【摘要】：高校體育工作的主要目標(biāo)是增強(qiáng)學(xué)生體質(zhì),增進(jìn)健康,提高體育素養(yǎng)和終身體育鍛煉能力,培養(yǎng)終身體育思想和體育鍛煉習(xí)慣。體育競賽是體育教學(xué)的補(bǔ)充和延伸,是高校體育工作的組成部分和不可缺少的重要環(huán)節(jié)。1997年,河南省高�！靶ｉL杯”乒乓球比賽再次設(shè)立大學(xué)生組別,對河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽具有里程碑式的意義。2006年12月,《全國億萬學(xué)生陽光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)》文件的頒布,體現(xiàn)了教育部、國家體育總局、共青團(tuán)中央為全面貫徹落實(shí)素質(zhì)教育,切實(shí)提高學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平的決心。2007年,河南省為響應(yīng)《全國億萬學(xué)生陽光體育運(yùn)動(dòng)》中的文件精神,根據(jù)本省情況制定出：開展小學(xué)段以“曙光”、中學(xué)段以“晨光”、大學(xué)段以“華光”的體育活動(dòng)。2008年,河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽脫離河南省“校長杯”乒乓球比賽,成為一項(xiàng)獨(dú)立的賽事,2008年至2014年間,除2009年以外,河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽每年舉行一次。在實(shí)際比賽中發(fā)現(xiàn),參加河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的高校數(shù)量還不及河南省高�？倲�(shù)的一半；教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員參加比賽都要依靠所在學(xué)校的行政撥款,參加比賽都要受制于經(jīng)費(fèi)問題；比賽中各組別運(yùn)動(dòng)員資格界定存在異議,容易使具有招收乒乓球特長生政策的學(xué)校在比賽中“一家獨(dú)大”；此外,河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽還停留在政府辦賽的運(yùn)作模式,沒有像"CUBA中國大學(xué)生籃球聯(lián)賽”和“飛利浦大學(xué)生足球聯(lián)賽”那樣社會(huì)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化相結(jié)合的辦賽模式。為了使河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽辦的越來越好,河南省各高校能積極的參加大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽,本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)行了較深入細(xì)致的調(diào)查,運(yùn)用R型因子分析對影響河南省高校參加省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,得出以下結(jié)論：1競技水平較低的高校對參加比賽的熱情不高；訓(xùn)練及比賽配套經(jīng)費(fèi)來源渠道單一；院校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對參加比賽的支持程度直接影響高校是否參加比賽。2現(xiàn)行的不同組別運(yùn)動(dòng)員資格界定辦法還有待完善；競賽組織者在賽前、賽中的資格審查和監(jiān)督力度不足。3河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的競賽日期選擇較為合理；競賽組織者把“名次獎(jiǎng)”與“體育道德風(fēng)尚獎(jiǎng)”相結(jié)合,激發(fā)參賽熱情；各學(xué)校領(lǐng)隊(duì)和教練員獲取比賽信息途徑單一、被動(dòng)； “校長杯”獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的設(shè)立,鼓勵(lì)了高校參加此項(xiàng)賽事。4取得名次成為了高校是否參加比賽的權(quán)衡因素；參加比賽或在比賽中獲取名次,對高校參加河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽有著積極影響。5高校較高技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員人數(shù)、技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平高低與參賽次數(shù)、參賽積極性成正比；運(yùn)動(dòng)員的學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾影響參加比賽的信心；運(yùn)動(dòng)員的參賽愿望與河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的辦賽目的相一致。6教練員對組隊(duì)參加比賽有著很高的積極性,參賽目的與辦賽宗旨相一致；教練員在對乒乓球隊(duì)相關(guān)事宜上缺乏決策力。7高校對取得較好名次運(yùn)動(dòng)員的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),有利于強(qiáng)化運(yùn)動(dòng)員參加比賽的內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī),但獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方式單一；同時(shí)也為教練員晉升職稱有很大幫助,促進(jìn)教練員組隊(duì)參加比賽的積極性。8河南省高校大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽舉辦的連續(xù)性和知名度構(gòu)成了對河南省各高校的影響力和吸引力的重要因素；河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的辦賽經(jīng)費(fèi)來源于單一的政策性撥款；河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的宣傳手段單一,宣傳力度和強(qiáng)度不足。進(jìn)而提出建議：1.提高學(xué)校相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對參加河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的重視；放寬籌集乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)訓(xùn)練及比賽的資金來源渠道；賽事組織者應(yīng)對沒有乒乓球特長生招生政策的高校給與一定的參賽鼓勵(lì)政策。2.完善現(xiàn)行的不同組別運(yùn)動(dòng)員資格的界定辦法,避免“一家獨(dú)大”的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生；賽事組織者對具有招收運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專業(yè)和體育教育專業(yè)的高校提出參加比賽的強(qiáng)制要求；加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的資格審查力度,確保比賽的公平和公正,促進(jìn)比賽的良性發(fā)展。3.網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)布比賽信息和下發(fā)紙質(zhì)比賽通知相結(jié)合,使各高校能快速準(zhǔn)確的獲取比賽信息；繼續(xù)采用“校長杯”獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)評選辦法,發(fā)揚(yáng)“校長杯”獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)立的精神。4.各高校應(yīng)努力開展乒乓球的教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練；學(xué)校和教練員應(yīng)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生處理好學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確的比賽觀念,提高參加比賽的積極性。5.增強(qiáng)教練員對乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)相關(guān)事宜的決策力；各高校應(yīng)對本校獲取較好名次的運(yùn)動(dòng)員采取多樣化的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)方式；在對教練員的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)過程中,也要時(shí)刻提醒教練員不能急功近利,為獲取獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)而在比賽中弄虛作假。6.完善河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球比賽的各個(gè)方面,拓寬辦賽經(jīng)費(fèi)來源,尋求品牌或企業(yè)贊助；采用多種形式的宣傳方法,提高河南省大學(xué)生乒乓球賽事的知名度,推動(dòng)乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)在河南省各高校的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The main goal of physical education in colleges and universities is to strengthen the students ' physical constitution , promote the health , improve the physical accomplishment and the lifelong physical exercise ability , cultivate the lifelong physical education thought and the physical exercise habits . In the year of 2007 , Henan Province , in response to the file spirit in the sports teaching of the students in Henan Province , set up an independent event . In the year of 2008 , Henan Province college students ' table tennis competition was held once a year . In 2008 , Henan Province college students ' table tennis competition was held once a year . In the actual competition , it was found that the number of colleges and universities participating in the ping - pong competition of college students in Henan Province was less than half of the total number of colleges and universities in Henan Province .
The coaches and athletes will depend on the administrative appropriation of the school in which they participate in the competition , and participate in the competition to be subject to financial problems ;
