌力表現(xiàn)及沖刺時(shí)間的差異情況.結(jié)果顯示,PHL組的腿部肌肉量顯著增加;各組肌酸激酶(CK)變化無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;在20m沖刺表現(xiàn)各組皆有顯著進(jìn)步;等速肌力表現(xiàn)中,PHL組在60°/s及180°/s力矩峰值皆有顯著進(jìn)步,PLL組只在180°/s有顯著進(jìn)步,且顯著優(yōu)于CON組.另外,達(dá)到力矩峰值時(shí)間只有PHL組在60°/s有顯著增進(jìn);原地?cái)[臂垂直跳、跨步擺臂垂直跳及落地垂直跳的跳躍高度在PHL組及PLL組皆有顯著進(jìn)步.得出PHL組及PLL組在跳躍表現(xiàn)、等速肌力及20m沖刺皆有顯著進(jìn)步,而腿部肌肉量只有PHL組有顯著進(jìn)步.
[Abstract]:The effects of 8 weeks of different weight-bearing enhancement training on leg muscle volume, jumping performance, lower limb muscle strength and speed were tested. Thirty athletes who participated in the national college students' five-person football match were randomly divided into two groups: the high weight training group (PHL), the low weight enhancement training group (PLL) and the control group (the weight 10), and the control group was trained for 8 weeks, and the two groups were randomly divided into two groups: the high weight training group (PHL), the low weight enhancement training group (PLL) and the control group (the control group) were trained for 8 weeks. Three times a week, 40 minutes per week, with a load vest to increase their load, before training, after the physiological tests. The data were analyzed by using mixed design double factor ANOVA to compare the differences of leg muscle quantity, jumping performance, muscle strength performance and sprint time in different weight-bearing reinforcement training intervention. The results showed that the amount of leg muscle in PHL group was significantly increased, the changes of creatine kinase CK in each group were not statistically significant, and the changes in 20 m sprint were significantly improved in all groups. In the isokinetic muscle strength, the peak torque of 60 擄/ s and 180 擄/ s were significantly improved in the PHL group and only at 180 擄/ s in the PLL group, which was significantly better than that in the CON group. In addition, the time to reach the peak torque was significantly increased only in the PHL group at 60 擄/ s, and the jumping height of the vertical jump, the vertical jump and the landing vertical jump of the swinging arm in situ and the vertical jump on the ground in the PHL group and the PLL group were improved significantly in both the PHL group and the PLL group. The results showed that in PHL group and PLL group, there was significant improvement in jumping performance, isokinetic muscle strength and 20m sprint, while leg muscle volume was significantly improved only in PHL group.
