【摘要】：本文運用文獻資料法、訪談法、觀察法、實地調(diào)查等方法,以中國體操博物館的建設(shè)方案為研究對象,借鑒國內(nèi)部分博物館的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計案例,探索適合中國體操博物館的選址、設(shè)計、藏品、陳列方式、工作人員、管理機構(gòu)、觀眾來源的建設(shè)方案,提交給國家體操運動管理中心和武漢體育學(xué)院,為中國體操博物館的建設(shè)提供參考資料。通過研究,得出下述主要結(jié)論:1.中國體操博物館選在武漢體育學(xué)院體操館建設(shè)最有利,體操館是國家體育總局體操后備人才培養(yǎng)基地和體操教研室辦公室的所在地,環(huán)境優(yōu)美,交通便利,館內(nèi)體操器械豐富,也便于體操專家和學(xué)者對體操文化的研究和傳播;設(shè)計符合體操的特點,展現(xiàn)體操的項目魅力,透露著青春、活潑、剛毅、勇敢體操精神的中國體操博物館。2.中國體操博物館藏品分為論著、體操文件、名人、照片、獎品、視頻錄像、器械七類;藏品征集采取原有、捐贈、購買、個人展廳四種方法;展廳分為中國古代體操、中國現(xiàn)代體操、中國近代體操、奧林匹克體操、個人魅力體操和綜合體驗式六大展廳,按照藏品的時間順序依次展出,凸顯體操藏品的時代價值。3.中國體操博物館的管理中觀眾來源于競技體操教練員、競技體操運動員、體操教師、學(xué)生、離退休人員、游客。工作人員采取聘用制、志愿者;中國體操博物館屬于小型博物館,其管理遵循精簡效能、責(zé)權(quán)相稱、相對穩(wěn)定的館、部兩級制管理機構(gòu)原則。本文提出的上述方案,僅僅是中國體操博物館建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性探索,擬提交給國家體操運動管理中心和武漢體育學(xué)院,以作參考。還有一些實際問題如資金、器材設(shè)施等需要結(jié)合承建單位的具體情況做進一步的研究。期待中國體操博物館早日落成。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, interview, observation and field investigation, this paper takes the construction scheme of China Gymnastics Museum as the research object, draws lessons from the innovative design cases of some museums in China, and explores the site selection suitable for the Chinese Gymnastics Museum.The project of design, collection, display, staff, management and audience source is submitted to the National Gymnastics Management Center and Wuhan Institute of physical Education, providing reference materials for the construction of China Gymnastics Museum.Through research, the following main conclusions are drawn: 1.The Chinese Gymnastics Museum has been chosen as the most advantageous place for the construction of the gymnasium of Wuhan Institute of physical Education. The gymnasium is the seat of the gymnastic reserve talent training base and the gymnastic teaching and research office of the State Sports Administration, with a beautiful environment, convenient transportation and abundant gymnastic equipment.It is also convenient for gymnastics experts and scholars to study and spread gymnastics culture. The design conforms to the characteristics of gymnastics, shows the charm of gymnastics events, and reveals the youth, lively, fortitude and brave gymnastics spirit of the Chinese Gymnastics Museum.The collection of the Chinese Gymnastics Museum is divided into seven categories: masterpieces, gymnastics documents, celebrities, photographs, prizes, video videos, and instruments. The collection is collected by four methods: original, donation, purchase and personal exhibition hall; the exhibition hall is divided into ancient Chinese gymnastics,China's modern gymnastics, modern Chinese gymnastics, Olympic gymnastics, personal charm gymnastics and comprehensive experience of the six exhibition halls, according to the collection of time in order to highlight the value of gymnastics collection.The audience in the management of China Gymnastics Museum comes from coaches, gymnasts, teachers, students, retirees and tourists.The Chinese Gymnastics Museum is a small museum, and its management follows the principles of streamlining, efficiency, responsibility and power, relative stability, and the two-level management of the Ministry.The above scheme proposed in this paper is only the basic exploration of the construction of the Chinese Gymnastics Museum and is to be submitted to the National Gymnastics Management Center and the Wuhan Institute of physical Education for reference.There are some practical problems such as funds, equipment and facilities need to be combined with the specific conditions of the contractor to do further research.Look forward to the early completion of the Chinese Gymnastics Museum.
