【摘要】：健美操是一項集音樂,舞蹈,體操,美學(xué)于一體的新型體育項目,作為身體操練的群眾體育項目之一,它以其自身固有的價值和獨特的魅力風(fēng)靡世界,贏得了世界人民的喜愛。健美操自上世紀(jì)80年代傳入我國的,雖然起步時間較晚,但深受廣大青年學(xué)生的喜愛和追捧,因而其發(fā)展速度較快,并首先在高校得到迅速普及和廣泛開展。大部分高校建立了健美操運動隊,并在全國比賽中取得了一定的成績。高校健美操運動隊的發(fā)展不僅豐富了我國高校體育文化,而且也成為了我國健美操人才培養(yǎng)的基地,現(xiàn)如今,我國很多優(yōu)秀的健美操運動員都來自高校,因此,高校健美操運動隊伍的發(fā)展在很大程度上決定了我國競技健美操人才的質(zhì)量和該項目在未來的發(fā)展方向�？v觀歷年全國重要健美操賽事,湖南省高校無論是從參賽隊伍的數(shù)量上,還是參加的項目上,都相對較低,與成績較好的省市存在著很大的差距。因此本文對湖南省高校健美操運動隊的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析。本文通過文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,全面深入地了解湖南省高校健美操運動隊的現(xiàn)狀,認真剖析制約其發(fā)展的主要因素,探討有效發(fā)展途徑,為促進湖南省高校健美操運動的發(fā)展和健美操運動在全國高校的順利開展與普及提供理論參考和借鑒。研究結(jié)果如下:1.湖南省高校健美操運動隊運動員主要來自體育專業(yè)的大一大二學(xué)生,參與訓(xùn)練動機、態(tài)度較好,但也存在運動員整體技術(shù)水平不高,男女比例不平衡,參加健美操訓(xùn)練時間不長,學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾等問題。2.湖南省高校健美操運動隊教練員隊伍年齡結(jié)構(gòu)偏低齡化,學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)處于中上水平,有較好的帶隊動機,大多有過健美操訓(xùn)練經(jīng)歷,具備一定的健美操教學(xué)經(jīng)驗,但健美操執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗不足,這在一定程度上影響了健美操運動隊的訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量。3.湖南省各高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對健美操運動隊的建設(shè)及訓(xùn)練有關(guān)注,大多給予精神上支持與鼓勵,但仍有將近一半的高校對健美操隊的重視程度不夠,部分學(xué)校的教練員和運動員對學(xué)校物質(zhì)經(jīng)費投入呈不滿意現(xiàn)象。這影響了教練員和運動員的訓(xùn)練積極性。4.湖南省高校健美操運動隊經(jīng)費來源主要以學(xué)校專項經(jīng)費撥款為主,少以學(xué)校和學(xué)生共同出資為輔,大部分高校有經(jīng)費投入,來源單一,影響教練員、運動員的訓(xùn)練補貼和獎勵,在一定程度上影響了高校健美操隊的順利開展。5.學(xué)校的場地設(shè)施條件能滿足健美操隊的基本需求,但對于競技健美操專業(yè)場地訓(xùn)練的條件還需加強改善,以滿足不同項目特別是競技健美操鍛煉的需要。6.湖南省大部分高校健美操隊都有堅持長期組隊訓(xùn)練,但由于經(jīng)費問題,訓(xùn)練時間無法保障等原因,因而參加全國性比賽的高校健美操隊較少。
[Abstract]:Aerobics is a new type of sports which integrates music, dance, gymnastics and aesthetics. As one of the mass sports events of physical training, it is popular all over the world with its own inherent value and unique charm, and has won the love of the people all over the world.Aerobics was introduced into our country in the 1980s, although the start time is late, it is deeply loved and popular by the young students, so its development speed is fast, and it has been popularized and widely carried out in colleges and universities at first.Most colleges and universities set up aerobics sports team, and made certain achievements in national competitions.The development of college calisthenics sports team not only enriches our university sports culture, but also becomes the base of our country aerobics talent training. Nowadays, many excellent aerobics athletes come from colleges and universities, so,The development of aerobics team in colleges and universities determines to a great extent the quality of Chinese competitive aerobics talents and the development direction of the project in the future.Throughout the country over the years important aerobics events, Hunan Province colleges and universities from the number of teams, or participate in the project, are relatively low, and the results of the provinces and cities have a big gap.Therefore, the present situation of calisthenics teams in colleges and universities in Hunan Province is investigated and analyzed.Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper fully and deeply understands the present situation of aerobics sports teams in colleges and universities of Hunan Province, and analyzes the main factors restricting its development.In order to promote the development of calisthenics in colleges and universities in Hunan Province and to promote the smooth development and popularization of calisthenics in colleges and universities in China, this paper provides a theoretical reference and reference.The results are as follows: 1.The calisthenics team athletes in Hunan Province mainly come from the freshmen and sophomores majoring in physical education. They have good motivation to participate in the training, but there are also some athletes with low overall technical level and unbalanced ratio of men and women.Participate in aerobics training time is not long, learning and training contradictions and other problems. 2.The age structure of calisthenics coaches in colleges and universities of Hunan Province is on the low side, the educational background structure is at the middle and upper level, and has good motivation to lead the team. Most of them have experienced aerobics training and have certain experience in aerobics teaching.But aerobics teaching experience is not enough, which to some extent affects the training quality of aerobics team.The leaders of colleges and universities in Hunan Province have paid close attention to the construction and training of aerobics sports teams, and most of them give moral support and encouragement. However, nearly half of the colleges and universities still pay less attention to aerobics teams.Some school coaches and athletes are not satisfied with the financial input of the school.This affects the training enthusiasm of coaches and athletes.College aerobics sports team in Hunan Province is mainly funded by special school funds, less by the school and students as a supplement, most colleges and universities have a single source of funding, affecting coaches, athletes training subsidies and awards.To some extent, it affects the smooth development of college aerobics team.The campus facilities can meet the basic needs of the aerobics team, but the conditions of the athletic aerobics professional training still need to be improved to meet the needs of different events, especially the athletic aerobics training. 6.Most colleges and universities aerobics teams in Hunan Province insist on long-term team training, but due to funding problems, training time can not be guaranteed, so there are fewer college aerobics teams to participate in national competitions.
