【摘要】：南京工業(yè)大學(xué)充分發(fā)揮校內(nèi)跨專業(yè)深度交叉融合的資源優(yōu)勢,成功申報(bào)"體育產(chǎn)業(yè)管理"二級學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn),探索出一條適應(yīng)體育市場發(fā)展需求的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)新途徑。主要經(jīng)驗(yàn):領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視,協(xié)同合作,熟悉申報(bào)流程;掌握國內(nèi)外高校體育產(chǎn)業(yè)管理學(xué)科發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;多方調(diào)研及專家座談,確定研究方向。主要啟示:積極尋找契合點(diǎn),增強(qiáng)體育學(xué)科跨專業(yè)交叉深度融合能力;高校公共體育學(xué)科發(fā)展促進(jìn)教師自覺提升專業(yè)能力,形成自加壓力、追求卓越的新局面;加強(qiáng)校內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作,拓展高校公共體育發(fā)展視野。
[Abstract]:Nanjing University of Technology has brought into full play the resource advantage of cross-specialty and deep integration in Nanjing University of Technology, successfully applied for the authorization point of "Sports Industry Management" secondary subject master's degree, and explored a new way to train professional talents to meet the needs of the development of sports market. Main experience: leadership attention, cooperation, familiar with the application process; grasp the current situation of sports industry management at home and abroad; research and expert discussions, determine the research direction. The main revelations are as follows: to actively seek for fit points, to strengthen the ability of cross-specialty and deep integration of physical education disciplines, to promote teachers' self-awareness to enhance their professional ability, to form a new situation of self-pressure and excellence, to promote the development of public sports disciplines in colleges and universities; Strengthen the academic exchange and cooperation in and outside the university, and expand the development of public sports in colleges and universities.
