武漢市4.0級男子網(wǎng)球選手大力發(fā)球的運動學(xué)診斷

【摘要】:研究背景:網(wǎng)球是一項異于其他球類運動的隔網(wǎng)性小球項目運動,網(wǎng)球小且運動場地大。同時網(wǎng)球運動是一項對專項技能和身體協(xié)調(diào)性要求很高的隔網(wǎng)對抗性運動,當選手在激烈的比賽中,需要不斷及時作出反應(yīng),調(diào)節(jié)步伐移動,并及時對來球采取最優(yōu)的處理辦法,對選手平時的訓(xùn)練和技術(shù)動作基礎(chǔ)有著密不可分的關(guān)系。而一場網(wǎng)球比賽是從發(fā)球開始的,選手的發(fā)球質(zhì)量直接影響著整場比賽的勝負。查閱文獻發(fā)現(xiàn),目前,我國對于網(wǎng)球業(yè)余選手的大力發(fā)球研究基本處于空白階段,大多數(shù)大力發(fā)球的研究都偏向于網(wǎng)球職業(yè)選手,因此,本文從運動生物力學(xué)運動學(xué)角度對業(yè)余網(wǎng)球4.0級選手的大力發(fā)球展開研究,探究其動作特征就具有重要的研究價值。研究目的:通過本文的研究可以深入了解我國優(yōu)秀業(yè)余網(wǎng)球選手大力發(fā)球的技術(shù)水平,并通過業(yè)余網(wǎng)球選手與我國優(yōu)秀網(wǎng)球運動員柏衍、陳卅大力發(fā)球的相關(guān)運動學(xué)指標進行比較,找出業(yè)余選手發(fā)球時存在的不足,為提高我國優(yōu)秀業(yè)余網(wǎng)球選手發(fā)球技術(shù)提供相關(guān)理論依據(jù)。研究方法:本文以武漢市中網(wǎng)級別聯(lián)賽(武漢站)和全國總決賽(4.0和5.0水平)前三名獲得者的7名男子網(wǎng)球業(yè)余選手完成的大力發(fā)球動作為研究對象,利用兩個PULNIX攝像頭采用定點、定焦、定距的方式進行同步(外同步)拍攝,頻率為120幀/秒,采用美國ARIEL三維圖像解析系統(tǒng)對選手的技術(shù)動作進行解析。將解析所得數(shù)據(jù)與國內(nèi)優(yōu)秀網(wǎng)球選手的運動學(xué)參數(shù)進行對比,結(jié)合專項理論對研究對象大力發(fā)球的相關(guān)動作特征進行診斷。研究結(jié)果:(1)拋球引拍階段,武漢市4.0級男子網(wǎng)球選手與我國優(yōu)秀運動員柏衍、陳卅相關(guān)運動學(xué)指標比較得出,拋球高度與擊球高度都較高,髖關(guān)節(jié)挺伸速度較慢,膝關(guān)節(jié)蹬伸速度較小,肩、肘關(guān)節(jié)角度與理想的90°還存在較大差距。(2)搔背階段,武漢市4.0級男子網(wǎng)球選手與我國優(yōu)秀運動員柏衍、陳卅相關(guān)運動學(xué)指標比較得出,動作不夠流暢,髖關(guān)節(jié)未主動轉(zhuǎn)動,下肢動力鏈蹬伸速度較慢,膝關(guān)節(jié)角度較小,踝關(guān)節(jié)角度較大。(3)擊球階段,武漢市4.0級男子網(wǎng)球選手與我國優(yōu)秀運動員柏衍、陳卅相關(guān)運動學(xué)指標比較得出,髖關(guān)節(jié)主動轉(zhuǎn)動不夠,速度不均,但上肢擊球關(guān)節(jié)較為合理。研究結(jié)論:(1)拋球引拍階段,武漢市4.0級男子網(wǎng)球選手左髖關(guān)節(jié)挺伸不足,肩關(guān)節(jié)與肘關(guān)節(jié)角度較大,膝關(guān)節(jié)主動下蹲幅度較小。(2)搔背階段,武漢市4.0級男子網(wǎng)球選手髖關(guān)節(jié)并未提前轉(zhuǎn)動,膝關(guān)節(jié)與踝關(guān)節(jié)蹬伸幅度不一,但其肩關(guān)節(jié)與肘關(guān)節(jié)提拉速度較為理想。(3)擊球階段,武漢市4.0級男子網(wǎng)球選手大力發(fā)球最后擊球階段,其髖關(guān)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)動速度極不均衡,踝關(guān)節(jié)、膝關(guān)節(jié)較理想。上肢各關(guān)節(jié)能獲得整個發(fā)球動作較足夠的速度。
[Abstract]:Background: tennis is a netting sport which is different from other ball games.At the same time, tennis is a confrontational sport with high requirements for special skills and physical coordination. When players are in fierce competition, they need to constantly and timely react to adjust their pace of movement.And timely to the ball to take the best treatment, the players usually training and technical action basis has a close relationship.A tennis match starts from serve, and the quality of the player's serve directly affects the result of the whole match.According to the literature, at present, the research on the vigorous serve of tennis amateurs in our country is basically in the blank stage, and most of the researches on the vigorous serve are in favor of the professional tennis players, so,In this paper, from the angle of sports biomechanics kinematics, the author studies the vigorous serve of amateur tennis player of grade 4.0, and it has important research value to probe into the movement characteristics of amateur tennis player.Research objective: through the research of this article, we can deeply