核心力量訓(xùn)練對徐州市青少年網(wǎng)球運動員技術(shù)影響研究

【摘要】:采用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、實驗法、邏輯分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對徐州市體育中心18名運動員進行了為期12周的實驗研究,通過收集數(shù)據(jù)、對比分析實驗結(jié)果,找出實驗前后實驗組和對照組基礎(chǔ)成績和技術(shù)水平的差異性和各自組內(nèi)在實驗前后基礎(chǔ)成績和技術(shù)水平產(chǎn)生的變化,通過數(shù)據(jù)的差異性和實驗前后的變化論證核心力量訓(xùn)練在網(wǎng)球?qū)m椨?xùn)練中的重要性。研究的主體是青少年網(wǎng)球運動員,研究對象是核心力量對青少年網(wǎng)球技術(shù)的影響,研究專項是網(wǎng)球,對于競技體育而言核心力量具有廣泛意義,不只是對于網(wǎng)球,不同運動項目應(yīng)該根據(jù)自身的運動學(xué)原理和運動特點制定相應(yīng)的核心力量訓(xùn)練方法,結(jié)合網(wǎng)球運動實際情況,根據(jù)核心力量訓(xùn)練與專項訓(xùn)練的聯(lián)系和普遍性,該論文得出以下結(jié)論:通過對實驗組和對照組運動員實驗前身體形態(tài)、身體機能、網(wǎng)球基礎(chǔ)水平、技術(shù)水平測試數(shù)據(jù)進行收集和檢驗分析,得到實驗組和對照組運動員在身體形態(tài)和身體機能上不存在差異性,對實驗結(jié)果不會差生影響;實驗組和對照組在實驗前網(wǎng)球基礎(chǔ)水平測試中顯示P0.05,不存在差異性,表明實驗組和對照組在網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平上是一致的;實驗組和對照組在實驗前網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平測試中顯示P0.05,不存在差異性,表明實驗組和對照組網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平一致。實驗組和對照組在實驗后,網(wǎng)球基礎(chǔ)水平成績顯示,實驗組和對照組與各自實驗前比較成績有提高,實驗組提高明顯,P0.05,對照組有個別下降,P0.05,表示實驗組存在顯著性差異,對照組不存在顯著性差異,說明核心力量更加有助于網(wǎng)球基礎(chǔ)水平的提高;實驗后實驗組和對照組進行比較發(fā)現(xiàn),各項成績呈現(xiàn)顯著性差異(P0.05),表明運動員在常規(guī)訓(xùn)練基礎(chǔ)上增加核心力量訓(xùn)練后,各方面成績有明顯提高,表示核心力量訓(xùn)練具有提高和強化的積極作用。實驗組和對照組在實驗后,網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平成績顯示,實驗組和對照組與各自實驗前比較成績有顯著提高,實驗組提高明顯,P0.05,對照組整體成績P0.05,表示實驗組存在顯著性差異,對照組不存在顯著性差異,說明核心力量更加有利于網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平的提高;實驗后實驗組和對照組進行比較發(fā)現(xiàn),各項成績均出現(xiàn)顯著性差異(P0.05),表明核心力量訓(xùn)練具有積極作用,對于網(wǎng)球技術(shù)的提高更加高效和穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:A 12-week experimental study of 18 athletes in Xuzhou Sports Center was carried out by means of literature, expert interview, experiment, logic analysis and mathematical statistics. The results were compared and analyzed by collecting data.To find out the difference between experimental group and control group in basic achievement and skill level before and after experiment, and the change of basic achievement and technical level before and after experiment.The importance of core strength training in tennis training is demonstrated by the difference of data and the changes before and after the experiment.The main body of the study is young tennis players, the object of study is the core force of the impact on young tennis technology, the study is dedicated to tennis, for competitive sports core strength has a wide range of significance, not only for tennis,Different sports should formulate corresponding core strength training methods according to their own kinematics principles and sports characteristics, combined with the actual situation of tennis, according to the relationship and universality of core strength training and special training.The conclusion of this paper is as follows: through collecting and analyzing the test data of body shape, body function, basic level of tennis and technical level of the athletes of the experimental group and the control group before the experiment,The results showed that there was no difference in body shape and function between the experimental group and the control group, and there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the tennis basic level test before the experiment.The results showed that the experimental group and the control group had the same tennis skill level, and the experimental group and the control group showed the same tennis skill level in the test of tennis technique level before experiment, there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group, which indicated that the experimental group and the control group had the same tennis skill level.After the experiment, the results of basic tennis level in the experimental group and the control group showed that the scores of the experimental group and the control group were improved compared with those of the control group before the experiment, and the experimental group increased significantly (P0.05), while the control group had an individual decrease of P0.05, indicating that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.There is no significant difference in the control group, indicating that the core strength is more conducive to the improvement of the basic level of tennis.There were significant differences in the scores of athletes, which indicated that after the athletes increased their core strength training on the basis of routine training, the results in all aspects were obviously improved, which indicated that the core strength training had a positive effect on improving and strengthening the core strength training.After the experiment, the tennis skill level of the experimental group and the control group showed that the scores of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved compared with each other before the experiment, the experimental group improved significantly (P0.05), the whole score of the control group (P0.05), indicating that there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.There is no significant difference in the control group, indicating that the core strength is more conducive to the improvement of tennis skills.Significant differences were found in all the results, which indicated that the core strength training had a positive effect on the improvement of tennis skills and was more efficient and stable.
