【摘要】：任何新生事物的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展,都要經(jīng)過一個(gè)由弱到強(qiáng)逐步成長壯大的過程,都要通過實(shí)踐不斷完善,得到大家的認(rèn)可,獲得推廣。長春市社區(qū)體育公益性崗位的設(shè)立在全國是首例,得到了國務(wù)院、國家體育總局、吉林省和長春市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視,并經(jīng)歷了由萌芽到體制轉(zhuǎn)變到提升的過程。這一成功的嘗試所產(chǎn)生的附加值不僅僅局限于社區(qū)體育,還包括學(xué)校體育、競技體育等領(lǐng)域。本論文通過對長春市社區(qū)體育公益性崗位設(shè)立的背景分析、管理機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀分析、管理機(jī)制的操作策略分析,闡述了體育教學(xué)理論、方法運(yùn)用于社區(qū)體育、服務(wù)青少年體育的可行性。本研究共分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分是前言,主要包括研究背景、文獻(xiàn)綜述和研究意義;第二部分是研究對象與方法,主要是明確長春市社區(qū)體育公益性崗位管理機(jī)制這一研究對象,說明運(yùn)用的文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法和邏輯分析法;第三部分是研究結(jié)果與分析,為論文的核心部分,主要包括四項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,即長春市社區(qū)體育公益性崗位設(shè)立的背景分析、管理機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀分析、管理機(jī)制的操作策略分析、體育教學(xué)理論、方法走進(jìn)社區(qū)的可行性,其中背景分析介紹了長春市社區(qū)體育公益性崗位的萌芽期、發(fā)展期和提升期,管理機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀分析闡述了日常管理機(jī)制、業(yè)務(wù)管理機(jī)制、培訓(xùn)管理機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,管理機(jī)制的操作策略分析表述了社區(qū)管理日常工作的新模式、業(yè)務(wù)工作采取垂直管理和分級管理相結(jié)合的新模式、培訓(xùn)管理采取統(tǒng)一管理模式以及長春市社區(qū)體育智慧服務(wù)平臺搭建為社區(qū)體育發(fā)展開辟新道路的可行性分析;第四部分是體育教學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論、方法走進(jìn)社區(qū)的可行性分析,是本研究的成果所在,主要從在社區(qū)青少年群體中進(jìn)行體育教學(xué)基本訓(xùn)練、充分利用社區(qū)體育資源服務(wù)體育教學(xué)訓(xùn)練以及政府購買公共服務(wù)為青少年搭建體育技能培訓(xùn)平臺三個(gè)方面,分析了高校體育教學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論、方法應(yīng)用于社區(qū)體育,指導(dǎo)青少年科學(xué)開展體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的可行性。希望通過本研究,能夠?qū)﹂L春市社區(qū)體育、青少年體育發(fā)展有所啟發(fā),在全民健身上升為國家戰(zhàn)略的社會背景下,為推進(jìn)長春市全民健身工作的深入開展,提供可借鑒的理論研究和具有建設(shè)性的意見,為長春市迎來全民健身的大發(fā)展、大繁榮貢獻(xiàn)自己的綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of any new thing must go through a growing process from weak to strong, and it must be perfected through practice, recognized by everyone and popularized.The establishment of community sports public welfare posts in Changchun is the first in China, which has been attached great importance by the leaders of the State Council, the State Sports Administration, Jilin Province and Changchun City, and has experienced a process from germination to system transformation to promotion.The added value of this successful attempt is not limited to community sports, but also to school sports, competitive sports and so on.Based on the background analysis of the establishment of community sports public welfare posts in Changchun, the analysis of the present situation of the management mechanism and the analysis of the operational strategy of the management mechanism, this paper expounds the theory and methods of physical education teaching, which are applied to the community sports.The feasibility of serving youth sports.This research is divided into four parts, the first part is the preface, including the research background, literature review and significance, the second part is the research object and method.It is mainly to make clear the research object of the management mechanism of community sports public welfare post in Changchun, to explain the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and logic analysis. The third part is the research result and analysis, which is the core part of the thesis.Mainly includes four contents, namely Changchun community sports public welfare post establishment background analysis, the management mechanism present situation analysis, the management mechanism operation strategy analysis, the physical education teaching theory, the method enters the community feasibility,The background analysis introduces the budding period, the development period and the promotion period of the community sports public welfare posts in Changchun. The present situation of the management mechanism, the daily management mechanism, the business management mechanism, the training management mechanism and the existing problems are analyzed.The operational strategy analysis of the management mechanism describes the new mode of community management daily work, and the business work adopts the new mode of combining vertical management with hierarchical management.The training management adopts the unified management mode and the Changchun community sports wisdom service platform construction opens the new road for the community sports development feasibility analysis; the fourth part is the sports teaching training theory, the method enters the community feasibility analysis, the fourth part is the physical education teaching training theory, the method enters the community feasibility analysis,Is the result of this study, mainly from the community youth group physical education teaching basic training,This paper makes full use of community sports resources to serve sports teaching and training and the government to purchase public services to set up sports skills training platform for young people. The theory of physical education and training in colleges and universities is analyzed, and the method is applied to community sports.The feasibility of guiding teenagers to develop sports scientifically.Through this study, I hope it can enlighten the development of community sports and youth sports in Changchun, in the social background that the national fitness is rising as a national strategy, in order to promote the further development of the whole people's fitness work in Changchun,To provide theoretical research and constructive advice for Changchun to usher in the great development of national fitness, great prosperity contribution to their own modest force.
