不同鍛煉項(xiàng)目對(duì)壯族抑郁焦慮大學(xué)生干預(yù)效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的了解不同體育鍛煉項(xiàng)目對(duì)廣西壯族抑郁焦慮癥大學(xué)生的干預(yù)效果,為壯族大學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展提供支持。方法采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣的方法在廣西師范大學(xué)抽取20個(gè)班級(jí),班級(jí)內(nèi)所有壯族學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)和焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,最終124名壯族抑郁焦慮大學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,將其分為對(duì)照組、籃球組、羽毛球組、舞蹈組各31人進(jìn)行12周的干預(yù)訓(xùn)練,并對(duì)前后測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果對(duì)照組壯族抑郁焦慮癥大學(xué)生SAS與SDS量表得分干預(yù)前后相比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為-0.011,0.019,P值均0.05)。舞蹈組壯族大學(xué)生SAS得分干預(yù)前后差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=1.458,P0.05);SDS得分干預(yù)前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=6.375,P0.01);@球組大學(xué)生SAS和SDS干預(yù)前后得分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為6.793,6.231,P值均0.01)。羽毛球組大學(xué)生SAS得分干預(yù)前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=6.851,P0.01),SDS差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.442,P0.05)。對(duì)壯族抑郁焦慮癥大學(xué)生的抑郁干預(yù)效果依次為舞蹈籃球羽毛球;對(duì)焦慮學(xué)生的干預(yù)效果依次為羽毛球籃球舞蹈。結(jié)論 3個(gè)體育鍛煉項(xiàng)目對(duì)壯族大學(xué)生抑郁焦慮水平均有改善作用。應(yīng)采用集體參與的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目并保持中等強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different physical exercises on depression and anxiety disorder college students in Guangxi Zhuang nationality and provide support for their physical and mental health development.Methods Twenty classes were selected from Guangxi normal University by random cluster sampling. All Zhuang students in the class were tested with self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).Finally 124 Zhuang students with depression and anxiety were divided into control group, basketball group, badminton group and dance group for 12 weeks of intervention training, and the results before and after the test were compared.Results the scores of SAS and SDS in the control group were not significantly different before and after the intervention were -0.011 鹵0.019 P and 0.05 respectively.There was no significant difference before and after intervention in SAS scores of Zhuang nationality students in dance group.The scores of SAS and SDS in basketball group were significantly different before and after the intervention, and the values of t were 6.793 and 6.231 respectively (P = 0.01).There was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups before and after intervention. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the intervention.The depression intervention effect of Zhuang students with depression anxiety disorder is dance basketball badminton and the intervention effect of anxiety students is badminton basketball dance.Conclusion three physical exercises can improve the depression and anxiety of Zhuang nationality college students.Collective participation should be used in sports and intervention should be maintained at moderate intensity.
