本文選題：群眾體育 + 全民健身　； 參考：《體育文化導(dǎo)刊》2017年01期

【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法等,對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)浪潮下健身熱潮進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)論:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷普及以及全民健身意識(shí)的不斷提升,我國民間出現(xiàn)了一批業(yè)余體育愛好者,并且還逐漸培育出民間健身文化,越來越多的民間賽事出現(xiàn),豐富著我國群眾的體育文化生活。建議:借助線上和線下的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì),積極引入商業(yè)資本舉辦群眾性賽事;嘗試通過大數(shù)據(jù)的形式來及時(shí)評(píng)估調(diào)整地區(qū)人民的身體素質(zhì)水平。
[Abstract]:Using the method of literature, this paper studies the upsurge of fitness under the tide of Internet.Conclusion: with the continuous popularization of the Internet and the constant improvement of national fitness consciousness, a group of amateur sports enthusiasts have appeared in our country, and the folk fitness culture has been gradually cultivated, and more and more folk sports events have emerged.It enriches the sports and cultural life of the masses of our country.Suggestions: with the advantage of the Internet both online and offline, we should actively introduce commercial capital to organize mass competitions, and try to evaluate and adjust the physical fitness level of the people in the region through big data's form in a timely manner.
