拓展訓(xùn)練對(duì)普通高校武術(shù)教學(xué)效果影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著新一輪課程改革的不斷深入,給高校體育課程教學(xué)改革提出了新的要求,因地制宜地開(kāi)發(fā)課程資源成為課程改革的重要途徑。近年來(lái),高校不斷將武術(shù)這一傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目納入體育教學(xué)大綱,為體育教學(xué)改革注入新鮮血液的同時(shí)也迎來(lái)了一定的挑戰(zhàn)。武術(shù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容難度大、教學(xué)過(guò)程枯燥等特點(diǎn)逐現(xiàn)端倪,在一定程度上制約了武術(shù)教學(xué)的發(fā)展。拓展訓(xùn)練以一種全新的教學(xué)模式逐漸滲透到高校體育之中,它的獨(dú)特之處是更多注重情感方面的變化,挑戰(zhàn)自我,超越自我是拓展訓(xùn)練的教學(xué)理念。筆者以高校體育教學(xué)五個(gè)領(lǐng)域目標(biāo)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),有效地將武術(shù)教學(xué)與拓展訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容結(jié)合,研究其教學(xué)效果與傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)教學(xué)效果的不同,旨在為高校武術(shù)教學(xué)以及其他項(xiàng)目傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式提供改革依據(jù)。本文在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料和筆者親身體驗(yàn)拓展訓(xùn)練的基礎(chǔ)上,以西安職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院80名武術(shù)選項(xiàng)課學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,以文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、邏輯分析法以及教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)等為研究方法對(duì)普通高校武術(shù)教學(xué)與拓展訓(xùn)練結(jié)合的教學(xué)效果做了理論分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)論證,結(jié)果分析如下:1、拓展訓(xùn)練對(duì)普通高校武術(shù)教學(xué)在體能指標(biāo)教學(xué)效果方面影響不顯著。2、拓展訓(xùn)練對(duì)普通高校武術(shù)教學(xué)在運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣指標(biāo)教學(xué)效果方面影響顯著,能夠有效促進(jìn)學(xué)生武術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)興趣的提高,效果具體體現(xiàn)在學(xué)生武術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)的消極性降低,積極性和參與程度提高三個(gè)維度方面。3、拓展訓(xùn)練對(duì)普通高校武術(shù)教學(xué)在運(yùn)動(dòng)技能指標(biāo)教學(xué)效果方面影響顯著,效果主要體現(xiàn)在及格和中等這兩個(gè)水平段學(xué)生成績(jī)的波動(dòng),能夠使實(shí)驗(yàn)前處于及格段的學(xué)生向中等水平段發(fā)展,同時(shí),有效提高了班級(jí)平均水平。4、拓展訓(xùn)練對(duì)普通高校武術(shù)教學(xué)在心理健康和社會(huì)適應(yīng)指標(biāo)這一教學(xué)效果方面影響顯著,實(shí)驗(yàn)通過(guò)對(duì)SCL90十個(gè)因子的測(cè)試與分析,結(jié)果顯示,在實(shí)驗(yàn)后實(shí)驗(yàn)組較對(duì)照組在人際關(guān)系、抑郁和敵對(duì)三個(gè)因子方面實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)均小于0.05,成顯著性差異,其他因子方面影響效果不大,說(shuō)明拓展拓展訓(xùn)練與武術(shù)教學(xué)結(jié)合能夠有效改善大學(xué)生心理健康指數(shù)、增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí),提高社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the new round of curriculum reform, new requirements have been put forward for the teaching reform of physical education courses in colleges and universities, and the development of curriculum resources according to local conditions has become an important approach to curriculum reform.In recent years, the traditional item of martial arts has been brought into the syllabus of physical education in colleges and universities, which brings fresh blood into the reform of physical education, and at the same time, it also meets a certain challenge.Wushu teaching content is difficult and the teaching process is boring, which restricts the development of Wushu teaching to some extent.Development training has gradually penetrated into the physical education of colleges and universities with a new teaching mode. Its unique point is that it pays more attention to the change of emotion, challenges oneself, surmounts oneself is the teaching idea of expanding training.Based on the goal of five fields of physical education in colleges and universities, the author combines Wushu teaching effectively with the content of extended training, and studies the difference between the teaching effect of Wushu and that of traditional Wushu teaching.The aim is to provide the reform basis for the traditional teaching mode of martial arts teaching and other items in colleges and universities.On the basis of consulting a lot of documents and the author's own experience of expanding training, this paper takes 80 students of Wushu elective course in Xi'an Vocational and Technical College as the research object, takes the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, etc.The logical analysis method and teaching experiment are used to analyze and prove the teaching effect of Wushu teaching and extension training in colleges and universities.The results are as follows: 1. The effect of extension training on the teaching effect of physical fitness index is not significant, and the effect of extension training on the teaching effect of sports interest index is significant.It can effectively promote the students' interest in Wushu learning, and the effect is reflected in the decrease of the negative aspect of the students' Wushu learning.The three dimensions of enthusiasm and participation are improved, and the effect of extended training on the teaching effect of sports skill index is significant, which is mainly reflected in the fluctuation of students' achievement in the two levels of passing and middle level.At the same time, the average class level of class is improved effectively, and the extended training has a significant effect on the teaching effect of mental health and social adaptation index in Wushu teaching in colleges and universities, which can make the students in the pass stage develop to the middle level before the experiment, at the same time, the average class level is improved effectively.Through the test and analysis of ten factors of SCL90, the results showed that the experimental data of the three factors of interpersonal relationship, depression and hostility in the experimental group were lower than 0.05 after the experiment, and there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.Other factors have little effect, which indicates that the combination of extended training and martial arts teaching can effectively improve the mental health index of college students, enhance the sense of teamwork, and improve the ability of social adaptation.
