【摘要】：本文以河南省沁陽市農(nóng)村體育開展現(xiàn)狀作為研究對象，測試調(diào)查對象為沁陽市10個(gè)自然村的農(nóng)村居民，作者是本地人，通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等多種方法獲得了沁陽市農(nóng)村體育的大批資料和訊息，對河南省沁陽市范圍內(nèi)的10個(gè)自然村進(jìn)行實(shí)地的走訪和調(diào)查，從當(dāng)前的體育開展現(xiàn)狀和當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦男枨髢煞矫鎸幽鲜∏哧柺修r(nóng)村體育的開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入而又詳細(xì)的分析，并對搜集到的資料及數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用Excel軟件進(jìn)行歸納、分析、總結(jié)，目的在于尋找適合沁陽市農(nóng)村體育發(fā)展的道路，發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)存的一些問題，提出相應(yīng)的意見和建議。 調(diào)查得出，河南省沁陽市農(nóng)村體育活動(dòng)的開展存在著諸多問題，如居民具備大量的閑暇時(shí)間，但大多將閑暇時(shí)間用在了其他活動(dòng)上，真正用于體育鍛煉的人數(shù)并不多；體育宣傳工作不到位，，體育管理職能弱化且管理系統(tǒng)滯后，從而造成缺乏定期的體育活動(dòng)或比賽；居民選擇參加的體育項(xiàng)目繁多，但每項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的參與人數(shù)分布卻極不平衡；體育經(jīng)費(fèi)并不充足，致使其體育器材設(shè)施有限，體育場地較少，不能夠滿足農(nóng)村居民的需求；社會(huì)體育指導(dǎo)人員缺乏，體育的指導(dǎo)力量薄弱，農(nóng)村居民健身的科學(xué)性不強(qiáng)，部分大眾體育項(xiàng)目在農(nóng)村得不到開展等一系列問題，這些因素都直接影響和制約著農(nóng)村體育的開展。 針對上述問題，河南省沁陽市農(nóng)村體育的開展應(yīng)該有效整合體育資源，加強(qiáng)對農(nóng)村體育運(yùn)動(dòng)開展的引導(dǎo)，提高切實(shí)把農(nóng)村地區(qū)體育管理機(jī)制建立起來，以此同時(shí)，在關(guān)于資金的注入方面，增加投入，加強(qiáng)力度，給農(nóng)村體育指導(dǎo)人才設(shè)定明確的要求，進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的培訓(xùn)，使廣大農(nóng)村居民的需求得到滿足，更加積極投身于體育活動(dòng)。創(chuàng)建沁陽市農(nóng)村體育發(fā)展的良好環(huán)境，為小康社會(huì)大背景下的農(nóng)村體育的健康迅速發(fā)展提供理論基礎(chǔ)以及一定的社會(huì)物質(zhì)保證。
[Abstract]:The present situation of rural sports development in Qinyang City, Henan Province is taken as the research object. The subjects are the rural residents of 10 natural villages in Qinyang City, and the author is a native. Various methods, such as mathematical statistics, have obtained a large number of materials and information about rural sports in Qinyang City, and conducted field visits and investigations in 10 natural villages in Qinyang City, Henan Province. This paper makes a deep and detailed analysis of the present situation of rural sports in Qinyang City, Henan Province, from the current situation of sports development and the needs of local residents, and sums up and analyzes the collected information and data by using Excel software. The purpose of this paper is to find a suitable way for the development of rural sports in Qinyang city, find out some existing problems, and put forward corresponding suggestions and suggestions. The investigation shows that there are many problems in the development of rural sports activities in Qinyang City, Henan Province, such as the residents have a lot of leisure time, but most of the leisure time is spent on other activities, and the number of people who are really used for physical exercise is not large; The sports propaganda work is not in place, the sports management function is weakened and the management system lags behind, resulting in the lack of regular sports activities or competitions, the residents choose to participate in a large number of sports, but the number of participants in each activity distribution is extremely uneven; Sports funds are not sufficient, resulting in its limited sports equipment facilities, less sports venues, can not meet the needs of rural residents; the lack of social sports guidance personnel, sports guidance force is weak, rural residents fitness science is not strong, Some popular sports can not be carried out in rural areas and a series of problems, these factors directly affect and restrict the development of rural sports. In view of the above problems, the development of rural sports in Qinyang City, Henan Province, should effectively integrate sports resources, strengthen the guidance for the development of rural sports, improve the effective establishment of the sports management mechanism in rural areas, and at the same time, at the same time, With regard to the injection of funds, we should increase investment, strengthen efforts, set clear requirements for rural sports guidance talents, carry out strict training, so as to satisfy the needs of rural residents and devote themselves more actively to sports activities. The establishment of a good environment for the development of rural sports in Qinyang provides a theoretical basis and a certain social material guarantee for the healthy and rapid development of rural sports under the background of a well-off society.