understand the technical level of Chinese outstanding amateur tennis players serving vigorously, and through amateur tennis players and outstanding Chinese tennis players Bo Yan,By comparing the relative kinematics indexes of Chen's serve, this paper finds out the shortcomings of the amateur players' serving, and provides the relevant theoretical basis for improving the serving techniques of the outstanding amateur tennis players in China.Research methods: this paper focuses on seven men's tennis amateurs who are the top three winners of Wuhan Central Network League (Wuhan Station) and the National Finals (level 4.0 and 5.0).Two PULNIX cameras are used to synchronize (external synchronization) shooting with fixed focus and fixed distance, and the frequency is 120frame / sec. The ARIEL 3D image analysis system is used to analyze the technical action of the contestant.The analysis data are compared with the kinematics parameters of domestic elite tennis players, and combined with the special theory to diagnose the related action characteristics of the research object's vigorous serve.The result of the study was as follows: (1) in the stage of pounding, Wuhan City 4.0-grade men's tennis player was compared with the outstanding Chinese athletes Bo Yan and Chen Hsiao in terms of kinematics. The results showed that the throwing height and the hitting height were both higher, and the hip joint extension speed was slow.The knee joint extension speed is small, the angle of shoulder, elbow joint and ideal 90 擄still exist big disparity. (2) scratch back stage, Wuhan City 4.0 class male tennis player and our country outstanding athlete Bo Yan, Chen 30 correlation kinematics index comparison,The movement is not smooth enough, the hip joint does not turn actively, the lower extremity power chain pedal extension speed is slower, the knee joint angle is smaller, the ankle joint angle is bigger.) the batting stage, Wuhan City 4.0 class male tennis player and our country outstanding athlete Bo Yan,Compared with Chen's relative kinematics indexes, the hip joint is not enough active rotation and uneven speed, but the upper limb batting joint is reasonable.Conclusion: at the stage of throwing ball, the male tennis player of Grade 4.0 in Wuhan has insufficient extension of left hip joint, larger angle of shoulder and elbow, and smaller range of active squatting of knee joint. (2) scratching back stage, the angle of shoulder joint and elbow joint is larger, and the range of active squatting of knee joint is smaller than that of knee joint.Wuhan City 4.0 class men tennis player hip joint did not turn ahead of time, knee joint and ankle joint pedal extension range is not the same, but its shoulder joint and elbow joint lifting speed is more ideal.In the final batting stage of the male tennis player of Grade 4.0 in Wuhan, the rotation speed of the hip joint is very uneven, the ankle joint and the knee joint are ideal.Each joint of the upper extremity can get the whole serve to move more quickly.
