【摘要】：選取阿爾貝維爾與利勒哈默爾兩屆冬奧會的環(huán)境保護議題為研究對象,分析國際奧委會環(huán)境策略的轉(zhuǎn)變歷程以及對環(huán)境保護的態(tài)度與思維局限。研究認為,阿爾貝維爾與利勒哈默爾冬奧會后,國際奧委會的經(jīng)濟和文化屬性決定了其對環(huán)境保護承擔的責任,要求申辦城市提供環(huán)境政策報告。但國際奧運會環(huán)境保護的思維局限在于:環(huán)境保護策略是對其他跨國組織的效仿,環(huán)境保護全球化思維和話語的形成滯后。20世紀90年代初期國際奧委會開始正視環(huán)境保護,因此環(huán)境策略的轉(zhuǎn)變和形成過程是被動的。展望北京2022冬奧會,可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念迎合了《奧林匹克2020議程》,同時在環(huán)境保護與治理方面的措施,應(yīng)是北京冬奧會給全世界留下的重要環(huán)境遺產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:The environmental protection issues of Albert and Lile-Hammer Olympic Games were selected as the research object to analyze the changing course of the IOC's environmental strategy and its attitude to environmental protection and the limitation of its thinking.The study concluded that the economic and cultural attributes of the IOC decided its responsibility for environmental protection after the Winter Olympics in Albertville and Lile Hammer, and requested the host city to provide an environmental policy report.However, the limitation of the thinking on environmental protection of the International Olympic Games lies in the fact that the strategy of environmental protection is to emulate other transnational organizations, and that the globalization of environmental protection and the formation of discourse lags behind. In the early 1990s, the IOC began to face up to environmental protection.Therefore, the transformation and formation of environmental strategies are passive.Looking ahead to the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, the concept of sustainable development caters to the Olympic agenda 2020, and the measures for environmental protection and governance should be an important environmental heritage left by the Beijing Winter Olympics to the world.
