【摘要】：網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)一直被譽(yù)為“高雅運(yùn)動(dòng)”,是除足球運(yùn)動(dòng)以外世界第二大運(yùn)動(dòng)。在2004年雅典奧運(yùn)會(huì)上孫甜甜、李婷勇奪女雙冠軍,2006年,中國(guó)選手鄭潔、晏子分別在澳網(wǎng)和溫網(wǎng)取得具有劃時(shí)代意義的倆個(gè)雙打冠軍。網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)在我國(guó)迅速升溫,越來越多的群眾認(rèn)識(shí)并參與到網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)當(dāng)中。衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家網(wǎng)球競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展的重要因素之一就是青少年后備人才的儲(chǔ)備情況,培養(yǎng)后備人才也是網(wǎng)球競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略問題。隨著我國(guó)綜合實(shí)力的增強(qiáng),許多網(wǎng)球選手在世界網(wǎng)壇上屢創(chuàng)佳績(jī),青少年后備人才的儲(chǔ)備情況將會(huì)直接影響到中國(guó)網(wǎng)球今后可持續(xù)發(fā)展。而基層后備人才的儲(chǔ)備與培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀能夠客觀反映出我國(guó)網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)的深度和廣度。網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)在河北省正式開展時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),直到2002年河北省才成立了網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)管理中心,同年組建河北省體工大隊(duì)網(wǎng)球隊(duì)。河北省網(wǎng)球起步較晚,無論是省內(nèi)比賽還是國(guó)內(nèi)比賽,成績(jī)都不甚理想。本研究目的了解河北省網(wǎng)球后備人才的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)目前河北省網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題提出一些個(gè)人的建議和對(duì)策,旨在為河北省網(wǎng)球后備人才發(fā)展盡微薄之力。為了解河北省網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀基本情況,本論文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等科研方法,對(duì)河北省網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)中的問題進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與分析,并得出以下結(jié)論:1制約河北省網(wǎng)球后備人才發(fā)展的主要因素有:后備人才培養(yǎng)制度與教育制度之間的矛盾;后備人才培養(yǎng)制度還不夠完善;經(jīng)費(fèi)不足,過于依賴政府撥款;教練員科學(xué)選材不合理;經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后;科學(xué)化訓(xùn)練水平不高,訓(xùn)練設(shè)施簡(jiǎn)陋;運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化學(xué)習(xí)與訓(xùn)練矛盾;運(yùn)動(dòng)員出路不明確等因素。2我省網(wǎng)球后備人才管理模式落后,培養(yǎng)體制存在缺陷。3我省網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)單位太少,青少年網(wǎng)球人口占我省青少年總數(shù)比重太少,在青少年中普及程度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,還沒有達(dá)到為我省及國(guó)家輸送網(wǎng)球后備人才的數(shù)量和規(guī)模。4我省教育制度和訓(xùn)練體制不協(xié)調(diào),不能處理好運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化學(xué)習(xí)與運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練之間的矛盾,導(dǎo)致運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化學(xué)習(xí)沒有學(xué)好,運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練效果也不甚理想。5我省對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員科學(xué)選材程度不高,教練員執(zhí)教水平不高,執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏,知識(shí)更新較慢,現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)不能及時(shí)掌握;教練員職稱、學(xué)歷、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)有待合理化,應(yīng)側(cè)重教練員的培訓(xùn)。6我省青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地簡(jiǎn)陋,基本沒有紅土訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地,經(jīng)費(fèi)緊張,多數(shù)地區(qū)訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地?cái)?shù)量不能滿足訓(xùn)練的人數(shù),多數(shù)地區(qū)不具備醫(yī)療監(jiān)督制度。7我省小球管理中心科學(xué)化管理制度不夠,一切以競(jìng)技比賽成績(jī)?yōu)橹?賽練結(jié)合不緊密;有急功近利,拔苗助長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)象存在。
[Abstract]:Tennis has been known as the "elegant sport", is the second largest sport in the world besides football.In the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, Sun Tiantian and Li Ting won the women's doubles championships. In 2006, Chinese contestants Zheng Jie and Yanzi won two landmark doubles titles in the Australian Open and Wimbledon respectively.Tennis is warming up rapidly in our country, more and more people know and participate in tennis.One of the important factors to measure the development of tennis competitive sports in a country is the reserve of youth reserve talents, and the training of reserve talents is also a strategic problem in the development of tennis competitive sports.With the strengthening of our country's comprehensive strength, many tennis players have made great achievements in the world tennis world. The reserve of young reserve talents will directly affect the sustainable development of Chinese tennis in the future.The reserve and cultivation of reserve talents at the basic level can objectively reflect the depth and breadth of the training of reserve talents in tennis in China.It was not long before the official development of tennis in Hebei Province, until 2002, Hebei Province established the tennis management center, the same year set up the sports team of Hebei Province.Hebei tennis started late, whether in the province or domestic competition, the results are not very ideal.The purpose of this study is to understand the present situation of tennis reserve talents cultivation in Hebei Province, and to put forward some personal suggestions and countermeasures in view of the problems existing in the present situation of tennis reserve talents cultivation in Hebei Province.The aim is to make a modest contribution to the development of tennis reserve talents in Hebei Province.In order to understand the present situation of tennis reserve talents training in Hebei Province, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and so on.This paper makes an investigation and analysis of the problems in the training of tennis reserve talents in Hebei Province, and draws the following conclusions: the main factors restricting the development of the reserve talents of Hebei tennis are as follows: the contradiction between the training system of reserve talents and the educational system;The training system of reserve talents is not perfect; the funds are insufficient and too dependent on government funds; the scientific selection of coaches is unreasonable; the economic development is backward; the level of scientific training is not high and the training facilities are simple; the contradiction between athletes' cultural learning and training;(2) the management mode of tennis reserve talents in our province is backward, the training system is defective, the training units of tennis reserve talents in our province are too few, and the proportion of juvenile tennis population to the total number of young people in our province is too small.The degree of popularization among teenagers is far from enough, and the number and scale of tennis reserve talents for our province and our country have not been reached. 4. The educational system and training system of our province are not in harmony.The contradiction between athletes' cultural study and sports training can not be handled well, which leads to the athletes' cultural learning not being well learned, the effect of sports training being also not very ideal ..5 the degree of scientific selection of athletes in our province is not high, and the teaching level of coaches is not high.Lack of teaching experience, slow updating of knowledge, the trend of modern tennis development can not be grasped in time, coaches title, education, age structure need to be rationalized,The training of young tennis players in our province should be focused on coaches. 6 the training ground for young tennis players in our province is simple, there is basically no laterite training ground, the funds are tight, and the number of training sites in most areas cannot meet the number of people trained.Most areas do not have the medical supervision system.7 the scientific management system of our province's small ball management center is not enough, all is based on the results of competitive competitions, the combination of competition and practice is not close;
