【摘要】：中國(guó)是世界上最早提出茶道、形成茶道精神的國(guó)家,并且將茶、茶文化發(fā)展成為世界性的飲品與文化。茶道精神內(nèi)涵對(duì)體育領(lǐng)域的影響尤為明顯,本文嘗試分析中國(guó)茶道精神對(duì)現(xiàn)代籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的啟迪與借鑒,重點(diǎn)在分析茶道精神培養(yǎng)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員團(tuán)隊(duì)精神與個(gè)人精神方面的影響。通過(guò)本文的分析,一方面提升我國(guó)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員精神文化,另一方面也促進(jìn)茶道精神在體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中的運(yùn)用與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China is the first country in the world to put forward tea ceremony and form the spirit of tea ceremony, and develop tea and tea culture into a worldwide drink and culture.The connotation of tea ceremony spirit has an obvious influence on sports field. This paper tries to analyze the enlightenment and reference of Chinese tea ceremony spirit to modern basketball players, focusing on the influence of tea ceremony spirit on the cultivation of team spirit and individual spirit of basketball players.Through the analysis of this paper, on the one hand, to promote the spiritual culture of basketball players in China, on the other hand, to promote the use and development of the spirit of tea ceremony in sports.
