獨輪車對青少年平衡能力影響的研究

【摘要】:近年來體質(zhì)健康測試表明:青少年速度、力量、耐力等體能指標(biāo)持續(xù)下降,視力不良現(xiàn)象率居高不下,超重和肥胖青少年比例不斷增加,越來越多的專家學(xué)者意識到青少年身心健康發(fā)展的重要性。這些問題威脅著青少年的體質(zhì)健康,影響著未來國家的競爭力。因此,根據(jù)青少年生長發(fā)育特點進行科學(xué)的健身運動成為目前研究的關(guān)鍵問題。獨輪車是一項新興競技體育運動項目,深受家長和廣大師生的認(rèn)可和歡迎。獨輪車集險、奇、驚、巧、美為一體,通過全身肌肉運動,使身體處于一個輕松的狀態(tài),促進小腦發(fā)育從而有益大腦發(fā)達,提高智力;青少年騎行獨輪車,可以鍛煉神經(jīng)反射及平衡能力,增強心肺功能,發(fā)展青少年速度、力量、柔韌、靈敏、協(xié)調(diào)、耐力等素質(zhì),最終達到增強體質(zhì),增進健康的目的。通過閱讀大量的關(guān)于平衡能力的文章,發(fā)現(xiàn)此類文章多是如何提高老年人的平衡能力或是有平衡障礙特殊人群的平衡能力,關(guān)于青少年獨輪車平衡能力方面的文章少之又少。本文研究結(jié)合獨輪車的項目特點和青少年自身的身心特點,通過文獻資料法、測試法、比較法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,對經(jīng)常參加獨輪車的學(xué)生和不參加獨輪車學(xué)生的平衡能力進行比較,試圖揭示獨輪車對青少年平衡能力的影響,研究青少年平衡動作的發(fā)展規(guī)律,為促進平衡器官的發(fā)展,提高適應(yīng)復(fù)雜環(huán)境中的生活能力,豐富學(xué)校體育活動提供參考。研究結(jié)果表明:1.經(jīng)常參加獨輪車的青少年靜態(tài)平衡能力優(yōu)于不參加鍛煉的青少年,說明獨輪車可以提高青少年靜態(tài)平衡能力。2.經(jīng)常參加獨輪車青少年的前庭覺、本體覺、下肢肌力要優(yōu)于不參加鍛煉的青少年,說明獨輪車可以提高青少年動態(tài)平衡能力,增加其穩(wěn)定性。3.獨輪車可以使青少年的下肢肌肉力量變強,髖關(guān)節(jié)、膝關(guān)節(jié)和踝關(guān)節(jié)外展力更強,有效的改善動態(tài)平衡能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, physical health tests have shown that physical fitness indicators, such as speed, strength, endurance, and so on, continue to decline, that the rate of poor eyesight remains high, and that the proportion of overweight and obese adolescents is increasing.More and more experts and scholars realize the importance of the development of adolescent physical and mental health.These problems threaten the physical health of young people and affect the competitiveness of the country in the future.Therefore, according to the characteristics of adolescent growth and development of scientific fitness has become the key issue of current research.Unicycle is a new sports event, recognized and welcomed by parents and teachers and students.The unicycle is a combination of adventure, surprise, surprise, ingenuity and beauty. Through the whole body muscle movement, the body is in a relaxed state, which promotes cerebellum development and thus contributes to the development of the brain and improves intelligence.It can exercise nerve reflex and balance, enhance cardiopulmonary function, develop speed, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, endurance and so on.Through reading a large number of articles on balance ability, it is found that most of these articles are about how to improve the balance ability of the elderly or the balance ability of the special people with balance disorder.In this paper, combining the characteristics of unicycle and the physical and mental characteristics of teenagers, through literature, testing, comparison, mathematical statistics and other research methods,By comparing the balance ability of the students who often participate in the unicycle and those who do not participate in the unicycle, this paper attempts to reveal the influence of the unicycle on the balance ability of the teenagers, and to study the development law of the balance movement of the teenagers in order to promote the development of the balanced organs.To improve the ability to adapt to the complex environment, enrich the school sports activities to provide reference.The results of the study show that 1: 1.The static balance ability of the teenagers who often participate in the unicycle is better than that of the teenagers who do not take part in exercise, which shows that the unicycle can improve the static balance ability of the teenagers. 2.Regular participation in the vestibule, proprioceptive, lower limb muscle strength of the young people who do not take part in the exercise is better than that of the youth, which shows that the unicycle can improve the dynamic balance ability of teenagers, increase its stability. 3.The unicycle can make the lower extremity muscle strength of the teenager become stronger, hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint outreaching force more, improve the dynamic balance ability effectively.
