【摘要】：本人以在多所小學(xué)進(jìn)行足球教學(xué)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷,結(jié)合《中國(guó)足球改革發(fā)展總體方案》中關(guān)于校園足球的發(fā)展要求,以校園足球文化理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)現(xiàn)階段校園足球文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,旨在通過(guò)構(gòu)建一套有一定可行度的校園足球文化建設(shè)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,來(lái)促進(jìn)校園足球文化的建設(shè),更好地發(fā)揮校園足球之教育功能,希望對(duì)校園足球之普及有所裨益,以期提升我國(guó)足球水平。通過(guò)三輪專(zhuān)家問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,最終形成校園足球文化建設(shè)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并通過(guò)層次分析法賦予每個(gè)指標(biāo)合理的綜合權(quán)重系數(shù),使得指標(biāo)體系具備一定可操作性。主要成果如下:1、校園足球文化定義:校園足球文化是以在校師生為絕對(duì)主體進(jìn)行的,以改善師生身心健康、提高學(xué)生足球技能水平、塑造師生精神世界為核心的,以符合足球運(yùn)動(dòng)內(nèi)在規(guī)律的活動(dòng)形式開(kāi)展的足球文化活動(dòng)。2、本指標(biāo)體系為三級(jí)指標(biāo)體系,共包含一級(jí)指標(biāo)3個(gè),二級(jí)指標(biāo)8個(gè),三級(jí)指標(biāo)24個(gè)。在評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中重點(diǎn)突出制度文化的規(guī)范作用及精神文化的導(dǎo)向和教育作用,以物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)為基礎(chǔ),注重精神文化建設(shè)和校園足球教育功能的實(shí)現(xiàn),意在促進(jìn)學(xué)生的德智體美全面發(fā)展。3、綜合權(quán)重系數(shù):(一級(jí)指標(biāo))物質(zhì)文化0.2477,制度文化0.4067,精神文化0.3455;二級(jí)指標(biāo)(物質(zhì)文化)功能性層面0.0672,保障性層面(0.1805),(制度文化)管理機(jī)制層面0.2168,實(shí)施機(jī)制層面0.1899,(精神文化)認(rèn)知層面0.1148,情感層面0.0491,價(jià)值層面0.1209,理想層面0.0607。4、目前天津市校園足球文化建設(shè)存在的主要問(wèn)題在于精神文化建設(shè)不受重視。由于前一階段對(duì)于校園足球所具有的功能和價(jià)值的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠深刻,校園足球的定位存在一定偏差,導(dǎo)致前一階段校園足球文化建設(shè)不全面,重物質(zhì)和制度而輕精神的問(wèn)題較為突出。沒(méi)有深刻挖掘校園足球文化的教育價(jià)值和功能,校園足球的開(kāi)展受眾不足,沒(méi)有普及到廣大在校學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:Based on the practical experience of football teaching in many primary schools, combined with the requirements of the development of campus football in the "General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football", I take the theory of campus football culture as the guide.The present situation of campus football culture construction is analyzed in order to promote the construction of campus football culture by constructing a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of campus football culture construction with a certain degree of feasibility.It is hoped that it will benefit the popularization of campus football in order to improve the level of football in our country.The main achievements are as follows: 1. The definition of campus football culture: the core of campus football culture is to take teachers and students as the absolute main body, to improve the physical and mental health of teachers and students, to improve the level of students' football skills, and to shape the spiritual world of teachers and students.This index system is a three-level index system, which includes 3 first-grade indexes, 8 second-class indexes and 24 third-level indexes.The level of management mechanism is 0.2168, the level of implementation mechanism is 0.1899 (spiritual culture), the level of cognition is 0.1148, the level of emotion is 0.0491, the level of value is 0.1209, and the level of ideal is 0.0607.4. At present, the main problem in the construction of campus football culture in Tianjin lies in the lack of attention to the construction of spiritual culture.Because of the lack of deep understanding of the function and value of campus football in the previous stage, there is a certain deviation in the orientation of campus football, which leads to the incomplete construction of campus football culture in the previous stage.The problem of valuing matter and system rather than spirit is more prominent.There is no deep excavation of the educational value and function of campus football culture, and the development of campus football has insufficient audience and has not been popularized to the vast number of students.
