【摘要】：中國(guó)七人制橄欖球起步雖晚,但近些年在亞洲級(jí)賽事中取得了較好成績(jī)。作為2016年新增奧運(yùn)會(huì)項(xiàng)目,七人制橄欖球有身體對(duì)抗性強(qiáng)、運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、損傷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高等特點(diǎn)。在全國(guó)七人制橄欖球比賽中,運(yùn)動(dòng)員會(huì)面對(duì)各種各樣的參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)比賽結(jié)果產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響。研究中國(guó)七人制橄欖球賽事運(yùn)動(dòng)員的參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題,意義在于：最大化降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、有效控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。運(yùn)動(dòng)員在七人制橄欖球比賽中發(fā)揮出正常水平,取得較好成績(jī)。研究采用列表排序法和帕累托分析法對(duì)中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,結(jié)論如下：(1)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是指在七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員在參賽時(shí)各個(gè)階段和環(huán)節(jié)可能遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),它可能導(dǎo)致比賽結(jié)果的失利或是運(yùn)動(dòng)員發(fā)揮失常。中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)根據(jù)影響因素與競(jìng)賽成績(jī)進(jìn)行分類,分為自身風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、對(duì)手風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和比賽環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)三類。中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理由參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估與參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)三個(gè)部分組成。(2)編制《中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)檢查表》為中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的工具。(3)對(duì)中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,采用改良的列表排序法和帕累托分析,結(jié)果表明,中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員面臨的最主要參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是來自參賽選手的傷病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、體能風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和來自比賽環(huán)境方面的社會(huì)支持風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。(4)中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)方法的主要特點(diǎn)是,加大七人制橄欖球風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的宣傳教育、完善七人制橄欖球比賽的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度。(5)中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)方法主要有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回避、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降低、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移三個(gè)方面。在應(yīng)對(duì)中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中,應(yīng)堅(jiān)持重點(diǎn)控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中排在前列的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。同時(shí),對(duì)中國(guó)七人制橄欖球運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行應(yīng)對(duì)參賽風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的培訓(xùn)教育。
[Abstract]:Although China's seven-player rugby started late, it has scored well in Asian-level competitions in recent years. As a new Olympic event in 2016, seven-player rugby has the characteristics of strong physical adversarial, strong sports intensity and high risk of injury. In the national seven-player rugby game, the players will face a variety of risks, which will affect the results of the game to varying degrees. The significance of this paper is to maximize and reduce the risk and effectively control the risk. Players in the seven-person rugby game to play the normal level, achieved better results. In this study, the listed ranking method and Pareto analysis method were used to evaluate the risk of Chinese seven-player rugby players. The conclusion is as follows: (1) the risk of participation of the seven-player is the risk that the seven-player may encounter in all stages and stages of the competition, which may lead to the loss of the result of the game or the abnormal performance of the player. According to the influencing factors and the result of the competition, the Chinese seven-player 's participation risk is classified into three categories: their own risk, the opponent's risk and the competition environment risk. The risk management of Chinese seven-player rugby players is identified by the entry risk. The risk assessment and risk response of the competition is composed of three parts. 2) compiling the "check list of the entry risks of the Chinese Seven Rugby players". A tool for identifying the entry risk of the Chinese Seven-legged players. Rugby players to assess the risks of participation, Using the improved tabulation method and Pareto analysis, the results show that the most important risk that Chinese seven-player football players face is the injury risk from the players. Physical risk and Social support risk from the Competition Environment) the main characteristics of the risk response methods for Chinese seven-player rugby players are to increase the publicity and education of risk management of seven-player rugby. Perfecting the risk management system of the seven-player rugby game. (5) there are three main ways to deal with the risk of the seven-player 's rugby players: risk avoidance, risk reduction and risk transfer. In dealing with the risk of Chinese seven-player rugby players, we should focus on controlling the risk factors in the forefront of risk assessment, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. At the same time, the Chinese seven-player rugby players to deal with the risks of training.
