唐山工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學院散打課程優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:高職院校作為我國高等教育的重要組成部分,擔負著培養(yǎng)國家高技能人才的重要任務。新形勢下社會各個領域?qū)寄苋瞬盘岢隽诵碌囊?不僅要有扎實的知識技能,還要具備良好的競爭意識、吃苦耐勞的意志品質(zhì)和奮力拼搏的精神。這就需要高職院校課程的設置,以社會發(fā)展和學生身心發(fā)展為依據(jù),提出合理的教學目標,設置科學的教學內(nèi)容,選擇與運用科學有效的教學方法,改善教學環(huán)境,并制定科學合理的評價體系,從而培養(yǎng)社會所需合格人才。本文作者在前人研究的基礎上,運用特爾菲法、文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法,對唐山工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學院散打課程的諸多方面進行了調(diào)查研究,并提出了優(yōu)化措施,從而為提高唐山工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學院散打課程的教學效果和質(zhì)量、促進與社會相適應的學生的身心發(fā)展提供良好的理論依據(jù)。通過研究得出以下結(jié)論:(一)唐山工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學院散打教師年齡結(jié)構(gòu)良好,教學態(tài)度好,有利于散打課程的教學順利進行。但是,散打教師學歷不高,職稱較低,科研狀況和專項技能有待改善。(二)唐山工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學院學生對散打運動比較愛好,興趣較高,動機良好,對教師的總體水平評價較好,非常有利于散打運動的開展。但是,學生對散打運動的價值功效、鍛煉方法手段等認知程度有待提高。(三)教學目標的優(yōu)化,要切實落實《新綱要》的目標要求,并分單元、分課時和分技戰(zhàn)術進行詳細制定,既促進學生散打技戰(zhàn)術的掌握,也能促進學生身心發(fā)展,促進個性形成和良好意志品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。(四)教學內(nèi)容的優(yōu)化,要在技術傳授的基礎上,注重學生心理個性的完善,適當設置一些提高學生學習興趣、培養(yǎng)意志品質(zhì)的散打戰(zhàn)術,并安排適當?shù)膶崙?zhàn)內(nèi)容。此外,散打課程內(nèi)容的安排也要以學生就業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)為導向,安排與之相適應的課程內(nèi)容,從而促進學生就業(yè)能力的提高。(五)教學方法的優(yōu)化,除了運用講解、示范等傳統(tǒng)方法提高學生知識技能之外,也要適當選擇與運用完善學生心理、促進學生個性形成、提高學生社會適應能力的教學方法,從而培養(yǎng)社會所需人才。(六)由于高職院校學生活潑好動,體育課程學習興趣較高,學習氣氛等無形環(huán)境良好,因此,對唐山工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學院教學環(huán)境的優(yōu)化,主要是有形環(huán)境的優(yōu)化,包括散打場館的建設、散打器材的更新與完善等。(七)教學評價的優(yōu)化,在注重學生技戰(zhàn)術掌握、學習態(tài)度、身體素質(zhì)和理論知識的基礎上,注重學生的情意表現(xiàn),也就是學生的意志品質(zhì)、團結(jié)精神、積極進取等方面的評價,同時,評價體系的構(gòu)建,也要遵循區(qū)別對待的原則,使全體學生都能獲得身心的健康發(fā)展,“段位制”的引入與合理運用,能較好的促進學生奮力拼搏、積極進取精神的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education in our country, higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of cultivating national high-skilled talents.In the new situation, all fields of society have put forward new requirements for skilled personnel, not only to have solid knowledge and skills, but also to have a good sense of competition, the quality of will to bear hardships and stand hard work and the spirit of hard work.In order to improve the teaching environment, it is necessary to set up courses in higher vocational colleges, based on social development and students' physical and mental development, to put forward reasonable teaching objectives, to set up scientific teaching contents, to select and apply scientific and effective teaching methods, and to improve the teaching environment.And establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system, so as to train qualified personnel needed by the society.On the basis of previous studies, the author investigated and studied many aspects of Sanda course in Tangshan Polytechnic Institute by using Delphi method, literature method, questionnaire survey method, data statistics method and logic analysis method.The optimization measures are put forward so as to provide a good theoretical basis for improving the teaching effect and quality of the Sanda course in Tangshan Polytechnic College and promoting the students' physical and mental development in accordance with the society.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: (1) the age structure and teaching attitude of Sanda teachers in Tangshan Polytechnic Institute are good, which is beneficial to the smooth teaching of Sanda course.However, Sanda teachers have low academic qualifications, low professional titles, scientific research and special skills to be improved.(2) the students of Tangshan Polytechnic College are more interested in Sanda sport, with good motivation and good evaluation of teachers' overall level, which is very beneficial to the development of Sanda movement.However, the students' value of Sanda, exercise methods and methods need to be improved.(3) in order to optimize the teaching objectives, it is necessary to conscientiously implement the requirements of the objectives of the "New outline" and formulate them in detail by dividing classes and hours and techniques and tactics. This will not only promote the students' mastery of Sanda techniques and tactics, but also promote the students' physical and mental development.Promote the formation of personality and the cultivation of good will.(4) in order to optimize the teaching content, we should pay attention to the improvement of students' psychological personality on the basis of technical imparting, properly set up some Sanda tactics that can improve the students' interest in learning, cultivate the quality of will, and arrange the proper content of actual combat.In addition, the arrangement of Sanda curriculum content should be directed by the cultivation of students' employability, and the corresponding curriculum content should be arranged so as to promote the improvement of students' employability.(5) in addition to using traditional methods such as explanation and demonstration to improve students' knowledge and skills, the optimization of teaching methods should also properly select and apply teaching methods that improve students' psychology, promote the formation of students' personality, and improve students' ability to adapt to society.In order to cultivate the social needs of talent.(6) since the students in higher vocational colleges are lively and active, the interest in physical education courses is high, and the intangible environment such as learning atmosphere is good, the optimization of the teaching environment of Tangshan Polytechnic Institute is mainly the optimization of the tangible environment.Including the construction of Sanda venues, Sanda equipment update and improvement.(7) the optimization of teaching evaluation is based on the emphasis on students' technical and tactical mastery, learning attitude, physical quality and theoretical knowledge, and on the expression of students' feelings, that is, the quality of students' will and the spirit of unity.At the same time, the construction of evaluation system should follow the principle of differential treatment, so that all students can obtain the healthy development of body and mind, and the introduction and rational application of "Duan system".Can better promote the students to fight hard, positive enterprising spirit of the cultivation.
