上海市普通高校體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)性投入的現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著高校教育規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,高校的內(nèi)涵建設(shè)與辦學(xué)質(zhì)量已經(jīng)受到黨和政府及高校部門的重視,高等學(xué)校在尋求綜合改革、多元發(fā)展的同時(shí)仍然對大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)性投入引起特別的重視。本研究采用印第安納大學(xué)喬治.庫(GeorgeD.Kuh)教授提出的“學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)性投入”(Student Engagement)量表,通過該量表并結(jié)合上海市體育教育專業(yè)大學(xué)生的自身專業(yè)特點(diǎn)對問卷的個(gè)別選項(xiàng)進(jìn)行修改,以“上海市普通高校體育教育專業(yè)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)性投入現(xiàn)狀問卷調(diào)查”為調(diào)查工具,分別選取上海師范大學(xué)、上海體育學(xué)院和華東師范大學(xué)作為研究對象,對上海市體育教育專業(yè)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)性投入現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)解讀。首先本研究將上海市體育教育專業(yè)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)性投入現(xiàn)狀在五個(gè)維度上進(jìn)行了總體分析,將上海市體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生進(jìn)行分年級比較,并進(jìn)行內(nèi)部的男女性別比較,揭示不同年級以及不同性別的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)性投入的現(xiàn)狀。并將上海市體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)性投入情況與地方常模進(jìn)行比較,分析兩者之間存在的差異性,并從中尋找各高校自身優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),進(jìn)而為上海市體育教育專業(yè)高校的教育質(zhì)量提高提供參考。研究結(jié)果表明:1、上海市普通高校的體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)性投入包括學(xué)習(xí)挑戰(zhàn)度、主動(dòng)合作學(xué)習(xí)、生師互動(dòng)水平、教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富度和校園環(huán)境支持度五個(gè)維度。上海普通高等院校體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)性投入情況總體上并不是很理想。2、上海市普通高校的體育教育專業(yè)的學(xué)生都在學(xué)業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)度上得分均偏低,學(xué)生普遍存在閱讀量偏低以及結(jié)合運(yùn)用知識及概念的能力偏低等情況。上海市普通高校的體育教育專業(yè)的學(xué)生在五大維度上的得分成正相關(guān)趨勢,即隨著年級的增長其得分也逐漸增加。3、上海師范大學(xué)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生在教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富度上得分最高,學(xué)業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)度維度上得分最低,校園環(huán)境支持度和主動(dòng)合作學(xué)習(xí)維度上得分接近,但是都低于地方常模院校。在生師互動(dòng)水平維度上上海師范大學(xué)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生與地方常模并無明顯差異。4、上海體育學(xué)院體育教育專業(yè)的學(xué)生在學(xué)業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)度維度上的得分最低。其他四個(gè)維度均無明顯差異。這就表明上海體育學(xué)院體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的閱讀量和寫作訓(xùn)練以及對知識的運(yùn)用方面有待提高。5、華東師范大學(xué)體育教育專業(yè)的學(xué)生在學(xué)業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)度和生師互動(dòng)水平維度上得分低于地方常模得分,且存在明顯差異。表明華東師范大學(xué)的體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生還缺乏與學(xué)生、教師及輔導(dǎo)員之間的生涯規(guī)劃的溝通,并且與上海師范大學(xué)和上海體育學(xué)院的學(xué)生一樣缺乏主動(dòng)的寫作訓(xùn)練及文獻(xiàn)閱讀的時(shí)間。6、上海市普通高等院校體育教育專業(yè)不同年級的學(xué)生在主動(dòng)合作學(xué)習(xí)和生師互動(dòng)水平維度上存在非常顯著差異。7、上海師范大學(xué)體育教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的不同性別差異顯示,在學(xué)業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)度、主動(dòng)合作學(xué)習(xí)和生師互動(dòng)水平三大維度上,女生與男性之間存在非常顯著差異,而在教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富度和校園環(huán)境支持度上,不存在顯著差異。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education, connotation construction and the quality of running a school has been the party and the government and university departments, colleges and universities in seeking the comprehensive reform, diversified development while still learning engagement of college students has attracted special attention. This study by George. The research results show that: 1, learning investment in Colleges and universities of Shanghai physical education majors include learning challenges, active cooperative learning, student teacher interaction, education experience richness and campus environment support five dimensions of Shanghai ordinary. Physical education in Colleges and universities students' learning investment generally is not very ideal.2, physical education in Colleges and universities of Shanghai students in academic challenge scores were low, students reading quantity is low and the binding ability of using knowledge and concepts such as low. Physical education in Colleges and universities of Shanghai the students in the five dimensions were positively correlated with the growth of grade is the trend, the score is gradually increasing.3 score, Shanghai Normal University students majoring in Physical Education in the highest education experience richness, academic challenge dimension scored lowest, campus environment support and active cooperative learning. The score is close to, but below local colleges and universities. The norm in student teacher interaction level dimensions of Shanghai Normal University students majoring in physical education and the local norm has no significant difference on.4. The sea sports college sports education professional students in the academic challenges of the dimension of the lowest score. There were no significant difference between the other four dimensions. This shows that students majoring in physical education of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, the amount of reading and writing training and use of knowledge of.5 will be improved, the East China Normal University sports education majors in the academic challenges of students and teachers the level of interaction scores of local norm score, and there are obvious differences. The results indicated that physical education major students of East China Normal University and students are lack of career planning, between teachers and counselors is communication, and with the Shanghai Normal University and Shanghai Institute of Physical Education students as well as the lack of initiative training of writing and literature reading time.6, Shanghai physical education college students in different grades of active cooperative learning and student teacher interaction level dimensions There was significant difference in.7, showed different gender differences of students majoring in Physical Education in Shanghai Normal University, academic challenge, active cooperative learning and student teacher interaction level in three dimensions, there are significant differences between female and male, and experience in education richness and campus environment support, there is no significant difference.
